ATTENTION BRIDES and truly anyone looking for a friend in fitness. Chrissy was my truly saving grace before my wedding. She guided me through workouts and a nutrition program that changed my body and made me so confident on my wedding day. I arrived at my consultation and told her I’m here to work I just need guidance. There is so much nutrition advice out there that it can become overwhelming. Chrissy broke it down for me in a way that made it easy to maintain! The weekly check ins were so helpful and we were able to increase or decrease things as necessary. Chrissy will hold you accountable without making you feel belittled—really you will want to work hard for her! She is also an amazing listener and acted as a part time therapist as I vented my way through wedding planning. I loved her so much I am still working out with her through my first pregnancy!!

I was having a really tough time shedding baby weight from my second child, and even my first child because I never lost that weight. It was was really discouraging and I knew I needed to do something. My sisters went to Chrissy and had amazing success, so I decided to reach out. Not only did Chrissy help me lose weight, but she set up a plan for me that was attainable. Before Chrissy, I felt loosing weight meant bland food and working out daily. That is not the case. She gives you meal options that are actually good and you look forward to eating. She is responsive with any questions and makes it make sense. My sessions with Chrissy are over but with what she has taught me, I'm still continuing to have success with weight loss and more importantly, feeling better in general.

Chrissy is AMAZING!! She takes your personal preferences and works then into each work out. I have come so far working with Chrissy, I used to hate working out but now I miss it when life gets busy.
I worked out with her 3 days a week for a while, now I am switching to an at home plan due to work and life constraints. I can’t wait to start!!

I highly recommend this program!!! Chrissy is amazing!!! She is there for you, always offering a helping hand or supportive commentary!!! She wants you to succeed!!! Her workouts are amazing!!! I did the six week metabolic meltdown with the nutrition plans as well. I have lost 6 pounds and inches everywhere!!! Not only can I notice my results but so can others!!! I actually have muscles after only six weeks!!! Which makes you feel amazing!!! I have tried all other types of programs, but always fall off the wagon due to lack of results. This program is legit!!! I am restarting another six weeks of the metabolic meltdown!!! If are thinking about it or even if you not, you should try this program!!! You won’t regret it!!!

This fitness program is for everyone for all ages. I really enjoy getting up and doing the workout routines. I am halfway through the program. Positive feedback: I have more energy and can really see the progress of inches and pounds lost in my clothes. I am really looking for to the continuing on the program. Sign up you won’t be disappointed.

After having my second child and turning 30 I was having a hard time losing any weight despite working out every day. I contacted Chrissy and she put me on a nutrition plan that was not only easy to follow but also realistic. I took her advice and start losing weight and feeling so good about myself. By the time I was done with my nutrition consulting I had succeeded in losing around 16 pounds and around 14 inches overall. She was very helpful in keeping me motivated and educated on what would work best for me. My best advice for anyone wanting to work with Chrissy would be to stick with her advice and follow the plan she sets up for you. She is very knowledgeable and is there for you when motivation is needed.

Chrissy is great! I have lost very little weight but I have toned up considerably. I only participate in the training sessions but have still noticed a change in my body. I know I will always have a great workout and I get a little stronger each session!

I’ve been training with Chrissy for almost 2 years and have lost over 25 lbs and approx 20” overall. I never thought I would be able to do it. Chrissy personalized my training and diet plan with the foods I like to eat and a workout that has strengthened and improved my overall health. I’m amazed at my cardio strength !! I was at a stand still with my weight. I could not lose a pound by dieting and exercising on my own. I decided to give BAM a try. Owner Chrissy Hage is a qualified trainer and nutritionist. She put me on a meal plan with foods I enjoy and I workout with her twice a week. I have lost pounds and inches. I was headed for size 14 pants before BAM but now I can fit back into my size 10 pants thanks to BAM and Chrissy. I have never felt or looked better. I highly recommend BAM Body and Mind Nutrition and Fitness. Chrissy is GREAT!!!
