Was up here visiting family and my pops told me about this new gym. Decided to swing by and it was a great experience. Jim ( the owner ) is a cool dude who treats clients like family. The gym itself is phenomenal, good lighting to stay focused and not feel overwhelmed. Bathrooms are clean, environment and equipment is new , well maintained and clean. 10/10 experience in my book and will definitely be coming here whenever I come back to visit. IMMACULATELY clean facility. All of the equipment you could ever ask for. Best part is its 24 hours, so you could always get your training in. Coming from another gym owner who KNOWS how a gym is supposed to look, feel, and operate.... this one is top notch. You can tell the owner takes pride in his gym.

Best overall experience anybody can ask for! Staff was friendly, super clean, tons of equipment to use and all that for 10$. Best gym for all the trucker driver out there this is the e place to go!

beautiful wooden floor and great lighting! 24/7 very safe well lit parking lot, best glute machine and check out the swivel pull up handles on the squat rack! intimate friendly feeling with members as opposed to big box gyms! never overly crowded even at peak hours! cleanest showers and washrooms i have ever seen in a gym! functional training area! getting to speak with owner is a major plus!

Absolutely beautiful gym, down to earth owner and people that work there. Old school gym vibes and one of the few 24 hour gyms I have seen! Nice location for truckers looking for gyms to work out at too, and right off the highway super convenient for people going to and from work. Oh and don’t forget about the showers! Sick place
