Classes are reformer based and are for Every Body, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.

I had a free trial class scheduled for Sunday (7/27) at 12:30 PM. I drove 30 minutes from Pittsburgh, only to be turned away. Due to construction on McKnight Rd, it took longer than expected. I arrived at the parking lot at 12:31 PM, parked, and walked up to the building. I tried the right door—it was locked. No one was visible at the front desk, and the lights were off, so I genuinely thought the studio was closed. It took me a while to find their phone number in my inbox, called twice (no answer) and I was about to text when a staff member returned at 12:37 pm
I introduced myself, and the first thing she said was, “I can’t let you join today because you’re late. We have a 5-minute late policy.” I explained I had arrived before 12:35 but no one was here and the door was locked. She said, “I just stepped out for a minute, and the door isn’t locked,” then pulled the left door open.
It was my bad for not trying both doors when I saw the lights were off, but I was so disappointed. No one had told me about the late policy in advance, and I was genuinely excited to try this place after recently moving to Pittsburgh.But after wasting an hour of my Sunday and being dismissed so quickly without even offering me a chance to reschedule my class, I won’t be coming back. There are too much other options in the area which I am pretty sure providing better services.

Taylor has become a great addition To Club Pilates, North Hills. She is organized with her flow and has a plan for each class. She walks up and down the aisle to check on each member and makes certain they’re doing the pose correctly. taylor’s attitude is always very positive.

I never enjoyed exercising or stuck to an exercise program before starting to go to Club Pilates. I have now been going for almost 2 years and have taken more than 300 classes. Paige has Friday afternoon classes that help you start your weekend in a great way. Paige is one of my favorite instructors. She explains everything really well and has a soothing voice. Before you know it, the class is over but your abs do know that they worked hard! I feel a little taller every time I walk out of pilates. I know I'm not getting taller but I'm standing straighter, my clothes fit better and I am getting a little stronger each week.

This is my 3rd actual class at Club Pilates and I'm new to this exercise. As a plus size woman, I've felt comfortable and welcome in the space. Classes are broken down into 3 levels and full of diverse ages and abilities. I've had class with 3 different instructors and Kristy has been my favorite instructor so far. Paige is also great! Because I am dependent on glasses, the minute I take them off and the lights dim I'm basically blind and dependent on the instructors' descriptions of the movements and breathing that I don't know yet on my own. Kristy's description of each movement was SO CLEAR and her movement back and forth was so regular I didn't even have to advocate for myself. What I appreciated the most was that as she was transitioning us from one movement to the next she called out modification options so that we could decide for ourselves what was most appropriate based on strength without having to call attention to weaknesses. I get super self-conscious. Paige was great at immediately showing me on the reformer next to me movements when I wasn't sure what she was talking about and explained I couldn't see. I only had to advocate once and she was at my side. When I was incapable of doing a core movement, she helped me adjust and refused to give up on me until I successfully got myself through the movement. Full transparency: After the first hour class I really didn't know how I was going to do this regularly. However, with each class, I'm seeing improvements in my strength and flexibility. You really do shut your brain off for an hour. The studio is clean. Classes are accessible. I'm impressed!

I cancelled my membership because we moved further away but would have come in for drop-in classes despite the high price had their policies not just allowed them to take my hard earned money. I lost credit for two classes because of other life happenings and they won’t refund or do anything to compensate my hard earned money (half a month of grocery bills). Two stars because some of the instructors (Tyler, Judy, Paige) are 5 star!

I have been attending weekly classes here for 6 months now. I typically don’t enjoy working out and Club Pilates has been the only thing I’ve been able to get myself to do consistently. And I enjoy it most of the time!
One of the biggest impacts it has had on me is almost completely eliminating the regular pain I was dealing with due to an old coccyx injury. After I had done PT about 7 years ago, I struggled to keep up with the exercises needed to avoid flare ups. But since I’ve been doing Pilates classes with Kristy just once a week, I rarely even think about it because it almost never bothers me.
As a woman in my 40’s, I feel like I am doing something really good for my current and future body with the strengthening that Pilates provides. I am so thankful to have discovered Club Pilates and plan to continue my journey with them to a healthier, stronger body!

Loving this club pilates so far! I joined a few weeks ago and have only nice things to say. The staff is wonderful, I have had 3 different instructors and each one has a different style and technique that is always challenging but all incredible workouts overall. I started at Club Pilates North Hills at the end of last year after relocating to the area. I had previously practiced at a studio in Oregon where I’d been attending since 2019. It took me a minute to get back on track and into a rhythm but the classes I’ve taken with Amy, Kristy, Kara, and Judy have helped with that. They’re all great instructors who lead challenging yet fun classes. The only downside is there aren’t any level 2 classes at this studio and I really miss doing standing reformer and chair work. Also appreciate the friendly staff - Adrienne is always smiling and helped me work through some issues I had with the app when I switched my membership. This is a nice, clean studio with skilled instructors and helpful staff.

