Highly recommend scheduling a private arial yoga class with Boundless Yoga! I brought in 11 girls for a bachelorette party that I planned. This was a fun and war activity for the group. The instructors work with you based on your skill level.

Andrea’s ecstatic dance class is such a great way to unwind and let go during the week. Her warm presence and welcoming spirit helps take the edge off any reservations you have about just dancing!! Let go and try this class if you haven’t!!

Our bachelorette group LOVED our private yoga session with Tracy! We especially enjoyed that Tracy allowed us to really listen to our bodies and guided us in a relaxation session focused on love and joy. I would highly recommend!

Chris and Jen are so wonderful, knowledgeable of kinesiology and anatomy, helpful and accommodating with your physical needs. It feels like I'm working with a top notch physical therapist. I travel from NYC just to take their workshops! If you are in the Poconos area I suggest you try a session. Chris actually drove me to the bus depot when I couldn't find a cab. The best!
