This is my first experience with reformer Pilates and I've gone to 2 classes so far. I have loved both of the classes! They are difficult but not "I can't do anything else the test of the day" difficult I know I've worked out, but I've also stretched my muscles. And the class hits areas that are really hard to work out.

I love my Pilates classes. I never felt better with the low impact workouts. Strengthening my whole body, less pain both body and mind. That reformer is a blessing. The instructor's makes everything so simple, they are a God sent to help along the way. The price is just right I though it was expensive but no. The price is right for a new and better you. Facts! I have tried several exercise programs over the years (i’m 60) and I FINALLY found one that I love and plan on sticking with thru life!
In just a short time ( less than 10 sessions) I have noticed a change in my body’s strength, balance, posture, agility. All
Of these are attributed to a healthier, longer life.
Every trainer does things differently so no two classes are ever the same, so it’s never monotonous.
It’s almost like a yoga/meditation with strength training. For one hour of my day I’m able to shut my brain off and do something which is truly for ME.
I recommend Club Pilates
Reformer classes to anyone who wants to feel good in their body and have the energy and mindset to get thru some challenging days!

I’m absolutely loving the changes I’m feeling since joining Club Pilates South Hills. My posture is improving, I feel stronger and more flexible, and I can actually keep up with my two little ones again! I've been going to this location for a well over a year now and I have taken over 175 classes. I was brand-spanking new to Pilates and honestly, I've never stuck with any fitness program/regime for this long, EVER! The instructors at both the South Hills location and in Bridgeville are lovely and very helpful. I especially like the level 2 & 2.5 classes led by Abby, Tiffany, Sofia, Julie, and Deonna.

I’ve been doing Pilates at Club Pilates for several years, have done over 100 classes. They always try to support my needs especially because I have some medical issues and back issues that limit my range of motion. I feel completely safe and supported and stronger because of Pilates. In face my daughter who is 21 started doing it also! Love the cardio sculpt with Danielle! Hard work but excellent workout!

Took an intro class at this studio and had a blast! Only downside was it was 30 minutes long, but within that 30 minutes Abby had us stretching and sweating (in a good way). Abby was helpful with showing us the basics and introducing us to the equipment that you would use in the different class styles. I signed up for future classes that night! Cindy was very informative of all the different memberships they offer and benefits of joining their club. Super friendly environment and clean! Looking forward to more classes

I have been going to Club Pilates-South Hills for 5 months and have loved it. I have seen and felt a noticeable difference in overall strength, core and balance. As a senior I truly enjoy my beginner pilates class. One of my regular instructors is Abby. She always has a positive attitude and gives clear easy to follow instructions to complete the pilates' movements. I attended the free trial class at Club Pilates South Hills and had a great time! The soft lighting makes the studio feel both private and calming, instruction was super clear and the instructor was able to give helpful constructive feedback when students needed to make adjustments in their form. They take the time to explain how the Reformer works, and you get a great workout. Though I wish membership was more affordable, I do think Club Pilates is a great studio and a wonderful place to get a good workout in. All of the staff is extremely helpful and communicative, in person, over the phone, and even via text. If it fits within your budget, i definitely recommend!

I danced for 7 years when I was younger but lost most of my flexibility because I wasn't keeping up with it. I absolutely love Club Pilates. I have been a member for 2 months and feel a lot stronger and have a lot less back and neck pain from a previous car accident in 2023.
Deonna is an absolute rockstar, she explains things in such detail that I end up having a better workout. She is patient, kind, and has such a radiant light. So appreciate you!
I also love Karen because she is very hands on and helps to get things set up for the next set of movements.
I will say that I have been purposely avoiding Amy’s classes for weeks, but due to long waitlists that I can never seem to get off, I booked one again. The positive is that it was a challenging class. However, I am very disappointed with how she explains everything especially since they are level 1 classes. We were all looking at each other like “what is she talking about?”. The vibe is a lot less welcoming than Deonna, Karen, and Tiffany’s classes.

