I took my first mat pilates class this week and I am already so in love with this place! Welcoming, spacious, accessible pricing, and a great, challenging workout. Also there's decent street parking nearby. 10/10

This is a very special space because you can walk in and immediately feel accepted as you are—by the community and the energy alone. Their offerings are so diverse and you can tell they are intentionally picked to help you heal on a very deep level. I am so thankful for WooWoo and the love that is consistently poured into it.

This studio is beautiful! They have created such a nice atmosphere. I’ve done flow yoga and a sound bath and both were fantastic! They provide you with everything you could need and more - including tea! Highly recommend this studio and I will be going back :)

I love this studio, I love the staff, I love the vibe and the diversity people who go. This isn’t a cliché power yoga western studio, but it’s also a great physical workout and safe space to be. I couldn’t be more grateful to find them.

woo-woo is a sweet, community-centered place to gather and feel good. I particularly love their offerings that cater to downregulating your nervous system and embracing the feeling of moving slowly, much needed in the swirl of life. Kelsey leads with intention and grace. woo-woo is a PDX gem.

Have been coming here for almost a year and love this space so much! woo woo has made meditation, yoga, and other wellness practices approachable and accessible for all bodies and levels of experience. Kelsey is rad. Her presence as a teacher offers a unique blend of her competency and honoring of Buddhist practices and teachings with her authenticity and humor that makes it all relatable and human. It is clear how much intention and care goes ensuring this growing community center is inclusive for all. Very grateful and excited to see the new offerings as the center continues to expand!

I came here for the Valentine's Day class and it was incredible!! It was the best meditation experience I've ever had:) The studio was so soothing and tranquil, each participant received a (dethorned!) rose and self love/platonic love was really emphasized throughout the session! I left the class feeling so light and free, it was such a wonderful experience! I hope Kelsey does it again next year!

such a beautiful space and community for healing! August’s restorative yoga has been a perfect balance of using my body in a way that feels good while relaxing and releasing. Kelsey’s meditations always leave me feeling more grounded and centered with greater clarity. Woo woo draws in really lovely, open people so it’s a great way to connect too. A must try with classes you’re guaranteed to want to come back to!

Woo-Woo offers a calming and peaceful time of respite and reset. Living in the world can be chaotic, busy and overwhelming, and it is so nice to have a place like Woo-Woo to turn to help oneself transition from frenetic to calm. The group meditations here are purposeful, peaceful and grounding, and I always leave with a fresh sense of ease in my body and mind.

I went for a meditation in the mornings and it was very centering! It was great to have a place in the city to find serenity. I loved Kelsey's energy as she led the meditation! The space provides big pillows to sit on and a place to store your belongings during the practice. I highly recommend going :)

Woo Woo is an incredible space for anyone that is curious about meditation and other mindfulness based practices. Whether you’re a long-time meditator or a complete newbie, Woo Woo is an approachable and non-pretentious environment to explore the inner workings of your mind.
As someone who has primarily meditated alone, I found it refreshing to share the experience with like minded people in the community and practice new techniques.
If you’re on the fence about it, this is your sign to go.

I'm relatively new to meditation and have a hard time with distractions in my own space at home. Kelsey has created a calm, clean, comfortable, and community-oriented space that allows me to drop into the practice with more ease and support. I've been to two of her classes and I'm excited to try more!

the first woo-woo meditation I went to was incredibly transformative for me, it was the first time I tangibly felt the benefits of meditation in the moment. the space is both peaceful and tasteful, and Kelsey has a voice made for leading meditation. I'll be there tonight for my 3rd woo-woo meditation in a month, and continue to give myself this gift in the months to come. thanks for opening this space, Kelsey!
