Coming here is by far the best thing I've ever done for myself. Every trainer is wonderful and will patiently correct me every time my form is off. The atmosphere is nothing like a regular gym. The small classes are perfect for someone like me who wanted to go to the gym but had no clue what I was doing and couldn't afford a private trainer.

This is a plain Jane place owner is lost into the 80s ! Didn’t look me in the face when I talk to her had me come for an interview look me up and down as she was judging me took me into the exercise room to show me what they do had a change of mind and told me to step out with to her office and clamΓ© she don’t wanna waste my time , that this is not the place for me. I recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to work out to really lose weight or gain muscles going to a real professional gym not one that is stuck in the past with a gym final workout.

The staff is highly knowledgeable and personable. They take particular interest in each client by taking a history and discussing individual goals. Small group personal training provides strength training with specific modifications for each individual. Nutrition guidance is sensible.

Weight loss is not the primary goal. Instead they focus on gaining muscle and losing fat. They are especially focused on challenges faced as we age and research based ways to overcome them.

If you have tried everything come to Body Blue Print. You won’t be disappointed.

Body Blueprint has been the best thing for my health and wellness. This is the most consistency (2 years and counting!) that I have strength trained and exercise at least 3x a week since I was a high school athlete.

At BBP you have access to knowledgeable trainers, and workouts that change every few weeks. The best thing about BBP is the community. I highly recommend Body Blueprint group fitness program and personal training! The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and they care about the members. The group classes are safe, challenging, and fun and the instructors provide modifications for every age and skill level.The gym is SUPER clean and offers equipment to support a vast variety of training techniques. I have been going to BBP regularly for a year now and have lost weight, toned my body, and gotten stronger overall after not exercising for over 15 years due to medical and physical limitations. Now at 66 years old I looked better, feel better and my overall health has improved greatly. I look forward to working out! I am grateful to Body blueprint for that! Also the other members I get to work out alongside of are really nice people which is the icing on the cake at Body Blueprint.

Body Blueprint has definitely been what I've been missing in my fitness journey! I've tried several gyms and even a couple of personal trainers throughout the years that just don't even come close to Christy and her team! Everyone is very knowledgeable and always willing to jump in and help Make sure you are using good body mechanics while getting the most benefits from your workout!!
Christy definitely takes the time to talk through diet and exercise and help you understand how it all works together so you can achieve your maximum results.
There's so much variety in the workouts and even in the personal training sessions that it keeps you engaged and never stagnant doing the same thing over and over, Definitely a plus for me!! So happy to have found such a great place to have fun and get strong and fit all under one roof!

I cannot say enough good about Body Blueprint PTC! From the minute I walked through the door I was welcomed by so many friendly people and the best trainers around. The trainers really take their time with you to ensure you are doing every move correctly. If you are not comfortable with a move, they quickly offer a modified version that you can try. I have met the best group of people there who make working out fun and by the end of the class it feels like the time just flew by as the classes are always filled with fun and laughter. All of the trainers are extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I made as I not only am motivated to continue showing up but I also have a great group of friends I talk to almost daily that continue to keep me accountable to my goals. This is by far the best gym around!

I can't say enough GREAT stuff about BBP. I have been there for about six weeks and seeing incredible results. The people are so kind, warm, motivating, and welcoming. It's NOT your standard gym. Sitting all day at a job takes a toll on your health. I was always relatively slim and never felt the need to work out. Prior to beginning my challenge at Body Blueprint, I gave myself every excuse why I couldn’t improve myself. I'm a new mom, still nursing, with a very needy 1.5 year old, I’m always exhausted the list went on... there was just no way. I didn't feel or look myself anymore and was slipping into resentment and depression. With the help of the coaches at BBP, I have broken through those feelings and realized I have to be a healthier happier mom to be a good mom for my daughter. After a month here, I am feeling stronger and my emotional state is much improved... the workouts are certainly challenging and they are FUN.. the coaches work with you to reach your goals and the results are certainly rewarding.
