This yoga class is everything I’ve been looking for. Jill is an incredible teacher. She challenges us but also gives us rest and balance. The community is amazing, seeing familiar faces each week. So thankful for this practice, can’t imagine life without it!

Jill is a fantastic instructor who is deeply knowledgeable and has a strong expertise. This makes her able to give some of the best cues I’ve ever received from a yoga instructor to improve positions, and she can always recommend solid modifications.
This is a very special, welcoming space where the teacher gets to know you as a person and you’ll get familiar with the other regulars. Highly recommend!

A place to enjoy the benefits of being a "human being" once again after being a "human doing" much of the week. Taught by an experienced and knowledgeable yoga teacher that has various classes according to your need. I attend yin yoga and can feel myself centering, relaxing and releasing everything one tends to "carry around" during the week. The teacher is kind and nurturing and she explains the reasons and benefits of the various poses. The student community is also kind and welcoming. Each time I attend class I can feel my muscles, tendons, joints and fascia as well as my mind relaxing. It does take some mental and physical strength to hold poses which I have found gets easier over time. This and the combined breathing practice leaves me feeling calm, once again centered and relaxed as I leave class. The teacher is not a stickler for doing exact poses and does not expect you to do yoga exactly as she demonstrates. You go according to your ability. I know I experience my body differently every day. Some days are better than others both mentally and physically!

During summer time, they usually hold a free yoga event at Willow Beach. It’s so nice, calm and beautiful to have a yoga session with amazing view and cool breeze 😌

Jill is an incredibly gifted and knowledgeable yoga instructor with a knack for creating a space for students to test their boundaries and tap into their true essence through movement, breath and awareness. Her classes are challenging but accessible to all levels. The space is warm and nurturing. New students will feel welcome and supported, surrounded by a kind community of regular practitioners.

Jill is an amazing yoga instructor! As someone who has done very little yoga and has some arthritic handicaps, I fully appreciated her approach and her open heart. I was quite apprehensive about how my body would take to some of the floor work, but she took the time to show me how to arrive at the position without breaking me down. I'd giver her a higher rating if I could!

The mark of any GREAT business is that you want to tell your friends about it. Jill's ethos, demeanor, hospitality, curriculum, teaching style, environment & heart have been a notable marker for my own Yoga Practice. I've regularly taken classes from Jill at Yoga on Willow for a few years now and I can confidently say she's the best yoga teacher I've ever experienced. Her style is very friendly and inviting and everyone feels comfortable. Her classes are well-planned and offer a lot of variety to meet individual needs. Highly recommend.
