Burn Boot Camp in Bethel Park, PA features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I was skeptical on joining burn for the price but I can easily say it is 100% worth it! The workouts are always new, challenging and enjoyable! The class instructor is mindful of modifications and the goal is just to keep moving! I would highly suggest this class to anyone and I actually already have! They have so many classes especially ones for mamas who need their kiddos watched!

Everyone is so supportive! You have all age ranges, different levels in their fitness journey but everyone is continuously challenged!

5 Stars isn’t enough praise for Burn! As middle-age woman (ugh!), who has been out of the exercise arena for a number of years, I was welcomed with open arms and grace. Zero judgement and constant encouragement from the trainers and members. Prior to burn, I had started my weight loss journey August 2024 and had already lost 70lbs with diet and exercise prior to joining. How I got here is, a friend of mine talked me into doing a 1 week free trial at the burn boot camp in bethel park, I agreed to go figuring I could learn a thing or two. These types of places weren’t really my thing but after my first class I absolutely loved it! It’s such a supportive atmosphere and although the work outs are TOUGH I believe this is exactly what I needed to get further in my fitness journey. What I love the most is how fast paced it is, although totally out of breath it’s over before I even realize what is going on haha! After my 1 week trial I decided to sign up for a year. So far I have attended 12 classes total and the results are there. My entire body has gotten stronger and it shows, it’s so inspiring and motivating to keep going! I’ve gone beyond my goals and I know burn at bethel is going to take me even further.

I wanna shout out to ALL of the coaches here. There has not been a coach that I didn’t like. All have been so helpful, supportive and they give you the push you need that gets you to the next level. I’m so happy to have found this gym!

When searching for a place to workout, I come across Burn Boot Camp Bethel Park. I have some limitations and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to do it. I took advantage of the free week to try it out. The first time that I walked in I knew right then and there that it was the place for me. It’s one of the most welcoming facilities that I have ever walked into. You feel the positive energy and excitement and it fills the room. The trainers are energetic and full of motivation. I started going to Burn five weeks ago. I had been looking for a fitness class to commit to for years, but never took the leap. A friend of mine went to the Zelienople location for the first time. Both locations were offering a 4 week introductory offer, and we decided to both go for it.

Burn Bethel Park has been so welcoming. The pace of the classes are quick and I’m terrible at remembering what to do at all the stations, but the trainers and others in the classes are always great at explaining how to do the exercises. Every move has a modification to make it easier or harder. The trainers make sure that you are performing the moves safely and push you a bit to keep going. There are focus meeting where you meet one on one with a trainer to discuss your goals, nutrition, etc. I like the fact that there are women only classes offered and the availability of child watch is clutch for me and all the other moms that go.

In only five weeks, I’m seeing positive changes to my body. I’m building muscles and getting stronger. If you are thinking about giving Burn a try, you totally should. 🙂

When my gym closed last year, I had a hard time finding a gym that fit my needs. Burn boot camp has a perfect combination of strength focused upper and lower body workouts as well as more cardio/conditioning style workouts. They also offer Yoga once a month on Sundays which is a nice way to recover in between! They have a really awesome and friendly team that also gives you some tough love coaching when you need it. The trainers and all of the staff are so motivating. No matter your level of athleticism there is something for everyone and the trainers make sure of that, even for the expecting mamas. I can’t say enough positive things about Burn BP. The entire staff are warm and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable when you walk in the door. The workouts are challenging, but can be modified to meet you wherever you’re at. As someone who hasn't been to a gym or has exercised in well over 2 years, it was extremely intimidating starting. Luckily, I had a friend who started going to Burn at the beginning of the year and she mentioned "bring a buddy" camp. I've wanted to try Burn for a while but wasn't sure if the class setting was for me. This "bring a buddy" camp roped me in and helped me get over the hump of actually going. I loved it so much that I signed up for the 3 week promo and then right into a membership!

