About the Club

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

When I found out I was pregnant, I added Barre3 to my routine religiously and it became so much more than just a workout. Not only did it support me through labor, but it truly brought light into my life both physically and mentally. I feel stronger than ever, and the sense of community these incredible women have built is something truly special.

The instructors make you feel seen, celebrated, and proud of whatever you bring to the mat. Every class is a reminder that strength looks different for everyone, and that’s the beauty of it. Treat yourself to these 45 minutes and you’ll walk away not only challenged, but uplifted. You won’t be disappointed 🧡

Been going for almost a year now. I’ve done Pilates, yoga, ballet, Zumba classes, kickboxing, you name it…I’ve most likely done it. But Barre 3 is so different and so much fun and you get such a great work out…sometimes I feel it for days!

The instructors are incredible and welcoming. Always keeping things interesting and new with lots of energy. They are mindful of reminding the class of modifications, esp if needed to reduce back strain/pain.

At the end of class, there is a short mindful/meditative practice to ease you down. I’ve never been to a more comprehensive and fun place to work out before!
I look forward to it each time!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve done workout classes like this before at other places and never had this great of an experience. Barre 3 North Hills is like a family. The owners and instructors know your name and always greet you on the way in! The classes are motivating, challenging, and also so fun! I can’t recommend Barre 3 North Hills more!

I started going to Barre3 about a month ago. I did a free class, then tried 2 weeks unlimited and then officially joined with a monthly membership. I have done 13 classes so far. The instructors are really knowledgeable and they make classes challenging and fun. It’s a great workout. The people who go there are welcoming and kind. Scheduling classes through the app and even getting to choose your spot in class is a huge plus for me, as I often attend class with a friend. I even attended their book club this month. I highly recommend Barre3!!!!

I had a wonderful time, and enjoyed many aspects of Barre3; from the instructors to the atmosphere and
the workouts are sensational. It is in the best location because you can get all of your errands completed and walk right over to great sweat on all in one strop. If you are looking for a fantastic place to workout, definitely drop in for a class.

Wow. I have been doing Barr for a long time and I was able to try this one and by far the best place I have ever been Cheers to the teachers and the classes best thing is she shows at least two other modifications for every exercise you do so it doesn’t matter how good you are or your age it was extremely comfortable and I felt at home.
