At Blue's we focus on building better humans by splitting our training up into two different styles of training through out the week.
#1 - Strength and Resistance Training - We run a 6 week full total body Strength routine that will allow you to learn each move safely and to see noticeable gains in your overall strength. Each Strength routine also has either a corrective or mobility exercise built into the routine to help you move and feel better.
#2 - Metabolic Conditioning - Other wise known as Cardio :) No two Metabolic workouts are the same, so your mind and body are guaranteed to never be bored in class. Our Metabolic Workouts are roughly 25-35 mins long, with a warm-up and cool down built in for the full 1 hour workout.

Blue's Functional Movement Lab has been a true blessing to me. I am in my mid 50's and haven't been in a gym regularly in decades. I had stiffness and joint pain throughout my body and literally had to collect myself before stepping out of the car after a 30 minute ride or before getting out of bed after a night's sleep. I have only been there since July but I feel my strength, mobility and energy increasing. I could mindlessly throw weights around in my youth, but the best part about this gym is that everything is done with a purpose. Coach Jessi challenges us and every exercise, everyday is planned out to help us get stronger and to work out a variety of muscle groups to make sure we are balanced. My weight has not been good, again, for decades and I haven't lost a million pounds fast in her gym. But I have lost 25ish pounds, slow and steady. And I have yet to yoyo my weight, which I am famous for, over a 7 month strength. I have bursitis in one shoulder and arthritis in the other and I have never had to miss a day due to those constraints. If a move bothers me, she helps me find a different version that I can manage. She encourages questions and answers them all and the gym members are literally the most genuine and fantastic people in the world who encourage one another and truly show an interest in everybody getting better and stronger.

Coach Jessi is awesome. I highly recommend joining this gym. I am pretty much new to fitness and working out consistently since I've never been athletic. I've never been really comfortable working out. Due to life circumstances and health reasons, I have become pretty weak. So, a workout regimen was definitely in order. Jessi has made me feel welcome here, and I am getting stronger already. I would recommend Blue's to anyone no matter your starting point or what your fitness goals are.

I recently had a conversation with Coach Jessi about how the boot camp that she runs has given us more results than any other boot camp or gym we have belonged to. Here’s a little history on our workout routine over the past 20+ years. My son and I started attending Blue’s Functional Movement Lab in October 2023 after working out at home for 4.5 years. During the 4.5 years we did Beachbody on Demand classes. We attended 2 other bootcamps from 2015 to 2019, before that I belonged to Planet Fitness for 5 years and the YMCA for 8 years. I have ALWAYS been consistent with working out 5 days a week and my son has been working out for the past 8+ years.
Fast forward to January 2024 when Blue’s was offering a 6-week ultimate reset challenge, my son and I decided to join the challenge. My son had put on 30 lbs. while away at college in 2022 and kept the weight on all through 2023. I put on 10-15 lbs. during that same time even though I was working out 5 days a week. During the challenge we learned about macros, what foods and how much we should be eating and worked on our mindset. After being 100% compliant for 6 weeks, my son won first place (he lost 25 lbs.) and I won third place (I lost 10 lbs.) in the challenge…..I think we are a little bit competitive…LOL! Anyway, our results didn’t stop there. We continue to attend Blue’s Functional Movement Lab five days a week and we follow the Macrostax app for our nutrition. The combination of both has made all the difference. Blue’s classes offer something no other classes I ever attended offered. For 6 weeks you work on 5-6 strength training exercises on Monday, 5-6 different strength training exercises on Wednesday, and 5-6 different strength training exercises on Friday which helps you gain the confidence you need to push yourself, adding more weight each week which helps you to ultimately get stronger! My son has lost an additional 10 lbs. and gained a lot of muscle in his arms/upper body, lost his love handles and his abs are slowly starting to show. The weight he is lifting is insane…..he’s a BEAST! He had some definition before attending classes at Blue’s but nothing like he does now, his arms are ripped! I’ve lost another 4-5 lbs., the definition in my upper body is very noticeable and I fit into pants I haven’t been able to since 2022. Just 2 weeks ago I was saying to Coach Jessi that I finally fit back into my size 2 pants, but they are a little snug, well today I can say I’m wearing them, and they are comfortable, not too snug! When I started the challenge, I couldn’t even get them past my thighs.
The difference is in the coaching style…Coach Jessi is AMAZING!!! She is very knowledgeable, correcting form as that’s the most important thing to master as it helps you to get stronger and prevents injury, gives us challenging workouts EVERY day, always positive, helping you see your potential even if you don’t see it “yet” and just an overall fun person with an infectious personality! I am so extremely lucky to call her my coach!
If you’re on the fence about trying out the classes, trust me, it will be the best decision when it comes to working out that you will ever make! Just do it, you have nothing to lose (other than some weight) and everything to gain (muscles included)! Thanks Coach Jessi for helping us to get into the best shape of our lives, we appreciate you!

Coach Jessi is the best! The workouts are challenging but motivating. Jessi even modified workouts for me during my 2 year long ankle injury and trained me to compete in my first Spartan race during that time. I will never join another gym again, sorry Jess you are stuck with me for life!

Working out with Jessi at Blue's has really changed my life. Her classes are set up to assist every level of gym enthusiast. She has modifications for each exercise so that no matter how experienced you are with exercising, she can provide a challenging workout experience. I love going to Blue’s. The gym is clean organized , starts on time, and Jessi goes over every move before we do it . During class she watches our form and encourages us and helps you hit your goals no matter what it is . The gym members become family pretty much they push , hold you accountable and makes you want to come back everyday . This is a great place !! You definitely need to give it a try you won’t regret it !!

Physical fitness training in a group setting but exercises are modified for all fitness levels. Coach Jessi and Coach Chris are the best!
5 months later I am stronger and always feel challenged in class. Coach Jessi and Coach Chris know their stuff and never fail to keep you motivated and engaged.
