Suffered a severe back injury and could not walk for months. I called and they said "no problem, we will pause your membership". After two months with little progress or recovery I called them back and said I would just need to cancel my membership as I had no idea when I would be able to walk, let alone work out, again. They said they would only cancel it if I paid for the two months it was paused. I could not walk and was not in the gym at all while membership was paused. I told them I wasn't paying and they said they were going to charge my card anyway for the two months and a hefty cancelation fee. I had to block payment with my card issuer.

It took almost a full year for me to recover enough to get back in the gym and you better believe I have taken my business elsewhere.

Place is great, loads of unique equipment and normal. Relatively clean, some members must live like trash because some do leave a mess, but 100% better than Johnstown planet fitness!!!!!!

Horrible gym. Good luck canceling your membership. They still charged my card 4 months after I said I don't want a membership. Staff is terrible and so is management! Find a better gym!

As far as franchise gyms go this is one of the best ones that I've been to excellent management staff as well as very clean and cleanly. Very helpful

Located right off of Route 22 this gym has everything you could want with awesome equipment ranging from free weights to stationary equipment and treadmills, ellipticals,and even a stair climber. But better than the equipment is the staff. They make you feel like you've been there forever and are very knowledgeable about fitness and how the gym works. I've put in a lot of requests for various equipment and was told it will be there a few weeks.

Updated review: The staff all left because management pushed them all out due to terrible ownership. My key card to the access door stopped working and had to get another one. The equipment is constantly out of service for months. They have been through 4 managers in the past 3 years they have been open. I tried to cancel my membership but was told I would have to pay 200.00 to cancel. I told them no and changed my debit card. They called me for a whole year, threatening to place my account into debt collection. I told them that was fine. They turned it over to debt collection and are calling almost every day. Good luck trying to cancel membership they charge you a month past the cancellation date. Then tick tac you with extra fees. Stay away is my best suggestion.

You don't get what you pay for. And if you post your experience. They have their friends come and attack you. And tell you your to old for the gym.
Don't waste your money. Go to a better gym. 👎👎👎
They even go against their on contract with you.
Oh plus I see once you cancel your membership they keep charging you. Not cool.

On leave from the military for 2 weeks, upon asking if it was possible to purchase a two week membership i was given a free pass there for the entire duration of my leave, amazing staff, all the equipment i needed to continue my workouts
