I love doing pilates with Amanda because it’s always my favorite part of the day. She’s very nice and encouraging during our sessions. That was the first thing i noticed when I first started going to her over a year ago. I had not had a a consistent workout routine before starting pilates, nor had I ever done pilates before working with Amanda. However, now, I feel so much more stronger and healthier! She has never pushed me more than with what I was able to do during sessions, while always being encouraging which creating a comforting and trusting environment. This really helped me when I first started and also makes the environment very positive and fun! Overall, I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a positive, safe, fun, and encouraging environment for pilates!

I’ve been taking Pilates with Amanda for a year. It is shocking to me that I have stayed committed to consistent exercise that long, but it’s honestly been such a great experience. She is kind, easy going, and flexible with the time and program. She explains things clearly so you know exactly what you’re doing. At the same time, she doesn’t just let you coast. She knows when to give that extra push so you challenge yourself and actually get stronger. It’s the perfect balance of supportive and motivating.

Amanda is an exceptional pilates instructor. Her studio is bright and clean and she is always a ray of sunshine. She is quite adept at tailoring the sessions to where my body is at on that day and in the course of 10 months I have become much stronger and leaner, which is really hard to do if you are a post-menopausal female! She continues to challenge me with each session, and I continue to gain strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Amanda -- its been an outstanding journey!

Guys, Amanda is the Business!! She made a runner who had never done Pilates (and frankly was super skeptical if it was really worth my time or money..)
SHE CHANGED MY MIND! She taught me all the moves that were specific to my weak areas in my body. She even did circuits that have nearly cured my tendinitis that has been caused from years a photographer!
