I’m not sure how there are so many 5 star reviews for this gym. Just sticking to the facts, no opinions: There is a lot of equipment, however none of it has been maintained in a noticeably long time, soooo dirty. They provide dirty reusable rags to clean the equipment when you’re done. The padding on the majority of the equipment is completely worn. It’s so bad that 2 times I have worn the skin off of my elbows when using the bicep curl machine. $40/month compared to $10/month at a very clean and well maintained gym 9 miles away, quitting was inevitable.

Very clean. Shower, dry sauna, lots of machines. Classes. Great open-ended price. Highly suggest the Wednesday night pump class for beginner lifting. Melissa is fantastic with a great smile.

This is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. They sanitize and clean everywhere and everyday. They have amazing old school gym equipment that is far better than today’s style equipment. But most importantly, the people there are all positive and nobody will ever talk down on you. The employees in there and gym owner are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and make you feel at home. 5 star rating for me!

I absolutely enjoy this place..the setting..the people the equipment..it is such a nice fun atmosphere..I would not change to another gym un less I move far away..it is totally worth making n extra drive to..hopefully it picks back up again....thanks for being awesome everyone

I love love love this gym. Not over crowded and they have a stair climber that I love... I haven't been here in about a year due to a surgery that I had and I moved far but I will be back starting tomorrow it's worth the drive!
