Alpha is definitely one of a kind. If you're looking for a facility following all the trends and shifting to fit everyone's needs- (like box gyms) this isn't your place. The owners are friendly and work hard to keep the culture welcoming and open. If you're looking for a community that will encourage you to work hard and meet your goals- this is your spot! Visited Alpha Fitness on a day pass while traveling. Really cool locally owned gym. Plenty of machines, bars, weights, equipment etc to get a solid workout in. Seems like good like minded people, all there to get bigger and stronger while maintaining a welcoming environment. If I'm in the area again, I'll be back.

Not a terrible gym at all just very cramped.
Itβs one of those gyms with hex lights and sudo alpha branding everywhere if youβre into that type of thing. The price is way too much for all that the facilities lack. Make sure you read and understand the paper work before signing.

They charge too much. The equipmemt is old and dont work have the time. The gym is small so if its full you have to wait to workout. They play the music way to loud. Everytime I go work put I use headphones and i cant even hear my own music in my headphones because their music is so loud. Not a good gym experience.

Ttss where do I begin. So I drove an hour and 40 minutes with the intent with working out at this gym with a friend. I called the gym a day prior and asked if there are day passes which the worker confirmed itβs $10. So I get there around 950qm and no one was there. Waited for about 25 minutes and still no worker arrived. If I knew no one would show up to their job on time then I would have had came at a later time. Gotta have more professional and punctual workers and a lil more organization, folks.

Luckily found this gym on travel. It is an amazing atmosphere. Metal blasting, great equipment, and great staff. Dakota was awesome and deserves a raise! Only issue is I wish you guys had some larger shirts in stock to purchase.

My daughter has tried various gyms and trainers throughout Chambersburg and finally found βThe Oneβ with Alpha. Sheβs been training with Katlyn and loves her workouts. She feels comfortable going into the gym and working out on her own too. Itβs has a comfortable, safe environment! So glad to be apart of the Alpha Family.

Home visiting family for a couple weeks. Tried going to planet fitness, they told me I had to enroll in a membership but that I could cancel before the first month was done. Long story short, I get there (ready to work out) and they tell me I needed to bring a bank statement... alpha fitness was the next gym I called and Iβm glad I did! The owner was incredibly accommodating and let me pay in cash. This will definitely be my go-to gym when Iβm in town.

The gym is decent and overall OK but its not a place I can see myself staying at. I tried it out with a friend and he seems to like it but its not my cup of tea. I come to work out & leave but there was more people just using it as a hang out spot more than anything. to each their own!

Where to even began, first off there's no locker rooms so you either leave your stuff on the gym floor or you leave it in your car. What sucks about that is there is already limited space due to poor planning and over crowding. But personally I was able to put that a side till the owner made me pay 80 dollars for past payments when I went back to school and was not a member anymore. He saw me could have let me know that a bill was accumulating but instead he just let it rack up to get every little penny he could. After that I left and began to hear so many stories like mine. Hey I'm all for a small gym growing but you don't need to be sneaky to get and extra buck. If you do end up going there keep a close watch on your account and how they charge you. Would not recommend to anyone!

Alpha is an amazing place to go & workout, great atmosphere, great owner, great people all around. Definitely a place to go if you're tired of an overrated gym that you feel out of place. You just feel like you're family when you're there. Jeremiah has to be the best gym owner in the area.

This was my first time at a gym and quite frankly it was awesome. I didn't feel judged or anything of the sort and the staff seemed very polite. For me there was plenty of equipment in order for me to achieve my goals and I will absolutely be going back. Superb place, coming from a nervous and shy person that's never lifted a weight to save his life.

The advertising and location of this business are difficult to find, and tbe cell service is poor in this area of town. The amount and variety of fitness equipment are very limited and outdated. The staff seems okay. The amenities definitely are not enough to make me want to become a member. Overall, this would not be my first or even second choice for a place to take my fitness routine to the next level.

Had a great experience. Was referred from the Fairfield Inn in Chambersburg. I am in from out of town and they let me work out here all week for $10. They have all the free weights you could ask for. Friendly staff and great pricing. It's located on a campus amongst other buildings GPS coordinates will not lead there, but a quick call and they will talk you in. Got my sweat on and left happy, and a little more swollen.
