I joined this gym right after moving to Hamburg several years ago. A gentleman named Brad took over not long after I joined, and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!

Brad, the owner, has renovated and brought in not just new equipment, but a new culture to here. This place has everything a solid gym needs and the community to go with it. Whether you’re looking for a place to either begin your workout journey, just get in a little cardio here and there, or try to become the next MR. UNIVERSE, there’s no better place than here. You’ll find all the weights you’ll need and maybe even a few new friends. Some may say it’s not the biggest of gyms; To which I say: It’s not about the size of the gym, but rather how you use it!

Joining Anytime Fitness in Hamburg PA, was a great decision! At 71 years old, I am in the best shape of my life! My body feels like it’s in my twenties again! Brad Meyer got me started by mapping out a lifting program and I took off from there. I’ve made some great friends there among the awesome community of members and reconnected with many friends I had lost touch with over the years. Come join this awesome family!

I lived in Hamburg and was a member here for a little over a year. In the process of moving, the thought of returning our key FOBs and canceling our memberships fell by the wayside. Once we settled into our new place and I had time to begin the proceedings, Bradley was a fantastic help. The process involved some issues with the US mailing system, but despite those issues Bradley was attentive, understanding and very professional in the matter. While I hope to end up back in Hamburg in the future, I know that if we do, I will happy start my membership back up at this location.

Ive been a member for 3-4 years! I love the new equipment and the new set up of the gym. There are very helpful people here when needed especially if you dont know how to use the equipment. I also like the qr code to check out videos for help. Its an easy location..close to home. I like how its safe an secure especially if you work out in the late night or early morning hours.

Extremely Disappointed. This gym is a scam. The equipment is filthy, The staff are hardly ever around to the point where some people who don’t even have a membership just waltz right in through the door and everyone is none the wiser. My subscription somehow turned into almost over $90 a month with “club fees”. The “club fee” is usually what you pay to get in, not an additional charge added when you please. Long story short, what a joke, for $90 a month the weights better fall off the set rep themselves.

I go to the Anytime Fitness in Hamburg, although I can go to any one their many locations. Hamburg location is kinda small but has all the equipment you need to get a great workout. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and is usually on site if you have any questions. The members are all friendly and supportive of your needs and will help you if you ask. Don't wait until next year to start getting in shape, get an early start and come visit us at the Hamburg location, you won't be disappointed!

We recently had the opportunity to visit the facility of Hamburg, the area where we live. Although the place looks attractive from the outside, unfortunately it was not what we expected. First of all, the bad smell of the place is so strong that it makes it almost impossible to train. The old equipment, extremely dirty and without any maintenance. Disgusting and smelly floors and bathrooms, it was definitely disappointing.

The manager is extremely helpful. The facility is clean and I love to be able to go whenever it fits into my schedule, even if it is very late at night. It is super close to my home and so convenient. I go to work out and then get my grocery shopping and errands done all in one trip which makes it easy to keep disciplined. I have never tanned before and really enjoy that as well!

Dishonest staff. When I joined, more than a year ago, they locked me out several months in a row though I paid my membership (no way, based on feed back from others, would I allow them to auto-deduct from my checking account). It took 2 months of repeated visits to finally get to see a manager who corrected only after I provided receipts...though they have the same records.

The staff there are also known to target and harass paying clients (not too smart) for things that range from silly to made-up. Why anyone would want to pay to go there is beyond me. Go to Body Zone, Gold's Gym, or any others within a decent drive. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym.

First and for most this gym's equipment is in very poor shape. The equipment is always breaking down and never fixed. The owner is not very personable towards the members. If you are going to own a gym be about your business. I also have an issue with their clenliness. Overall if I could have rated a 0 for this establishment I would have. Only positive is the members at this gym.

The place is not the cleanest. When equipment breaks “temporarily” it takes months to fix. The sign should say permanent. All the equipment is very old. I would not recommend this gym to any one. I can not wait for my contract to expire.

Last september I decided to give myself a gift and buy a fitness membership. I settled on anytime fitness because it was close to me and was open 24/7. Getting an appointment was rather annoyingly complicated. Twice I went there during which was suppose to be office hours and no one was there. Unless you are a member you cannot get in unless one of the staff is present. I finally got a membership and a couple days later went in for my first workout. I have had many spin classes in the past and am pretty good with knowing how to set up my bike. The straps were broken on the bike but I continued on anyway (stupidly). The floor was also uneven and caused my bike to rock back and forth. As a result I ended up screwing up my knee. I never went back that month. I ended up wasting $50 and like other people have stated, I never was offered a free 7 day trial.
The place is clean and true to the name it is "anytime" - just not with staffed professionals. Despite the flexible schedule it is over priced INMHO. There are fitness clubs within 20 min who offer group classes and aquatics for less than that.

Joined today for the 7 day free trial and will eventually get an actual membership. Staff was very pleasant to me and my wife and there is plenty of equipment to choose from. It's close to home for me and is open 24 hours 365 days a year so it's perfect.

Just joined. I like the hours the most. I love that I can wake at 3:30 AM and hit the gym. It is an easy ride from my home. They have a good selection of free weights, machines, and cardio. I will only go in very early AM. Love having that choice-anytime. Seems clean,

Plenty of fitness toys-it is all new stuff. Check it out! Love that my insurance company pays for it. Just focus on fitness for me, forget the cost issues, Sorry I didn't drop Gold's last year.

This was the worst gym I have ever been to. You sign a contract for whatever period of time you choose. They will charge you $150 to leave the contract. Which is fine but when I cancelled they did not charge me that and just continued to take money from my bank account. Also this gym is like working out in cracker box and all the equipment is full of people at peak hours. Totally not worth the money and a horrible customer service situation.

My husband and I joined together with the goal of becoming healthy together. Matt, the manager, answered my call and set up an appointment for us to meet. He was really friendly, explained things well, and was encouraging to two people who have not exercised probably since high school. The price was fair, it is within a mile or two of my home. I have been going right after work each day so I don't crash on the couch when I get home instead. Very nice layout, equipment, and variety of activities. Also, it is more compact and not overwhelming like some mega places nearby. Also, the fit coach called right away to meet with us to help us. I can't wait to meet her. I look forward to trying new activities as I begin to work on my fitness goals.
