Alpha Phlyte Fitness has become a Dynamic Dual Training Facility for several of my colleagues & transit members from all over the Tristate area.

The care and quality of each gym has its own aesthetic to what makes the value of each facility .

I’ve had the honor and privilege of training at both facilities and have really enjoyed the growth of West Chester gym .

This gym offers a variety of different pieces, bilateral and unilateral equipment just like the OG big brother Downingtown facility, with a little bit more newer age vibe to it.

The gym offers state the art equipment, that’s always being taken care of, a great posing room to check your physique, and a variety of powerlifting equipment as well .

But what is common about both gyms is community and the supportive staff behind each gym sets it apart from every gym in the area.

With this gym, you’ll always see a familiar face and a truly friendly community if you join this gym . I would not hesitate to invest in yourself today.

Beyond grateful to train here personally. One of, if not the best gym hands down you can find in the area for all health and fitness needs. The owners are super nice, helpful, and they have top tier equipment that you won’t find anywhere else let alone in a commercial gym. Highly recommend joining, Mike and Kyle got you covered on all facets.

The owner let me and my buddy in for free after we told him we were in town visiting, gave us a full tour of the gym as well.

Been lifting for 5+ years and this is one of the best cultures I've experienced just visiting a gym🤙🏻💪🏻. Killer supplement shop in the front as well

Great facility with an entire supplement shop in front. The equipment is new and clean and the range of equipment is awesome. Great set of dumbbells on either side of the gym. Posing room for bodybuilders. Can’t recommend enough. They have different tiers of memberships including 24hour access

Very impressive interior, amazing lighting, friendly staff, and bathrooms are well maintained. My only gripe is that some machines are very old, outdated, not well maintained, or out of order. However, some of those maintenance issues can also be attributed to the clientele, rather than management or staff. But with that said, and considering the gym has only been open for a few months, I still highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. I see a bright future for this facility.

honestly the new gym is great loving every minute of it but i just had some information i feel is worth sharing. nothing is intended to be bad or negative on the gym and its not even fully open yet so stuff definitely will change. This is also all personal opinion and ive tried out a lot of different equipment all across the country and have pretty high standards go check it out yourself! Leg section - honestly love every bit of it pieces are great love the new mega mass pieces and the old school cybex pieces just missing a traditional ab/adductor machine. Overall 10/10.

Back - some great selections but definitely missing some stuff. 4 chest supported rows seems a bit overkill 2 of which are very very similar. As well as 3 bent over rows none of which are a tbar definitely a huge piece i feel should be in every gym. 2 of the bent over rows are also practically the same as well. Would love to see a solid pullover machine make its way in the gym eventually. Overall 6.5/10

Chest- Man the chest press selections are great no complaints at all. Just a little unsure on the two incline fly machines vs one pec dec. Not sure what the brand these are but in my personal opinion the rom is a little akward dont see too many people on these either. not a huge fan of these but MY PERSONAL OPINION doesnt matter go try it out yourself. Overall 8/10

Shoulders/Arms - Some solid shoulder presses could go for a standing lat raise but ive been spoiled by many gyms definitely not needed. Really smooth overhead tricep and preacher curl machines Overall 9.5/10

Cables/Attachments - All really smooth got everything you need cybex stack with the back pad is extra points only seen this out in denver Overall 11/10.

Cardio - No stair masters and 3 treadmills is a little lacking to me especially during busy hours nice amount of bikes 5/10.

Extras - solid posing room and nice amount of platforms and fatpad benches for all the powerlifters. Smith machine is a little wonky and uneven kinda dissapointing. No hate at all. The staff are all great people looking forward to seeing this place grow!
