Sarah & Nikki have been teaching fitness classes together for 14 years and will continue their fitness and friendship bond for years to come!

I go to zumba with Sarah on Mondays, as well as with Nikki on Saturdays. Both of them are very upbeat, and very fun! There are options for people of all ages and abilities, and I love how included I feel whenever I go to one of their classes! Sarah is a personal trainer, and does weight trainings on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and Nikki does Zumba toning (with some core workouts at the end) every Tuesday. Sarah also does yoga on the first Monday of every month, and I have enjoyed every time I have been able to stay for that.
They are so kind and generous, as they do many MANY fundraisers throughout the year. They have helped many people in our community, as well as furry friends (with the 80's themed zumba night with door prizes and a bake sale).
They have helped me a lot with both my physical and mental health journey, and I am happy to have been able to attend what I have since January.

Sarah developed a plan to successfully achieve my fitness goals.

She lifted with me at her home gym and Paramount.

She ran with me at her local track and at Ft Indiantown Gap pushing me beyond my limits.

She adjusted the plan several times to take advantage of gains and to account for set backs.

Part of her plan included proper stretching to prevent injuries and improve flexibility.

She encouraged me to adhere to a healthy diet that achieved weight loss while building and maintaining muscle.

I could not have achieved my goals without her.

They are incredible at being motivators to make you want to better yourself, their workouts are hard enough to make you push yourself mentally and physically, and in the process of all of that, myself as a person has become stronger and better than ever before. Coach Sarah is awesome! She designed a running and stretching plan that changed my life. I started out barely able to run two miles and taking a week to recover afterwards. Now I’m doing a 5K or 10K every month, and looking forward to 3 Half Marathons this year.
