Yoga to You PDX is a female and locally-owned mobile yoga studio in Portland, Oregon. We have been in business for 10 years and are the premiere mobile yoga and movement provider in this region. We bring yoga to businesses, events, homes and beyond throughout the Pacific Northwest. From warehouses to wineries, we provide the props, the teacher, and the ease of bringing the studio to you.

Having experienced Yoga to You PDX at Reed College for the facilities staff has had a positive impact on our team. Working on our feet all day and performing repetitive motions is very taxing on our bodies.
Yoga to You has helped relieve a lot of chronic pain and helped prevent injuries. Lauren and her team are incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and we always walk away learning some cool new effective technique that we can carry, not only into our daily work and but our lives outside of work too!
The compassion that all the instructors have shown to all of us has translated to our overall health and mental wellness. A lot of us have become much closer as a team by participating in yoga. We love all of the instructors and their individual styles and the care that they bring to us. 10/10 highly recommend 💕👏👏👏

We have loved working with Yoga to You PDX for over a year, enjoying private classes for our team once a week at our Slabtown showroom. We've practiced with several different teachers and each is amazing and brings a different style, guiding us to breath and stretch together to rinse away our busy days. Yoga to You has been accommodating, flexible, and reliable. Yoga at work is simply the best idea ever, and especially when it's led by dedicated and intuitive teachers. Highly recommend them!

My partner and I have been practicing with Steph for almost two years, and she's been nothing short of life changing.
As a person who has joint hypermobility, I've often found it difficult to achieve certain results; however with Steph's mentorship we've learned about the subtle and individual alterations that often necessary with many standard poses in order to meet your body where it's truly at.
Steph guides and shapes each of our sessions based on what is available both mentally and physically on the day; seeking to avoid potential pain triggers, while simultaneously strengthening more accessible areas.
In-home / on-location practices have also helped us maintain the consistency of our practice; both in terms of needing to invest less time to going to and fro, but also the commitment that comes with an individual meeting rather than that of a group.
In short, I cannot recommend Steph from "Yoga for You PDX" enough; their dedication and commitment to balance is infectious, and can be a lot of fun too!

Lauren was amazing. She did a private class for myself and three girlfriends at her studio. She had an adorable sign out front that said "Welcome Runners!" as I told her we were all distance runners. She led a "running bodies" class that was perfect for our inflexible group ;) I feel stretched and ready for my marathon this weekend!! It was a birthday celebration we won't soon forget. Thank you Lauren!! ps. Her dog Kansas is ADORABLE.

Lauren is amazing. I highly recommend private or semi-private classes over large class settings. I had no idea what I was doing before I started taking classes from her. She is highly professional, fun, and a gifted teacher. The new studio space is beautiful.

This gorgeous, oasis of a studio in the Alameda neighborhood, is simply divine. Lauren and all her instructors teach customized private and group classes at a reasonable rate. From sign up to Shavasana, the whole process was easy, thoughtful and well-done. Lauren and her staff are excellent at supporting each person with their yoga goals; from relaxation and restoration to an intense workout! Lauren's focus on anatomy and alignment is well balanced with strong knowledge of yoga technique. I've practiced yoga for years, and she is, far and away my favorite teacher in Portland. Thanks Lauren and The Alameda Yoga Studio for your ongoing work in our community!

I recently visited Portland to see my daughter. We wanted to participate in a yoga class and do something healthy for ourselves and also wanted to spend our precious little time together. We did NOT want to crowd into a small space with 30 other yoga students. We found Yoga To You on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Lauren Fields came to my daughter's home and taught us an amazing private yoga class. I had tension in my back and shoulders from the plane. She taught me yoga positions to relieve all of the stress in my body, even in places I didn't know I had stress. I felt complete relief and total relaxation after the class. What an amazing concept, no need to travel to get what you want! I will definitely book Yoga To You again when I come back to Portland. I might even visit my daughter more often to experience this wonderful treat.
