Hard to describe. Great facility with indoor practice and training areas and machines to rival the ncaa. If you're an athlete or have a young athlete in the family you must check out this facility. Classes also available for all ages. I especially noted basketball, baseball, softball, soccer.

LEFT HANDED GOLFERS BEWARE - We rented the simulator for 4 hours and the pictures show the severely damaged ball tracking equipment on the left handed play area. The repeated 80 yard drives and having to hit again because the simulator said it wasnβt able to track the shot were very frustrating. The simulator equipment sustained such an impact that you can actually see a chunk of the steel missing from the cover that looks like itβs ready to fall from the ceiling.. I donβt know if someone hit it with a ball or a club but I do know it definitely made for a loooong afternoon that I had the pleasure of paying $20 an hour to experience. The right hand play side worked great.

AMAZING! Had my husbandβs 38th birthday party here with a few close friends. Everyone is fantastic! Helped out when we needed plates and silverware that we forgot. Fantastic birthday option and choose your own food/catering. We had brunch from Bartram house, which was also very good. Lots of fun sports options in the multi sport room, which was private indoor simulated golf, baseball, football, etc. Would even be great for a small kids bday party. Thanks so much to all staff during the holidays!

I recently had a serious issue occur with one of the front desk people. Was set on not returning. However, after talking to Jeff the head pro there who personally called me to apologize on behalf of the other guys personality failures, I will be back again. Shows that the management does care about customer satisfaction! Not to mention itβs the best range around.

Everything feels a little outdated. If you are doing mini golf there is no shade. And also feel outdated. The nets for the driving range where torn and ripped.

(Mini golf course) The new layout sucks. The holes are too close and crammed together. Also no shade as all the beautiful trees were removed. And some of the greens are only a few feet long. Old course was way better, Cool Springs Mini golf went down several notches π also no cash accepted.

Earlier this month we rented 2 bays for a family Birthday party, followed by a round of Mini golf, and if we could give Cool Springs 10 stars we would. When we first called, Noah was very helpful in getting us set up. When we arrived, Chris and Sam could not have been any more helpful. From their warm and friendly greeting for us as well as our guests, making accomodations for some of our friends with special needs, actively being on top of our event for any need that came up, to generously discounting our group cost, to graciously helping with clean up, they were absolutely THE BEST! Even when I just called, because I had forgotten a name, John answered and again was more than happy to help. THANK ALL OF YOU SO MUCH! We'll be back and so will our family and friends!

The clubhouse and driving range are nice. I enjoy hitting balls here and having a drink. The mini golf is terrible now though. They crammed 18 tiny holes - dull and uninspired - into a small area. Purportedly to leave space to build a gas station. Don't like that.

Horrible horrible experience. Managers were incredibly rude. Immature and rude high school aged group of boys followed us behind each mini golf hole with drivers and all white balls (meaning they did not pay to play on the mini golf course). I continually got hit with balls in the back of the ankles and they were jumping onto the hole we were playing. We moved away from them and the incredibly rude manager came out and yelled at us. Mind you said nothing to the group of boys messing around on the course. So disrespectful.

Went to the gem show. Poorly laid out. 2 very long lines for checkouts. The folks waiting in the lines blocked the merchandise. Not their fault, bad planning. Wish I didn't have to wait for HOURS to get checked out, we left. Maybe next year they will change things around and folks can actually SEE THE MERCHANDISE. Thankfully it was free to get in. Would NOT recommend.
