What a great facility. Clean new equipment. Polite and friendly staff. There's even shakes and smoothies. The gym caters to both men and women it seems and has neat and clean locker rooms and showers. The rest of the patrons seem nice and not stand offish. Quite a nice looking crowd I must say, at first I thought they hired male bodybuilders and female fitness models for eye candy. But definitely not an intimidation place despite all the beautiful people. There is a full aerobics room to with a pretty diverse schedule it looks like. I'm not one for classes but I can't imagine there'd be something they didn't have after looking at their schedule. And most of all they are surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality of gym they are. Definitely a good thing they have going on, so I figured I'd throw some kudos.

Ghetto. This club used to be great. It used to be clean and had working equipment. It used to have a sauna. Notice it used to have everything. What does it have now? Broken equipment, bent barbells, locker doors falling off the hinges, and the men's sauna has been out of service for a month and half.
No one puts their weights back after working out. You want to use the 65lb barbells? Good luck finding them.
The staff does nothing except hang out and chat with each other. I have seen customers straight up damage equipment and the staff does nothing.
Stay clear of this club at all costs. It used to be nice and now it is just a dump.

The place has taken a turn for the worst. The clientele I'd suspect at best since it opened. They have a young girl running the place and it's more like a daycare then it is a gym. The manager brings her kids to work with her all the time and she always is just sitting in the office with the rest of the staff. I would figure that the manager would want to interact with the clientele and make sure they have the best possible experience they can have. I paid the extra money to be part of this gym so I didn't have to be part of the planet fitness crowd. I should save myself the 30 dollars a month and join planet fitness for 10 a month because there is truly no difference anymore.

Great gym and great staff but me and my husband pay the same amount every month but his sauna is always broken, that's clearly a problem for us because we are paying for the use of every facility that was promised upon signing up. they don't even apologize and never say when it will be fixed. it usually takes couple of weeks to fix and breaks constantly.

The gym is better than fair and could be much better but has many hurdles to overcome. One would be Customer Service. When Customers come into the gym the staff should recognized them quickly and stop their personal conversation. I realize the night staff is rather young but training on Customer Services is key to keeping paying Customers happy and returning. Also when calling to give feedback there should be no argument from the "Manager". Again Customer Service. When the walls in the tanning bed have clearly not been cleaned for several weeks to a full month there should first be an apology and then secondly an "I will definitely look into this as it should never happen again and thank you for your input." No, the "Manager" would rather offer very poor excuses and states "its cleaned every day!" It is not just look up at the exhaust fan which is caked with mounds of dust. This dust does not accumulate on a daily basis. It takes months for this type of accumulation. Better training in learning true Customer Service or this gym will truly turn into an after school, high school gym/hangout.