Went to my introductory class at Club Pilates and was pleasantly surprised. The exercises were not hard to do and the instructor was very easy too understand. To clarify, the CONCEPT of the exercises were easy. My out of shape body protested a bit but I'm sure that will get easier as my muscles awake from their long slumber. I am looking forward to pushing myself more. And the unlimited classes are perfect to jumpstart my new fitness routine!

I love coming to this studio! I’ve been joining dozens of gyms in the past but never attended classes on a regular basis. Always hated to be in the gym and couldn’t wait until my workout would be done. But now it looks like I finally found a workout I enjoy and all thanks to the instructors and an atmosphere in the studio!

I’ve been attending classes twice a week for almost two months now and have been completely satisfied by my experience! The app is easy to use for booking classes, the studio is clean and well maintained, the instructors are knowledgeable, and the workouts are challenging but I feel great afterwards! I can feel myself getting stronger and my chronic lower back pain is not as problematic as it was before - so I’m excited to see what the next two months bring!

I took an intro class here to see if I would like reformer Pilates since I had never been to a reformer Pilates class before. As far as intro classes go, It went fantastic. Julie was an awesome instructor to have for this because she really explained the equipment and moves we were using/doing. It was a shortened class and I still feel like we got a good sense of what the regular classes were like. I would definitely go back. The staff was very helpful with answering questions at the end.

If you are new to pilates, at any age or fitness level, this is a great place to start. I recommend taking Deonna's class to really learn the basics and get comfortable.
The cons: I workout daily so I am unlimited member. As an unlimited member, it is really disappointing to be on the waitlist daily. I am on the waitlist for 2-3 classes a day based on my schedule, and since you can only book 15 classes at once, I can attempt to book a few days a week.
I have to book 3-4 weeks out to get into a class guaranteed. I am on the waitlist everyday and you cannot book unlimited so its really difficult to plan. I understand there are a limited amount of reformers but it is something to keep in mind. It took me a month to get into my first Saturday class. So be prepared to plan in advance.
It is also frustrating to get off the waitlist and into a class with half of the spots as no shows. The schedule also changes everyday so you need to be flexible in your availability. The app is delayed in updating availability, so if you do get in unexpectedly overnight, you'll need to be prepared to go or pay a fee to cancel. I've accidentally done a double before after getting off two waitlists last minute!
Overall, the instructors are great - take a few classes to find your favorites. Abby and Julie are my favorites! They have mastered the flow of class. Take a few 1.0s, then try out some 1.5s. For a challenge, try cardio sculpt for more of a "workout" feel. I still go to the studio as often as I can but I wish I would've known about this before signing up.

I've been a member of South Hills Club Pilates for about four years now, and I can't say enough good things about this place. The studio is clean and safe and the classes are varied enough that there is something for everyone. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and fun, always providing the right amount of cues and explanations to get the most out of every class. And the best part about it is that no two classes are the same, which is what I need to stay engaged. So if you are hesitating to try this, do it....you will not regret it.

I had a membership at club pilates for about 6 months, so you don't have to, here's my honest review.
The instructors for the most part are really helpful and knowledgeable. I really did enjoy working on a reformer as I never had before. It's a very versatile machine and some instructors really push to work outside of the box with it, while others don't deviate too much from what they normally do class to class.
The downsides:
When looking to start doing pilates, I looked at their website and there wasn't a single class that would work for my schedule (a standard 9-5). Since I had to submit my info to even see the schedule, I then start getting emails and calls. I answer at some point to say, none of the times worked for me, thanks but no thanks. I was then urged to join their waitlist, I was 4th in line for a sunday afternoon. I somehow make it off the waitlist for my free intro class, after which when given the membership options I asked "how will I be able to use the membership if there are hardly any classes available?" I was assured that the waitlist works, as it did today so I sign up.
$109.00 a month which covers 4 classes. With the membership, I am still struggling with the availability of classes. And here is where my real grip comes in. In order to not lose a credit for a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class, okay that's fine. **However if someone else cancels after the 24 hour mark and you were on the waitlist, you're now locked in. I could be at work, already thinking my plans for that evening were one way and then I get a club pilates text just hours before the class that I'm now locked into. If I were to cancel, I get penalized as well. To me, that's insanity. Furthermore, those credits don't roll over. I experienced an injury at one point and couldn't come to class for 2 weeks. With the terrible availability, not only did I forfeit those credits because I couldn't reschedule, but they still showed up in my account balance, but I was unable to use them. It was like a sick joke, to which I inquired about several times in person and via email where I never got a response.
So all in all, if you have all the time and availability in the world, with little to no other interests or hobbies, this could be the place for you. Otherwise it's really quite a pain to have to plan my entire life around a pilates class. Also, since having left club pilates I have seen they're now on class pass so I imagine it's even harder to schedule if you're a member.

