Since 2020, I have been working out/strength training weekly at Chad Pines Training Studio. The workout Chad has designed for me really targets my goals of building lean muscle, improving strength and stability, and maximizing results given my busy schedule. Working out just once a week for 30 minutes with Chad, I can see and feel the results of each workout and plan to continue as I get older. Big gyms can't provide the attention you receive from Chad or hold you accountable! I've also seen him counsel clients who are athletes or recovering from injuries, and I trust him. I highly recommend his training studio!

I've been seeing Chad for years now. My sessions with Chad are the best thing I do for myself each week. What I enjoy most compared to other places I've had trainers is it is private and Chad customizes each session. I've had times where I come in and tell him I busted up my arm or leg (as is happening as I age) and he adjusts the workout to accommodate me so I still can get my workouts in. I recommend Chad Pines 100%!

An outstanding personal trainer with years of experience and a private, state of the art studio. Fully capable of helping individuals from all stages of life and fitness meet their wellness goals. When I first started with Chad , it was right after Covid and, as a physician, I had really been neglecting my own personal health. Now I've never felt better, and have been with him for almost 2 years. He made it easy to commit to a fitness program, something I was never able to do on my own. Highly recommend.

Chad is an outstanding personal trainer. I count myself among his countless success stories and intend to be one of his many long-term clients.
For example, Chad is ALWAYS pumped up for every session, which pumps me up and gets me charged for every work out. Also, whether by showing me or guiding me through exercises verbally, he is really effective in communicating how to do a specific exercise. Similarly, I have observed how easily he adapts his coaching style to the needs of each client.
And, even when I want to give up on myself, Chad will NOT not give up on me. He continues to push me. However, he is so closely tuned to my performance, strength , and stamina, he knows how and when to put my safety and health first.
Further, Chad respects my time, is prompt for every session, and follows up with check-ins when illnesses or injuries are interfering with my progress.
He also makes me feel understood, not judged, always showing genuine empathy and respect and encouraging me to express any challenges Iβm facing. Importantly, I know he not only listens to my concerns and comments, he treats them as confidential.
Lastly, Chad is supportive, motivating and encouraging. He provides praise before, during and after every session. No matter how big or how small, Chad is always quick to recognize my accomplishment.

I have been working out with Chad for 15 years! He holds me accountable and puts me through a great workout. I would definitely recommend this place. He has another trainer that works there named Shelly that is really good too if you prefer a female trainer. All the trainers there are certified and very good. I love that they don't lock you into a contract or make you pay upfront for several sessions like many other trainers. Highly recommend!