Tonight was a tough one with Michael. I feel myself becoming stronger with every class I take. I’m looking forward to feeling and seeing the results from my new and much needed exercise routine. It has been a long time and I can say that I do LOVE Club Pilates!

I look forward to going to Amy’s class. She utilizes every minute of class to ensure you are getting the best work out possible. Amy is also great at explaining what to do, accommodated different learning levels, teaching proper breathing techniques, and creating a friendly environment. Today was my first official class. I took the 30-minute introduction last week it was very helpful. I really enjoyed the class today. I never felt overwhelmed or too tired at any point. Tyler was amazing. He was very kind and attentive. Pilates is new to me so having someone to help throughout the workout was very beneficial. I also like the fact that I didn't feel too tired at all, never reached a point where I wanted to stop or found myself watching the clock. My goal is to strengthen the core to ultimately help with my back pain. I'm very hopeful this is going to work. It is a bit expensive but if it helps that's all that matters to me.

Our intro class was with Cara, and our first full class with Amy. Both did a great job explaining the movements and are super friendly. I'm sore all over after my first full class but can't wait to get back to it next week! So happy I decided to give something new a try!

3 knee surgeries later I was left with very little stability and strength I took my first class this past January and started with private lessons to help get me started to rebuild my strength while teaching me the proper technique for so many of the moves. Fast forward 7 months and I'm taking 2 to 3 classes a week and recently just moved and per my Fitbit made it up and down 64 flights of steps pain free which back in January would have never happened. The instructors take time to help you and offer so many variations for whatever your need might be. Take a free intro class like I did and you just might surprise yourself at how good you feel afterwards...❤️ best decision ever!!!

I have been a member since April 2018 and Club Pilates has changed my life! I look forward to coming almost everyday. The instructors are well trained and offer modifications if you have limitations. The studio offers a variety of classes and times to fit into anyone’s schedule. Pilates is indeed for everybody!

I absolutely love Club Pilates North Hills! I was not one to take exercise classes — I was always intimidated. After I was introduced to Pilates through a few private classes at another studio, I took the free Intro class at CPNH and decided that it is THE place for me! The instructors are great and the members are so friendly. It’s a welcoming environment, and my body is changing in positive ways and getting stronger. Highly recommend!

I can’t tell you how much learning Pilates has helped my confidence. Having chronic daily pain from multiple autoimmune illnesses and lower back issues, I often distrust my own body. All of the instructors at Club Pilates North Hills have taught me so much and have challenged me to do things I didn't think I was capable of due to chronic pain. The environment here is always supportive and modifications are available to meet my needs. My neurologist supports practicing Pilates in place of traditional physical therapy for those who are of course medically cleared and in need of widespread pain treatment. I would (and have!) recommend Club Pilates North Hills to anyone!

I couldn’t be happier that Club Pilates opened in the North Hills! I joined before the studio opened. When I started, I was going 2 times a week. It wasn’t long before I was going 5 times a week! This was a workout that I quickly feel in love with. Everyone is so welcoming! The instructors are incredible! They are very patient, I look forward to the time I spend in the studio. They offer many classes throughout the day That anyone could fit into their busy life.I would recommend Club Pilates to anyone! Give it a try!

I have been told that the owner of this studio also owns Club Pilates Hamptons. I'm extremely disappointed in this studio!!!!!! I'm a huge fan of CP and have been a member at different studios in different States. I just moved to the Pittsburgh area, and I signed up for a full passport membership costing me $229 per month at North Hills. This is the highest I have ever paid at any CP studio. However, since I'm a huge fan of Pilates, I accepted this higher charge. However, it seems like overnight, the owner has dropped numerous classes at both this location and the Club Pilates Hampton. Cancelling classes like this means that paying members loose the options for members to schedule a class since the availability of classes has now been cut in half. Such a rip-off!!! Perhaps my membership cost should also be cut in half. I and other paying members should have been advised of this prior to this studio charging me another month!!!! I was told by an instructor at Hamptons that the owner did this to "save him money" because some of these classes had only 1-2 members scheduled. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE JOINING THIS STUDIO NOR THE HAMPTONS!!!!!!!! Rumor has it that a different owner will be opening a studio in Shadyside. I would recommend potential members wait to join and join at this new location, because it's obvious that this studio does NOT care about its current members over his bottom line!!!!!!
