Very disappointed in this academy, their practice is very unprofessional. My two-year-old daughter attended her first trial class and everything was going well, but in the next class she was very distracted by a pet, which I find unethical and incredible that they have a pet in a place where such young children go to learn. Besides everything, my daughter reacted allergic to the dog hair. When my husband complained about this situation, they simply said they wouldn't take the dog because he had been attending for a while, so it was my daughter who had to leave. Well, we left very disappointed, and to top it all off, they stole the registration fee and the money for the two classes she didn't attend. Well, they don't refund anything! This academy is horrible! If I had known we were going to pay for my daughter to get allergic to dog hair, we simply wouldn't enroll her, but that's something they don't tell you until after they charge you!

Attention: Before signing any documents with this company, make sure to ask for a copy. They store your credit card details and initiate automatic transactions without proper consent. If you decline payment, they charge you a $10 late fee and a $40 decline fee for NO REASON, even if they haven’t started the classes for that month. If you attempt to cancel your enrollment, they refuse to refund money for classes that have not even been held, for any reason. This feels like a scam! The company's business practices and customer communication are highly unethical and terrible. Proceed with caution.

I took my child here for a trial, and it seemed fantastic!

None of the scheduled classes worked nicely with our schedule, but, when we were leaving, they mentioned private lessons being available. I told her right then that we'd be going that route, and she said she'd send everything about it.

Didn't hear anything, so I emailed. Nothing. Probably about ten or fifteen calls and emails, and about a year and a half later, only one time I received a reply saying "I will email Miss Julia about availability for private lessons." I didn't hear anything back after that, despite following up, and finally gave up on this gym.

Such a low rating because communication is obviously terrible.

My daughter has been taking tumbling here for a very short time. I saw progress within the first class. She is enjoying it. The plus is the friendly staff. The sign up process was easy and flexibility of the schedule makes it easier to attend.

We are very disappointed at All-Star Athletics and Gymnastics. In early 2020 right before COVID 19 hit us we paid for the semester for our daughter. We only had one lesson before it was closed due to COVID. We asked them to get a refund and was told they can't refund us but can keep the credit for future use. Now we have moved out of town. We are told that we can not get our money back. This is a steal! This company really has bad business ethics. I am going to pursue other avenues to trying to get the refund.

I was getting ready to get out of my car to get my daughter, and she knocked on the window!! I was in shock, so I asked the parents next to me, did they just let her out. They couldn't believe it either. I was on the other side of the parking lot, and shes 4. I go to the door to address this, and they made it sound like it wasn't a big deal and that it was her fault for saying her father was out there.

My 3 year old daughter goes here, she loves it! However, upon pickup this past Monday, I had a woman that is part of the staff get into my business about ongoing custody matters with my 3 year old daughter. I feel as if that is completely unprofessional and the way she approached me was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I'm glad my daughter enjoys her tumbling class, but the staff needs to work on being more professional and not putting parents on the spot about personal issues in front of other staff/parents as it is very inappropriate. My daughters there to do tumbling and they are there to teach her not to worry about anything other than that.

The staff are amazing. The programs are reasonably priced and competitive. My daughter feels like she can talk to the instructors about any technique she’s struggling with. They are always critiquing in a positive way that motivates her. Lots of recreational activities for the kids to do as well. The staff, instructors and coaches are very accessible which makes them so easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

A good gym with nice stuff& I like that they sometimes split her class up witch makes it better so she gets more turns to go & easier for the staff members to see if she's doing it correct or not ... only complains are wish there was more seating in the viewing area & not so cramped & we just went to open gym on Friday it was her first time & she new to gymnastics so she really didn't know much & really needed a stuff member to assist her witch they did sometimes but when they didn't she was lost .... So all in all ALL STAR GYMNASTICS IS A GOOD GYM

The owner and coaches at All Star Athletics have a focus on the individual needs of their gymnasts. The girls who compete are placed where they can be most successful which helps to build confidence in the girls.

Regardless of if the gymnast is taking recreational classes or on a competition team, the coaches promote hard work and what it means to really be a team member. Both are skills they can take with them no matter where they go.

The gym is well respected in the USA Gymnastics community and our teams are welcomed anywhere we go. Many girls transferred from other gyms because of the reputation All Star Athletics has.

All Star Gymnastics offers a strong and focused course of gymnastic conditioning for your child. Our daughter has been a member here for almost three years and has benefited enormously from Miss Chris and her disciplined program. The coaches she has assembled are highly committed, knowledgeable and motivated. The families are supportive. The facility itself is well-maintained year round and it's ideally located near the Parkway West, making access quite easy.

Very happy with our experience so far. Received two free trial classes while the All-Star team found the correct class placement for my daughter. The staff is friendly and responsive. The recreational "Beginner" class that my daughter participates in is fun, challenging, and great exercise. There's a tv room with comfy couches and coloring books where my son relaxes while I watch my daughter jump, tumble, and spin. We are happy customers.
