This is the easiest review I ever had to do. Travis is hands down one of the best things I did for my son since moving here 4 years ago. He transformed my son Jaden not only physically but mentally and he’s still not done. Anybody who plays or played football knows it’s physically grueling but the mental aspect can be just as grueling and Travis uses his experience and understanding of that and prepares the kids for both that’s what real trainers do!!! Listen if you want to play a sport then this is not for you, if you want to excel in a sport than Travis is the only one for you!!!

I came to Blomgren Training Systems for two reasons: to get stronger and healthier. During my junior football season, I sustained a fractured wrist and torn hamstring, which drastically limited my ability to perform lifts. But under Coach Blomgren's program--which he tailors specifically for each athlete-- I was able to work around my deficiencies, reaching a max squat of 500. In addition to gaining strength, my flexibility improved, due in large part to Coach Blomgren's emphasis on mobility and hamstring training, propelling me to have an injury free senior year. With Blomgren Training systems, you're getting something you don't get from other trainers: personalized training and knowledge.
