I’ve really enjoyed my time at Body20. The EMS workouts are surprisingly addictive… you start to actually look forward to that feeling. The staff is extremely friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable about how to safely progress you through each stage. I always felt like the workouts were unique, fun, and tailored to me.

I loved that sessions only take about 20 minutes, there was never a wait, and you get true one-on-one attention with your coach. They also make it fun with little challenges and milestones, like moving up to the next level every few weeks.

Overall, it was a great experience and a really effective way to work out. Highly recommend!

I am a former competitive weightlifter and I must admit that I was initially skeptical about the concept. However after my demo session I decided to go with it. I have been doing it for nearly six months now and I love it! I have found it to be a great addition to my normal routine. Even if I miss my normal workout, this Body20 workout keeps me whole!
Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. The trainers at Body20 are great and very knowledgeable! I have trained with about 4 or 5 different trainers. They all are good. I have trained mostly with Brea and Nico. They both kick my butt! The edge goes to Brea! She is a real taskmaster! (Sorry Nico!).

Love this place! It's very convenient right on 228 between Route 8 and Route 19. The training crew is knowledgeable, professional and fun! The facility is well maintained and welcoming. You get a great (quick) work that is unlike any other exercise experience.

They kill me but in a good way. I love this place. Amazing staff. Brea and Niko are just the best. Shendelle is very sweet and adorable. They are all very knowledgeable and motivate me to keep going. I tend to get lazy and want to stop but they puah me to keep going. Definitely a worthy experience.

I joined Body20 just a month ago and I’m already seeing results. Coach Brea and Coach Nico, who I’ve worked with so far, are both very knowledgable and push me to complete a great workout every time. The best part of my experience here hands-down has been the staff! Each and every staff member who works at this location is welcoming, engaging, and genuine. Shendelle, the manager, does an excellent job making sure that each person who walks in the door feels at home and cared about. I must say that Lina and Bobby are my favorite trainers, but I have walked out of each session with a smile on my face. As for the workouts, it’s so convenient to get a full workout in in 20 mins. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is b/c of issues with the suits. If you are interested in trying something different that will not put strain on your joints, tendons, or ligaments, I recommend giving this a try!

I always get a great workout in a short period of time. Staff is all extremely friendly and accomodating! All willing to help you adjust for your goals. I often schedule erratically but I am always able to work it easily into my schedule and theirs.

Scheduling workouts makes me far less likely to make excuses to skip exercise so BODY20 has worked great for me so far!
