Coach Rell is very knowledgeable about training and is a great coach. He coaches them to give their best in the gym physically but also teaches them about character. I think that really sets him apart from others. He gets to know the kids and is invested in their success. The Friday group class for kids is a great place to start even if your kid doesn't play sports but just needs help staying active. Highly recommend 👍🏻😁👍🏻

If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a birthday party, Amoriana Sports Performance is the place! My son celebrated his 5th birthday with 21 total kids ranging in age from 4-10. Coach Rell provided games and activities throughout the entire event allowing for breaks in between to eat and do cupcakes. He was very communicative throughout the duration to keep things running smoothly. It was evident with 21 children of varying ages in an excitable environment that he has a magical way of providing rules and expectations to gain respect, cooperation and order. He handles all the games and activities allowing the host to sit back and handle all other aspects of the party. The kids all had a blast and his expertise allowed for the activities to transfer between all ages. Every kid left with smiles of pure joy. We cannot thank Amoriana Sports Performance enough for making this day so memorable for our sweet boy. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Amoriana Sports Performance for your next birthday party! We had our son's 6th birthday party at ASP over the weekend and it was amazing! Coach Rell and Coach Brandon were very patient, encouraging and skillful when it came to engaging 15 kids between the ages of 6-8! My son is still talking about how he was "the coach" at his party and Coach Rell was his "helper". I also can't forget to mention Sarah at ASP. Scheduling the party was such an easy process! Sarah was quick to respond and was very helpful at answering all of my party questions!
My son had been to ASP a few months ago to participate in one of their Speed and Agility sessions and he has talked about Coach Rell ever since. Coach Rell had the ability to set expectations but also have fun with my son and encouraged him to push himself to be better in his very first speed and agility session. ASP has already had a huge positive impact on my son, Chase! We will be back for training sessions and parties for sure!

I highly recommend Amoriana Sports Performance for any birthday needs! We had our son’s 8th birthday there and it was perfect! Coach Rell was so great with the kids! Kept them entertained and engaged! Many of the kids said they wanted their party there next! They’re also right downtown so super close for pizza delivery or a number of other food options too! Their prices are extremely fair and it was so easy to communicate with them to get everything scheduled!

I have been taking my son to Amoriana Sports Performance for about 8 months. Our journey started off with my son wanting work on his football skills. We can not say enough about Coach Rell. He is amazing at his craft. What he has done for our son can not be put in to words. He goes beyond training and really connects with the athlete who he is working with. He has brought something out in our child that we didn't know he had. It is amazing when you find an individual who cares and believes in your child as much as you do. I truly do not think he knows how big of an impact he has had.

Impressed!! Coach Tyrell told my oldest he's here to bring it all out in him, and I'm already so grateful we found him. I'm asked everyday when we are going, and that we must be early. My oldest has such a love and passion for football, he is so hooked, I have put my middle son in classes as well and I've never seen him so engaged when a coach is speaking.
