Welcoming, friendly, and supportive! I have some limitations due to past injuries. I was worried about this being out of my range of ability. I emailed and explained my situation. Chris talked with me and encouraged me to come try. The coaches helped me find modified movements for areas where I couldn't do the exercise as listed. They worked with me and cheered me on. Drop in classes are available and several time options available. Highly recommend!

I started at Bull Ridge about a year ago on a whim. Iβve never been much of a gym/workout person but needed something to do for myself. Itβs a great place to go without judgement but total encouragement. Whether youβre a beginner or a seasoned athlete, Bull Ridge will meet your needs. The coaches are all phenomenal and helpful. I canβt imagine going anywhere else.

Many are intimidated by the thought of CrossFit, but Bull Ridge has something for all ages and fitness levels. You can do this, even if you have been absent from fitness for awhile, or are brand new. Everything is scaleable and the coaches are awesome at giving you the attention you need to get the proper equipment set up and also correctly perform the moves. I have learned so much about lifting over the last couple of years that I have been going to Bull Ridge. I am grateful for the coaches and members alike who push and motivate me to be a better version of myself.

Positive atmosphere and deep workout classes. The equipment is in good shape and well utilized. Most classes mirror the cross-fit training style and really push you to the limit. I came in as a newbie and felt just as comfortable as those who have been coming daily for years. The cost is reasonable for the quality, and they will even let you try out the classes before you commit. I recommend this for anyone at a mid to high fitness level, looking to boost their workout routine.

I've been a member for 2.5 months and was the best decision I've made in a long time. The atmosphere is incredible with everyone willing to help and encourage, both trainers and members alike. All the trainers are pushing you to better yourself with their knowledge and attention to detail. If you are looking for a fun and challenging group atmosphere or even private one on one sessions, Bull Ridge is your new gym!

I love this place so much. The staff and members are so friendly and welcoming. I have just recently become a member and it has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have learned so much about weight training and technique in the short amount of time I been going. I refer to Bull Ridge Fitness as "my happy place". With 4 younger children I rarely get time to do something for myself. This has been just what I was looking for and cannot wait until Winter when I have more time to go. You must go in and give it a try you will not be disappointed.

If you have ever had the urge to try but are nervous about being judged for not knowing what youβre doing this is 100% the place for you. The owner and all of the coaches are able to work with all fitness levels but also push you to get outside of your comfort zone. Not to mention you gain a whole new family you didnβt even know you needed!

This is gym you will always want to come to. The atmosphere is so welcoming by not only the staff but other members as well. There are people of all skill level here and the motivation is out of this world! I have never been one to like group fitness classes because I have never wanted to be on display especially when showing my weakness but Bull Ridge is so much more than a fitness class. It is a place where you are guided through awesome workouts and given so much encouragement and support. Chris is such an awesome motivator. I am slowly getting stronger and more confident in myself. This is a good thing!

Chris is AWESOME! She is helpful in every step of your fitness journey! She takes the time to help you with your form, encourages you that YOU can do it, and so much more! She even takes the time to talk with you about nutrition as this is also a key component to a healthier and better you! People range from all sorts of experience, and no matter what level you are on she makes you feel comfortable and right at home! All the other members and very encouraging of one another and keep you motivated even at 5am when most of us would still want to be in bed. I would recommend Bull Ridge Fitness to everyone!
