BSS in Neshaminy is amazing. From the start, they have been very accommodating and worked with me (and my friend) to find the right instructor for our level. Coach Nick (and Demacio) have been incredible. Coach Nick has patiently worked for months with us, two 40-something year olds who were petrified of being underwater. Yet, a few months in, I can now confidently swim on my back down the length of the pool and back. If you are hesitant or nervous about learning how to swim, I highly recommend BSS and would tell you to go for it! If I can do it, so can you!!

We’ve had our son in swim lessons before but his progress has accelerated significantly since we started at British Swim School. In particular, the instructor Michelle has been phenomenal and I’ve seen a noticeable difference in how comfortable and confident he is with her, which then translates to his comfort in the water. We couldn’t be happier and special thanks to Michelle! Looking forward to continued progress and success, and eventually, enrolling our other son down the road.

The coaches at British Swim School in Bensalem have such positive attitudes that they are even smiling when no one is watching. They really love their work, and I believe both the children and the adult students were instinctively inspired and believed they could indeed learn to swim by the coaches’ attitudes and energy. I took my teenage son to BSS for Young Adult classes because I was unsatisfied with the YMCA’s format for leveling up swimmers (having to repeat a level from square one if benchmarks aren’t reached). British Swim School at Bensalem exceeded my expectations of assessment, instruction, flexibility and advancement.
Additional kudos to the school for trusting young people (older teens and early twenty-somethings) in managerial roles. The school was organized and efficiently run even when there were as many as six different classes going on simultaneously. The young people in charge were more professional, courteous and efficient than many adults I’ve worked with. If I was a hiring manager I wouldn’t hesitate to hire anyone who worked at Bensalem British Swim School in 2024!

We have been attending classes here for several months now, and every instructor and staff member has been extremely friendly and caring. The classes are designed to put the child's comfort and safety first, while enabling parents to be part of the experience and help guide their child's growth. The instructors can vary from week to week, which can lead to some inconsistency in experience, but overall I highly recommend this program for anyone who is interested in introducing their child to the water. The earlier the better, too!

I like my in and they were very helpful although I still wasn't able to pass my swim test for the marines because of how hard it was, I still learned alot. I recommend these classes for those who has the time. For someone like me who has 2 jobs and a complicated work schedule this doesn't work well. Pricing is also bit of an issue considering I recently found out I can get paid to learn how to swim but nonetheless I appreciate the instructors that helped me. I got some of the basics down which was more than I thought I would I would get in the 3 days I was there

We've had a great experience with the British Swim School out of Bensalem! Our toddler has become much more confident in the water, and is learning important safety skills, like how to climb out of the pool and back float. He also has a lot of fun. The instructors have been so patient with him (he takes a while to warm up to new people). I also really appreciate that they have an app, which allows me to quickly communicate if we'll miss a lesson, and then easily schedule a make up session.
