I work out of town and I don’t have time to come in and cancel my membership. I’ve begged the lady who’s running it now being I’m on a month to month membership plan to please just cancel my membership. I have been talked to very nasty by her and told that I have to come in that they can’t do nothing about it. I’m constantly being charged $60 every other week it feels like. This is totally unfair and unacceptable. When a person wishes to cancel they should just cancel yet here I am hoping when I get back to town that someone is in the office cause if not I’ll continue to be overcharged and charged for a membership that I no longer use. This is ridiculous

Very good location with slot of extra space and an above average selection of equipment but the weight room is kind of jammed together in order to give the carpet room more space. Would be great if the weight room could expand about ten meet towards the parking lot.

The equipment seems new and is in good repair. They have a hack squat which i personally love and overall the gym and bathrooms are clean.

That's not to say that there aren't things im not a fan of. The space near the free weights is tight. The floor where the machines are located is that smooth glossy concrete that seems slippery when perfectly dry and dangerous when sweat or water accumulates on it. The showers water pressure leaves a little too be desired but I dint the gym has much control over that.

All in all a good gym but watch your step and choose a time that won't be crowded if you like free weights or you'll be on top of ppl.

I've been going here to Anytime Fitness in Wyoming on Wyoming Ave in the Midway shopping center for 2 weeks and so far so good I go after work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then Saturdays and Sundays and it's not very crowded which is a good thing the equipment is available that I want to use so far so good a positive experience but I've haven't had a chance to meet Hannah yet and this is a very clean Place very up kept and lots of free weights

Avoid this gym at all costs! The owner is rude and unprofessional. They go through managers every other week because the owner treats people like garbage.

I did the artwork on the wall when you first walk into the building—for years. When I first signed up, the manager made a deal with me: if I created artwork for them once a month, they would cover my membership fee. I used my own art supplies, so it wasn’t really a “free membership.” I was putting in my own money for materials, along with many, many hours of my time.

Because they can’t keep a manager, one of the temporary ones started charging me for a full membership—even while I was still doing artwork for them. They charged me for multiple months after they said I’d be reimbursed.

I called, messaged, and left multiple voicemails for Steve, the owner, and he never got back to me. I spoke with some of the other managers at gyms he owns, and they agreed I was being taken advantage of (and let’s just say, they didn’t have kind words for the boss either).

I loved doing the artwork, and so many people enjoyed seeing it. Bringing a smile to someone’s face is what matters most to me. But unfortunately, some people don’t care about you—they only care about your money. Steve Sherwood is a prime example.

This place will make you want to pull your hair out. Save yourself the hassle and find another gym.

Also, be warned: if you try to cancel your membership, they’ll hit you with a $300–$400 cancellation fee—and don’t be surprised if they randomly charge your credit card months or even years later.

After cancelling my account over 16 months ago I ended up getting a random charge of $45.50 on my debit card from Anytime Fitness Wyoming. Trying to call the gym to rectify this is impossible because there is no manager on staff. Do not give these people your bank information, they will steal your money, even if it's a year and a half later.

I cancelled my membership to this gym in May of this year. I hadn’t been billed since May 29th. On September 4th they randomly started billing me membership dues again. I have left 3 voicemails, and sent several emails through the contact form on the website and have received no response since. I’m filing a stop pay with my bank so they don’t continue to charge me, but I still have not heard back on a refund for the charges they already made. Horrible customer service and no regard for peoples money or privacy. They shouldn’t still be holding on to my bank account info to start randomly billing 4 months after I cancelled. It’s absolutely crazy to me that there is no feasible way to get in contact with someone at this gym.

I should have known I would have trouble with this location since the day I went to sign up the manager sat there telling me all about inter company drama and complaining about her coworkers. They clearly cannot conduct themselves professionally.

Love it here, have gone what feels like daily in the last 2 weeks. Calming feelings as I walk in because generally not crowded. Bathrooms are huge with large showers in place of a traditional locker room. The equipment is plentiful, there is always something you can be doing.

Very nice place, takes wellness ID number for insurances that cover. Once established you get a key come and go with you please 24 hours small business owner. The gym is hard having the option to do this is great. Private bathrooms and showers and lockers. Places extremely clean has classes and everything you could want.

Rudest management I've ever dealt with. I just wanted to cancel memberships for me and my gf. Not only was it a hassle and they kept charging me, but the manager was extremely rude through the whole process. He admitted he had to fire or They had to fire the last manager for dishonesty what a mess. Not worth the money they take an extra 20 twice a year to upgrade the gym never really saw a difference. It's clean that's the only good thing about it.

Contract and yearly dues triple rate of planet fitness to have way less equipment..you are told yearly dues you can vote on equipment but yet there nothing to vote on..and if you going anytime besides dayshift dont think you will get any of the extras they have to offer

Be careful when signing up for a year long membership. If you have to cancel for moving or any reason they make it extremely difficult and lengthy process. My partner and I moved and need to get out of the contract since there isn’t one close by. They are making it very stressful and difficult. Gym contracts shouldn’t be so stress inducing. Don’t recommend.

Very laid back environment, competitive pricing in general, nearly equivalent to planet fitness black card but with free weights, clean private bathrooms (my favorite), and friendlier atmosphere. Did I mention clean? Practically feels like a new gym. Overall medium/small size makes it feel less like a cattle farm as other gyms have felt. I personally feel like the free weight area is a bit condensed with space. When I go there’s maybe 5 to 9 people at one time, again better then 30+ people at once.

Signed up for a membership and decided to cancel. A month passes by and I was charged $50 again even though I handed my key fob to the manager and cancelled my membership. No one let me know I was charged until I checked my transaction history. Called the gym’s number multiple times throughout the day during staffed hours and it was apparent no one was there or was going to answer my call. Had to reach out to their Facebook page to hear anything back. Was told there was a “glitch” in the system and that my money would be refunded. It’s now a week after that and I still haven’t gotten my money back. Honestly wouldn’t waste my time here.
