Mollie is great at what she does, but even more importantly, she cares about the people for whom she does it. She inspires and motivates. She really focuses on full body health and wellness. She can tailor to your specific needs and support your goals. She has incredible knowledge but also continues to research and learn more to be sure she can offer what you need. She has great recipes to share and tips and tricks for working out and for staying in a health mindset/routine. I’ve worked out with Mollie for over 6 years and it’s been tons of fun! I love her wide range of classes that are never boring.

Mollie is great. She was my dietician for maybe 3 months. We checked in weekly and as time progressed we checked in less frequently. Mollie helped me to gain a better relationship with food. She monitored what I ate and gave me tips and different recipes to tweak things up. I lost about 18 pounds. The weight went down slowly but surely. Mollie is super encouraging and wants to understand you as a person while learning your habits so that she can better guide you!

Mollie has been training me for 18 years, 15 years in person and 3 years virtually. I love her classes! They are challenging, motivating, consistent and short - only 10-30 minutes!! Her decades of experience and knowledge make for a array of variety that’s unmatched by other trainers. She really understands how the body works and tailors workouts for all fitness levels. She’s helped me get stronger and increase my mobility which has allowed me to stay injury free. I worked as a housekeeper full time for many years and I have to say that if it weren’t for Mollies classes I probably wouldn’t have lasted very long. I love how she continues to introduce new and effective exercise modalities into her training. It’s never boring and gets better with time.

I love having access to Mollie’s video library! It’s wonderful having guided workouts available to me anytime and any place. There is so much variety on her library I can use them at home on my living room floor or at the gym. There is intense classes and also lower key classes that I can choose from depending on how I feel, how much time I have, and what area of my body I want to work on. She also has some videos just for stretching which is great when I’m feeling stressed.
She also gives me a calendar every week of workouts she recommends for me. This is great when I don’t want to look through the library and pick one out. And she is there to answer questions or help me personalize my exercise plan according to my body. Thank you Mollie!
I recommend this for anyone who has a busy life but still wants to exercise regularly.

I've been benefiting from Mollie's strength and mat classes for over a decade now. I have a desk job and I am a cyclist, and I honestly feel like I am able to keep up with both injury free because of maintaining a strong core thanks to help from Mollie. I really appreciate her style of instruction as well. She is motivating without being too overbearing as an instructor. Instead you feel good about yourself and what you have accomplished after each of her classes. I highly recommend working with Mollie as your fitness instructor!

I've been taking Mollie's classes since 2013. I love the focus on strength and movement. She always presents options so you can tailor the workouts to your ability level. The live classes are such a motivator to stay on schedule. And the workouts in her video library allow me to add in workouts around my schedule. Those videos enabled me to stay active and healthy throughout the pandemic. I've seen a huge difference in my upper body strength, cardio stamina, and core/balance. I also appreciate her diet and nutrition advice. Her website has an easy to use app where you can enable workout reminders, log workouts, find exercise programs, and communicate with Mollie.

Keep Moving with Mollie has been such a boost to me over the past two years. My conditioning has improved in so many ways . I have much better balance now and I know my posture is better , I’m more limber . I Use to have cramps in legs and toes many mornings , but not anymore since working out with Mollie . I love skiing and her workouts have improved my coordination and stance as well as my endurance on the slopes . Mollie is great to work with , an upbeat person , but tough when it counts . I have never felt stronger and healthier than when Mollie is my trainer! I love her demeanor during class. She motives by her powerful example of strength rather then being a sideline cheerleader. She uses very effective exercises for full body effect in as few minutes as possible. Her knowledge of the fascia and use of small foot exercises make a big impact on avoiding injury. Hi Mollie, Thank you for the 5 day sugar detox. I loved the program very much. It helped me see that I'm in control of what I eat. I should not let food/ cravings control me. I'm feeling good and proud of myself. This week only I was able to lose 1.2kg.
