I'm OBSESSED with this fitness facility! As someone who recently turned 50,, I was noticing the increased challenges of staying fit, but this place is a total game-changer. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about making sure you're exercising safely and effectively while still challenging you just the right amount!
The small group sessions are tailored to the 50+ age group and modified to suit individual needs so you don't feel like you're aimlessly trying to keep up with the young guns at the big-box gyms. Plus, the atmosphere is super welcoming and non-intimidating.
I've already seen some amazing results and I feel stronger, more flexible, and more energized in just a few months. If you're 50+ and looking for a fitness community that gets it, look no further! Five stars isn't enough - I'd give this place ten stars if I could!

Just what the doctor ordered, so to speak. Yes, my knees and legs bother me and my doctors have told me, exercise is the key. The owners are very warm and friendly and I get personal attention in a small group setting. I just love it and feel safe knowing they specialize in helping older women exercise properly. And it is affordable and you don't have to sign any contracts. I feel fortunate to have found A50 right in the South Hills close to where I live. I look forward to exercising there. I've actually lost a few pounds already. It's a great investment in myself. If you're curious about it, you get three introductory sessions at no cost. They had me at one!

A50 is designed to address stretching, strengthening and cardio which very important to me. Everyone is friendly and you donβt feel intimadated working out with others. And 35 minutes is just right for active and busy adults. You have encouragement by the instructor and if something hurts they give suggestions on how to modify the move to lessen any discomfort. They teach you to listen to your body. Very important to me. You wonβt regret being part of A50.

A50 offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that lets you progress at your own pace. The small group setting (no more than 10 people) allows the coaches to work with you to customize the program to your individual needs and abilities. The sessions are only 35 minutes long but are impactful. Each one starts with stretching exercises, followed by a circuit of three strength training exercises and ends with a cardio component. There is no competition and sometimes each person is doing a different variation of the same exercise! And the best part β there is no jumping!
They offer many sessions and you have the flexibility to sign-up for the three that best meet your schedule each week β you are not locked into a particular schedule making it easier to stick with the program.
Additionally, the studio is impeccably clean! Participants do not share equipment during the classes and the coaches wipe down the equipment after each class. No matter which session you attend, when you arrive it looks like itβs the first one of the day.

I love the training session at A50. They personalize to your ability. They also challenge you in a good way. I have seen my flexibility and strength improve dramatically!

My best advice is to find a place that makes you feel good every time you walk in. A50 Personal Training is the place for me. The atmosphere is so upbeat and positive. Class times are flexible and the gym is spotless. I have met so many women who are at all different stages of physical fitness and each one completes the workouts to best strengthen their bodies. I personally have made such strides in strength, flexibility and balance. Each time I go, the program is geared to my needs. In addition, the videos and personalized workouts when I am traveling add yet another level of commitment from the trainers. They truly care about your whole self and are invested in making you be the best you can be!

Highly recommend A50 personal training, which focuses exclusively on adults 50+. Their small group classes (10 max) offer a full body workout customized to your abilities and/or limitations. Each session is led by coaches who take the time to know you and sincerely care about your progress. Multi-tier support is offered to every client via text, videos, custom workouts and informative emails. The studio is exceptionally clean. Jason & Rachel are awesome!! Easily accessible for advice or feedback, they'll encourage you at every step of your fitness journey and celebrate as you reach your personal goals.

I recently started training at A50. This place is amazing! A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. They offer a unique 'twist' to personal training. You get a personal trainer while attending a small group setting, which offers encouragement. I've learned so much about the importance of proper form and technique and already noticed a difference!
If you're searching for a place to feel great and have more energy, I highly recommend A50!

I would highly recommend A50 fitness. It is very individualized and a comfortable atmosphere. The routines are different every week which I like and the trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive to making sure you are doing the exercises correctly. I look forward to going and am feeling a little stronger every day.

I absolutely love this place for so many reasons. The staff really cares about all of us and it shows by the way they greet us, check with us to make sure everything feels good, and if we have some issues they give us an alternative option. I have gotten stronger physically. I have met some really wonderful people there. I definitely would and have recommended A50 Personal Training.

A50 has made a wonderful difference in my life. Since starting A50 8 months ago I am more flexible, stronger, and have more endurance than I did prior to starting. A year ago, my blood pressure was high and rising. Now it is low normal; back where it should be! I can garden without pain, lift bags of soil without struggle, thanks to participation in a50!
The A50 program is not a typical βgymβ. It includes stretching, strengthening, and aerobic exercises, geared for people over the age of 50. Each group is 10 or less people, and we work at our own pace. It is non-competitive. The fitness sessions are at convenient times throughout the week.
I highly recommend A50 for people like me!

I was so happy when the owners re-opened a fitness studio! I was an athlete when I was younger and unfortunately I have a couple of bad joints as a result (shoulder, knee). I want a good workout but I need some modifications. They work with you to make the appropriate adjustments for you while maintaining the purpose and positive effects of the workout. And I love the many class time options!

A50 is a life changer. For all of you out there that are reluctant to jump into fitness you have to give this a chance. No matter what age or fitness level, you will always be able to complete the workout. Each workout is carefully thought out and each movement you are offered an alternative if your joint just doesn't like what you're trying to do. The studio offers you your own workout space and your own equipment ,not to mention the personal coaching that you will get during your session. The owners Jason and Rachel are extremely passionate and knowledgeable and provide the best support to help us achieve our goals. A50 is hands down the absolute best!

This a wonderful place to get in shape. Personalized small group training is focused on personalization for each individual. I worked out with Jay (owner and coach) for a long time and I always feel my best. Definitely recommend anyone over 50 to try him out. He never disappoints.

As a member of A50 fitness studio I have the benefit of an individualized workout and trainer that challenges me to meet my personal goals. Their workouts may be altered for my (or any) fitness level. The workouts change weekly and keep me moving - and sweating! Itβs such a positive and encouraging environment and the trainers absolutely are available and help out with any concerns you may have. I love it!