I joined Burn just a couple months ago and my original goal was to go 3 times a week, but I’ve been consistently going 4 times a week, which is way more than I’ve been to any other gym I’ve joined over the years. It’s never the same workout and I love that they revolve around stations, so you’re always moving and it makes the workouts go quick. The trainers are amazing!!! They learn your name on the first day and are always there to correct your form and motivate you the whole time. All of the members are so nice too and just want to help you meet your goals, whether it’s the high five at the end of an exercise or helping you on the pull up bars. The trainers are dedicated, beautiful, strong, amazing women who are going to push you to your true potential. The facility is beautiful. They work hard to keep it clean and stocked with what we need.
The equipment is great and there is always plenty to go around.
Different camp times throughout the day and an app to sign up makes scheduling around your life that much easier. And ALSO they have CHILD CARE with some of the most amazing people to take care of your kids and I even hear that kids usually ASK to come back. Talk about motivation to get to the gym!

Child watch staff are not required to have proper clearances to work with children, and safety of the children is not valued by the owner of this location. 30+ kids of all ages infant to big kid are in the room during some camps. A staff member that was fired for being physically rough with a child was permitted to remain on the schedule and work additional shifts after the incident out of the owner’s fear that she would start drama on social media before an upcoming special event for the gym. The inner workings of this gym are very alarming and quite opposite from the facade that is portrayed.

I am new to Burn Bootcamp, however I have been following them for quite some time on Instagram and Facebook stories. About a year and half ago I took a job as an online Highschool Special Education Teacher. I let my passions, such as working out, eating healthy, and interacting with others, slip to the back burner. I tried a variety of options to get into a routine; however, those options lacked an essential factor, and that was that I enjoy working out with other people who love to push themselves.

Over the last year, I have debated my options and began seeking a group of people who enjoy pushing themselves, work hard because they like it, maybe even love it! I needed a coach like figure to help encourage me and even push me to challenge myself! I needed to find a group in which I was welcomed and felt positive energy buzzing around me!

When I arrived to Burn, I found a warm, welcoming atmosphere! A group of people who are there to sweat, laugh, and work hard but are supportive and friendly; Coach(s) who encourage and push the group better, all while making sure your form is correct!! Familiar friendly faces who make you feel welcome all while explaining the process of workouts and the opportunities within the gym!

Burn is exactly what I needed—a reason to step away from my work. A reason to remove myself from typing position that has caused me significant neck and back pain and a reason to get out of my house; sadly, online teaching has a way of making one feel isolated. Starting boot camp in my 40s felt daunting - but after spending the last 20ish years trying to find an exercise program that I love (and i have gone thorough phases of them all - aerobics, zumba, yoga, running, tae-bo, barre, several beachbody programs...) this is the first one that I have enjoyed from day one - and 2.5 years later, I can say for sure that it's not a phase. Each day of camp is different - some days are cardio based, some are strength based - the trainers are knowledgeable, and strike the perfect balance between challenging and fun. When I was pregnant, I was worried I’d not be able to do a lot of the workouts. Best decision I’ve made to find a place to focus on me. I’ve been at BURN for almost 2 years. The trainers are the best and always know when you need a little push to be a better you. Every person I’ve met has been supportive and encouraging.

Ladies if you want to work out with like minded women Burn Boot Camp is the place for you. This is not a typical gym. No intimidation whatsoever. Mostly women and a handful of burn bros (who are some of the kindest men ever.) We are blessed to have three bad a** women trainers who support you in and out of the gym. Your hardest part is walking in the gym. Once you are there you will meet a bunch of women who are there to support you in your journey. You will not regret this decision.

Love the atmosphere and environment! Not your typical gym--everyone works together as a team at every level of fitness! The instructors act as a personal trainer and push you to do your best! 2 weeks in and I'm obsessed!! Thanks BurnBootCamp for all the love and support! Ps. Daycare for the babes is a major plus!!!
