The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy working out here and often go with my teenage son. They offer lots of different classes and have a sauna and tanning beds. Plus 24 hour access is a real plus!

I’ve been attempting to cancel my membership for the past month, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any assistance, aside from a different World Gym location. Despite my efforts to resolve this, I’m now being charged additional fees. I would greatly appreciate it if the owner or an employee could assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

This place is difficult to categorize. It feels like a fever dream of bizarrely organized, poorly maintained equipment sprawled out in the byzantine rooms of a historic commercial building. Almost as if 8 cargo trucks of auctioned excersize equipment broke down in the street and had to be hastily unloaded into the nearest building before the sherrif arrives. Definitely check it out.

The customer service when you can reach someone is horrible, they are rude to the customers - especially if you are wanting to cancel your membership. The dates of when your membership expire change to meet their convienece and they will not provide you with copies of your contract. They argue with you and belittle the customer. Would never recommend this place to anyone. They should be shut down and replaced with a real gym.

Love World Gym and am thrilled with the free amenities like tanning, sauna and no hidden fees. Lots of space and room for everyone. The two story building has equipment upstairs as well as downstairs.

If negative stars was an option I would have chosen negative stars. Worlds Gym in Dallas is easily the worst gym I have ever been to. The owner is not open to feedback (look at their response to peoples negative reviews). As a female client, I was made to feel uncomfortable, especially when I brought up toxic and negative behavior from the owner. There are plenty of gyms in Dallas that would be a great match for anyone in the area but save yourself the dissapointment and the money and try anywhere else.

I've been a member in several different gyms in different countries before, but this is by far my favorite. If you're looking for a Cobra Kai Terry Silver edition kind of gym, this isn't it. But this gym does feel like home. It's got two stories. Cardio room (treadmills and ellipticals), cycling room, and a yoga room on the second floor, more treadmill and a bunch of free weights and machines on the first. It's 24 hours and if I get here before 10am, it's almost as if I have the place to myself. Today I found out that on Saturday evenings, it's also pretty empty. Not to mention, I've usually gotten the yoga room all to myself like 95% of the time since I started going here. Definitely a comfortable place to workout and keeps me coming back!

I love the place! I hope every other morning and I feel great. They have the perfect number of machines and weights. They do there best to keep it clean and organized. They have classes and personal trainers that are great! I never get bored of anything and always feel satisfied after a workout.

Update: not only did the gym acknowledge my review here, but they did actual redo the equipment. Not a tear to be found! It seems to be improving all the time. They truly take the time to listen to their customers to create the best possible environment. I love this place!!

I’m torn here. The good is that they are responsive. And quick. One morning the heater wasn’t working and I sent a message at about 6:30 in the morning via Facebook messenger. I got a reply back really fast. Not only did they reply back but they had it fixed that day.

On the other hand there’s the gym itself...the workout equipment down stairs has been well loved. A lot of the benches are split and ripped. The pull down ropes feel like they’re going to break at any minute. It just feels antiquated. And do you know how many times the cleaning rags and/or toilet paper just aren’t stocked at all??

That being said, I still come back every morning. The place has a good vibe. I love the environment.

I've been a member at world gym since 2015 and have enjoyed the endless opportunities there to make myself better. I've met many friendly people and have made friends. The staff and owner are great and really care when you come to them with a question. I love the variety of equipment available upstairs and downstairs along with the sauna.
I recently joined the performance class across the street last summer and it has really motivated me to get in shape and become stronger. The environment there is amazing! I force myself to go on the days when I feel horrible and have NEVER walked out regretting it. Overall this gym is a great place!

Finally joined World Gym today. I got to try it out first. The staff are very knowledgable. I love the high intensity classes at the Iron Jungle. I am used to being pushed by trainers and coaches, so the high pace workouts work well for me. I love that they teach you good form and have you progress to your ability. My squats are already improving in just a few weeks. The vibe is very positive and everyone is cheering each other on. Got to work out with the owner Dave tonight. It was a great workout! I see why his team is so awesome with him as a teacher. Cannot wait to get to try the gym out as well and get myself back to where I was a year ago. ❤️

World Gym in Dallas, Oregon is a great place to workout, tan and use the sauna. They have all kinds of equipment and upstairs there is the cardio room and more equipment. They have childcare that's included in your membership Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Latest for childcare is 7pm. I am usually not there until 5 or so and that's why I do not know the earlier times for that. They have dish tv set up in the rooms so you can watch cable. Usually I'm in a room alone so I just change the channel to what I want to watch. They have lockets you can use but being your own lock. They have two lay down tanning beds and one standup. They sell packets of tanning lotion up front in case you forget your bottle and bottles of lotion too. They also do shakes up front too. I've never had one, but I've seen them use the blender. There are bathrooms upstairs as well as downstairs. They also have Iron Jungle across the street. The staff is friendly and the building is fine. It's old but they seem to always be working on it. They're laid back and the staff don't reapeatly check on you. There are cameras all over for security which is nice too. Overall I love my gym. <3

Personally, World Gym is the best gym I have found in Polk County area. I started coming here as a college student since December 2016 through a Chemeketa college PE program. All the staff on board and the owner David with his wife and daughter are super nice, friendly, and helpful when you have a need advice or question about exercising or weight management stuff, etc. Every time I go in there the staff that work the front counter have a warm welcome and greeting and I always enjoy chatting with them when I'm on the main floor if theyre around. For a facility thats over 130 years old, this historic place is very well taken care of and the owner David has kept it in really good shape and the place has good workout equipment. Anyone who's wanting and/or searching for a gym to be sign up at or be in a program, I would highly recommend World Gym.

Great Gym! My first trip to this gym was in back in 2004. I particularly love the diversity and the constant upgrading of all of the equipment. Some of the equipment is so new I wasn't sure how it worked, but their extremely helpful staff is always eager to show the proper way to use each machine. The 24 hour access lets me workout on my schedule. No better Gym in all of Oregon!
