The new person that they hired is awful. I hope the owner of the gym read this and know that they might be losing business. The guy acts like he is from the hood or something like his name is G supposedly but yet his name is gene that’s who I addressed them as Kevin, honestly, I think it was the worst mistake hiring this guy. I even tried to apply but you never even took time to look at my application. Why did sean leave? Sean was the best thing there Even one of your trainers had an attitude with me when I simply just asked him to relay a message to reach out to you about my poor experience. I will be calling corporate and explaining to them about my experience as well. and I may be seeing if I can switch my membership to a different location

The gym equipment is fine. The facility on the other hand is gross. The floor, bathrooms, belonging storage area, all filthy, all the time. Yuck. The bathrooms are disgusting- smell like a urinal. There is also a homeless person that lives outside that is creepy when you are trying to

I joined this gym after my gym closed permanently due to covid shutdown, I had been there 17. This is a clean and friendly place to go . And I'm happy to see that they've added yoga . Katie's great

My contract expired so I was told to cancel it I had to write them a letter of termination and deliver it to the office. The owner was not there, and there’s no drop box. Drove to the other location and found the same result. Called many times, sent emails yet still no correspondence from the owner. I’m out $630 due to this, it’s been 14 months since I tried to terminate it. Very displeased, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Signed up for membership and everything was good. Now that I've moved across the state and have tried to cancel my membership they won't cancel it. Been getting charged $40 a month for a service I tried to cancel in February 2021

Great owner and staff:

I signed a contract for 18 months at this location one month before moving to the city. There is an AnyTime in Fairmount that I thought I would be able to get to, but it turned out to be too far to walk and I wasn't interested in driving to it. I was pretty upset at myself for signing the contract before I knew I'd be able to frequent it, and was worried I'd be left holding a bag for a membership I can't utilize.

I texted the owner (it's already great that he gave me his number) and raised my concerns. He called me and we talked for awhile and in the end we reached an agreement where I would keep my membership at the Exton gym (I still have family near it so will be by now and then) but at a heavily reduced cost, given that I was unable to use the other location as I had thought I would. Now THAT is what I'm talking about. You rarely see that kind've service nowadays, everyone is just trying to leech as much as possible off of you, but not Frank. He willingly lowered my rate in order to help me out because he understood it was a tough situation.

If you act like a human being, and treat me like one, I'll be a customer. Trust me, at some of the really cheap gyms like LA Fitness they basically higher burger flippers who like to work out and slap a manager label on their shirt.

Great gym. Plenty of cardio equipment to choose from! Great selection of pin weighted/plate weighted strength machines. Katie the trainer He’s very friendly. Anytime fitness is a great value for the money as you can go to any anytime around the world with your membership so if you’re on the road or visiting family anywhere there’s probably a gym nearby so you can always get a workout in.

I just joint this gym because the convenience of been open 24h a day, and also the fact you can use any location as member. I met Frank and Chris, the owner and manager of the Exton location and both very nice guys and very professional. I'm sure I'll enjoy using their facility! Thanks guys for all your help!

Best anytime I've been too! They have the best mix of useful equipment imo of any anytime I've been too! Great variety and spacious. Doesn't have that packed in feeling. Plus they have 3 racks and a smith machine with plenty of weight to go around. Wish they had one like this by me in Michigan.

Pressure selling an 18 month membership to an 18 year old while knowing she's moving to the west coast for college, earns this place a negative rating. They want your money regardless of the situation. Use caution before you enter this place. they refuse an early termination.... did i say think twice before entering?

I was told I could not use chalk, so a couple things, 1. I'm shrugging 495lbs I need to move this weight safely, if I lose grip, a bar will get bent, someone could get hurt etc. 2. I hadn't made some crazy mess for this conversation to even get brought up. ANYWAYS I wipe down anything that may have some chalk on it and the rags are gnarly black (LOL). I'd be more concerned with the dirtiness of the weights over my chalk.

PS. This connected with planet fitness? No chalk? Wheres the alarm at? 😂😂

Loved this gym! Would have wished I could stay longer but had to move a bit suddenly out of state. The staff was friendly and the equipment was great. Even on busy days I could get everything done. The manager even worked with me when I unfortunately needed to cancel. Very friendly people and great gym!

I would have enjoyed this gym a little if I didn't use the trainer that they suggested. We gave the trainer a brief description of our concerns but he didn't ask very many questions. During our first workout, I was in extreme pain and even had to leave the gym to lay down in the car. Since then I have been back for a couple walks on the treadmill, but over time decided that this was not the gym for me. I think I maybe visited this place about 8 times.
Now I have to deal with the fact that this gym, much like most chains, requires you to sign a contract that locks you in on a monthly rate for a time period. I was a sucker and now I must pay. So much for my fun gym membership. Now every month I will be reminded of my stupidity for signing up at this stupid money pit.
The gym in general is ok.
