There’s something special happening here. The “Vibe” class wasn’t just a dance class — it was a homecoming to the body. Every song, every movement, every smile in that gorgeous upstairs studio felt like permission to be fully yourself.

The space itself is stunning — open, airy, alive with light and laughter. You can feel the care in every detail, from the playlist to the energy in the room. The owner radiates passion for dance, yoga, and building safe, authentic spaces where people can move without judgment and connect through rhythm.

The pricing is refreshingly reasonable, the music is chef’s kiss, and there’s plenty of parking plus amazing restaurants all around — perfect for winding down after class.

If you’ve been looking for something that feeds your soul while you move your body, this place is it. A sanctuary of rhythm, joy, and freedom.

A lovely studio and the owner is so kind and warm. I had such a restorative and empowering experience attending the Yin-Nidra class led by Tori (she was excellent and her passion was evident). The owner, Lindsey, was also in the class and it was such a joy to practice alongside her.

The atmosphere is light and welcoming. Lindsey is so personable and makes you feel right at home. You can truly see the love and intentionality poured into this space too.

Looking forward to returning and trying more offerings. 💜✨️

I am totally impressed with the light heartedness of everything about Zen + Tonic especially Lindsey. Lindsey makes yoga a flowing experience of meditations and motion. The studio is light and happy. She hooked me with her handwritten note on my practice instructions: “turn on the music and dance!”.

I love this little studio - it’s pretty, bright, unpretentious, and welcoming. I’ve taken classes from pretty much every instructor and have been very happy with all of them. They offer many different types of classes and styles of teaching, which I appreciate.

I recently took a virtual “vibe” class at Zan & Tonic Yoga, and it was everything I didn’t know I needed — a high-energy, feel-good session that felt more like a party than a workout.

From the first minute, Lindsey set the tone: playful, confident, and full of positive energy. Her charisma was contagious, making it easy to shake off any self-consciousness and just move. I was encouraged to bring my own style, which created a judgment-free atmosphere focused more on fun than perfection.

The class was hosted live via Zoom, with an option to leave your camera off (a relief if you're dancing in your pajamas). Lindsey interacted throughout, making this a fun high energy class.
It's all about catching the vibe, letting go, and having fun with movement. By the end, I was sweating, smiling, and feeling 100% more confident than when I started.
If you’re looking for a confidence boost, a mood lift, and a sweat session all rolled into one — this class delivers. Perfect for anyone who wants to dance like no one’s watching, even if everyone on Zoom technically could be.

I absolutely love the space of Z +T. Lindsey’s classes are challenging but she has such a great way of creating a safe and tailored class for each persons unique structure and level of experience. Kelly Rose, omg! Her sound healing classes are an experience of its own, my body and mind said a “weekly one of those, please.” 🙏 ✨ Thank you for bringing Z + T to our community!

I absolutely love my yoga practices with Lindsey at Zen + Tonic Yoga! I feel so fortunate to be part of this amazing community. Lindsey and the other teachers are so welcoming and supportive. They provide such a safe, non-judgemental, fun space and the studio is so beautiful and calming. I’m 66 years old and only 2 years into my yoga experience and Lindsey always has encouraging words, modifications for my practice, and always makes me feel like I’m making progress. No matter where you are in your yoga journey, this is the place for you!

I attending the Inversion workshop last weekend and decided to take the heated vinyasa flow class for a warm up prior to the workshop, both led by Lindsey. The space was so beautiful and the energy in the space was so welcoming. Lindsey is very skilled at reading the room and was able to adapt her sequence to the needs of her students. She focuses on body mechanics and proper alignment which can be missed in modern flow vinyasa classes. I appreciated the slow down a lot, it forced me to have more control and build my internal heat rather than relying on the external heat from the room to warm me up. I will definitely be back!

Zen + Tonic is a gem! I attend the morning power yoga classes with Lindsey, the evening Yin with Kayla and yoga & sound sessions with Kelly. If this studio was an airbnb they would carry the 'super host' rating with how they go above and beyond to make each class so special! I'm so glad I found this studio!

I’m so glad this studio is finally here! I’ve taken classes with Lindsey (the owner) before, and she’s truly an encouraging, educated, and patient instructor. When I heard she was opening her own space, I had to check it out—and it did not disappoint.

I went to my first Sound Bath last weekend with Kelly, and she was amazing. I left an absolute puddle. It made my brain fall out of my head (not literally, but you get it 😂) in the most peaceful, blissed-out way.

I also ran into a small issue on my end while signing up for a membership online, and Lindsey was incredibly responsive and helped resolve it right away—no stress, just kindness and efficiency.

Most recently, I took a Zen & Yin class with Kayla, and she was so sweet, patient, and calming. The vibe of the whole space and the care each instructor brings makes this studio feel like a sanctuary.

If you're even remotely curious—go. This place is the real deal. 💛🧘‍♀️

Something For Everyone!
I haven’t done a lot of Yoga, as a 60 something guy I was a bit concerned I wouldn’t find a fit with the teachers or feel unwelcome. I’ve taken several classes now and have felt welcome every time I show up. The instruction has been excellent. They made sure to provide modifications to the more difficult poses and encouraged me to listen inward and practice at a level appropriate for me.
The studio space is incredible! (If you love cool early 19th century architecture take a class just to enjoy the space!)!

I've been taking classes with Lindsey and I'm so excited that she's opening Zen + Tonic soon! Her teaching style is amazing - she focuses on the mindfulness aspect of yoga, not just going through poses. Every session with her helps me stay present and centered. She's great with all experience levels and her guidance has actually improved my mindfulness in everyday life, not just during practice. Can't wait for the studio to officially open - if you're looking for yoga that benefits both body and mind, Zen + Tonic is definitely going to be the place to go!