The instructors create a warm and inviting atmosphere, carefully walking you through all the movements. The studio is impeccably clean and peaceful. While the reformer may seem daunting, it offers a fantastic full-body workout that is relatively easy to learn the basics. I highly recommend Club Pilates at the Galleria!

I have completed 30 Reformer Flow 1 classes at this location over the last few months. It is slow progress, but I do feel like I am getting stronger, and that this is a lifestyle change I can maintain over time. I enjoy all of the instructors I have met. I like that these classes touch on many different muscle groups and provide a full body workout. The classes are enjoyable and move at a good pace.

I recently started doing pilates at Club Pilates South Hills. I had never done any reformer based pilates prior.
From the very first day of my intro class until present day the staff and instructors have been absolutely amazing! Each team member has been welcoming, professional and incredibly knowledgeable.
I've taken a variety of classes on different days and times, every instructor has taken time during the session to make sure their students are comfortable and properly performing the maneuvers to ensure we're getting the most out of our session.
Students attending the classes are equally friendly and supportive.

This studio is incredible. I have been a member for over 3 years. Everyone who works here is great. They are knowledgeable, encouraging and work hard to make us stronger and better as we move through the different class levels. No two classes are ever the same. One of the things I love the most is that when you are in the studio it’s just you and your workout. It’s time to get out of your head and just be with the movements. I am stronger my posture is much improved and the breathing I take with me in my every day life. It’s an instant stress reducer. I was hesitant to join a pilates studio due to back/flexion issues. I did not believe I could do a lot of the exercises and would be embarrassed. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful, not just the staff but other members too. The instructors each have their own style but really add their own touch to their classes. No two classes are the same. They all help me with modifications for my back and it has helped me tremendously. The goals I have achieved are beyond where I thought I could be. Club Pilates and its amazing instructors, has been a transformative experience for me, both physically and mentally! When I first started , I was at my heaviest weight and nothing seemed to be working. I can honestly say I was very discouraged and frustrated. I was drawn to the promise of increased flexibility, core strength and coordination. What I didn't expect, was the profound impact this place had on my overall well being!
Physically, Pilates has strengthened my corklike no other exercise. My posture has improved and I Feel more aligned and balanced in my daily movements. I have even noticed fewer aches and pain( though at 50, you're bound to have some!). The constant aches I used to have are no longer!
The Benefits of being a part of club pilates go beyond just the physical, I have been fortunate enough to meet some amazing woman and caring and funny, well educated instructors, whom I can say I look forward to seeing weekly! It has had a calming effect on my mind as well.The focus on controlled deliberate movements has taught me to be more mindful and in the present moment. This mindfulness has extended to other parts of my life as well, helping me manage stress and approach challenges with a clearer more focused mind!
Overall Pilates has not just changed my body, it has enriched my life and I am truly grateful to have found a studio that I always enjoy going to! I have been going to classes here since they opened. It’s a great place. Pilates is an excellent workout for people of all ages and levels of ability. It is adaptable for various specific needs and can be tailored to accommodate injuries/recovery. The instructors are very knowledgeable and no two workouts are ever quite the same. I find the workouts thorough and as challenging as I want to make them. I often leave there feeling the happy buzz of an endorphin rush. 😊 Everyone there is super nice, and who knows?
