Before I started training with big and strong I struggled athletically. I wasn’t reaching my goals in the weight room, during competition or during practice. Coach Trent got me on a nutrition and lifting plan that transformed me into an all over better athlete. I lost about 60 pounds, and while doing that I was still able to move the same weights as before and even heavier weight. I reached goals in the weight room I didn’t even know I was capable of reaching. This transferred to my athletic competition as a shot put and discus thrower. I am able to move through the circle smoother, quicker, and powerfully. I am a school record holder and going to compete in college for another 4 years, with Coach Trent’s programs I know I am well prepared to continue at the next level and be successful.

As a former Division 1 athlete with back injuries, Coach Trent's lifts have reinvigorated my passion for strength training. I feel stronger and in better shape now than when I was competing. This is the best I have felt in years of strength training, and I have not had any lingering injuries since training with Coach Trent!

My daughter has been using the Big & Strong Performing Training program for over a year. In that time, it has shaped her physically and mentally. She has gained muscle which has improved her athletic ability and she has also gained confidence as she meets the program goals that Trent has set for her. The support and rapport that she has with Trent has made all the difference with her sticking with the program. I would highly recommend Big & Strong Performance Training for all athletes.

I have been a track and field coach for 38 years. I have had the pleasure of having Trent virtually coach some of our athletes over the years. Our CC team was on a program for the 2024 season and was without injury. I have two of our throwers traing through big and strong with Trent. What stands out the most is their ability to recover from demanding practices and competitions. They are throwers!! The lifting provided a sense of security for their training. The off-season training is diversified for enabling these athletes to be prepared for the season.
