I love starting my Tuesday mornings out in a Center and Balance class with Donn. I was hesitant to join Pilates because I’m not super in shape- but in all of my classes there have been people of all ages and body types, which has made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable. I have been loving Club Pilates! The two studio layout has been super helpful to be able to find a class at a time that works for me. Reformer Flow classes with Xaira and Christine are my favorite to take in the evenings after work. Both instructors are kind and caring and I enjoy seeing them in the studio. I also love my morning reformer flow classes with Donn. He really pushes his clients to try their best and go out of their comfort zone to strengthen their bodies. Love coming here!!

Becca is, by far, my favorite Pilates instructor! She’s very positive-energy & giggly, which definitely keeps it light, especially for morning classes. She plays relaxing music & is considerate enough to turn the lights off toward the end of class to maximize relaxation before we have to return to the real world. I’m between levels & struggle a bit at the new higher level, for which she is kind about my minor adaptations (not a drill sergeant bone in her body).

As an older person, I really like Club Pilates. It is definitely helping this aging body to become more stable. What I like about my experiences there is that it stretches and builds muscle, at the same time.

I have experienced many types of exercise throughout my life, but what really stands out to me, is how easy it is on my joints. Over the years this body has had a lot of trauma, and it can't do what it used to do without pain. Even yoga, as much as I love it, causes too much pain. I'm so happy that my Earth Partner, Diane, has introduced me to Pilates.

I really appreciate Donn, as an instructor, because he works the hips. For me I believe that working the hips will be a vital part of good health, as this body ages. Donn seems to know how important strength and flexibility affects the health of old people 😂

I look forward to experiencing all of the other instructors, because I'm sure they will bring something good to each class 😉

I love being apart of club pilates. I am a gym girl at heart but ever since i incorporated pilates into my fitness routine i’ve noticed a huge difference. I love Club Pilates in Wyomissing, PA, because it has brought balance in my life. It has made me more mindful and intentional on a daily basis. I'm stronger both mentally and physically since i have joined this community. I'm excited when I am able to do something I couldn't do at a previous class. It makes me want to increase my practice because of the physical and mental strength it brings me is absolutely cleansing. I leave each class feeling so much better than when I walked in. Only giving 1 star bc there are a few nice instructors. The best is already gone, however. Trust me, not all Club Pilates are created equally and this is the worst. Rarely pick up phone, vague when you ask questions but very quick to penalize and to make cancelling difficult and costly. So shady. They are well-versed in telling you to read the legalese in contract instead of answering a question. I go to three other CPs and they are fair, communicative, well-run and amazing workouts. No benefits and lot of headaches here. Very disappointed. Was excited to have a local location. Will be driving to any of the Exton locations from now on. Beware!
ps-Pilates studios are a dime a dozen and you can get better, personalized instruction for less than what you pay for this cookie-cutter place that allows bad form, so I predict this will be a fad that quickly fades in Berks County like many before them if they don't learn some customer service.

Overpriced for the amount you need to go to see results. I had an unlimited membership for 6 months and only one instructor (Don) actually works you but his classes have such long waitlists.

Workers the front desk are unhelpful and generally can’t answer your questions. I cancelled my membership and was still charged $200 for an additional month which was never explained.

Skip this rip off and get a personal trainer for the same price.

I’ve been to a couple pilates studios, but really club pilates Wyomissing is the STUDIO TO GO TO. Everyone is so welcoming every time I come there, from the front desk to the instructors! Never been to a studio so welcoming and helpful when I have questions and such. They always are so happy to help and try their best to help you. My favorite pilates studio ever! You won’t regret coming here, highly recommend🙂‍↕️

I came across this place when finding out there was a Playa bowls near where I live. I haven't done Pilates in years since I moved back from GA. I will say that I absolutely love this place! Restored my desire to keep working out... which has been awhile. I have enjoyed meeting the front receptionists and all the instructors. They are friendly, motivating and they change it up to keep it fresh and challenging but on different levels. Thank you so much!!! So far it has been my second week and I have been getting in at least 4 times each week and will continue especially since signing up with the unlimited monthly classes. 😍

So, I was excited to try out this new Pilates studio, I wanted to join with a friend and was contacted for an intro class. I wasn’t given rules for arrival or expectations because the was no parking around 5 PM; it took me 12 minutes to find parking I parked down the street after being told I couldn’t park at the apartments next door (fair enough). I walked in the door at 5:36 with my friend and was told there is a 5 minute rule and that we couldn’t attend, we tried to explain the parking situation and how we weren’t made aware of this expectation or the lack of parking because we would have planned better- literally booked this class weeks ago to coordinate and was told tough luck someone would be in touch, didn’t even ask our names… whatever. So, the man running the front desk was unkind and incredibly dismissive, rules are rules I get it but like explain that sooner. I won’t be back, I am assuming this guy owns the place or is a manager because I couldn’t imagine anyone else retaining him. Please be clearer and explain the parking situation to your potential client's and the 5 minute rule- 1 minute is negligible let’s be honest. I am looking forward to the new competing Pilates studio opening up in the area perhaps management there will simply do better. Cheers.

Club Pilates has been amazing for me. The new Restore Class as well as visiting/sub instructors have brought something new to the studio. I go every day- well almost every day. I am able to get into the classes that I want and enjoy. (Update- Seven months after opening- 275 sessions complete). The front desk is welcoming and helpful. My whole body continues to gain flexibility and strength. Everyone comments on my physical and mental transformation, but my confidence has been my biggest transformation. I have never felt more centered, comfortable, supported, and encouraged than I do by the instructors than I do during my classes. No class is ever the same. (I did not start Club Pilates with a magic number in mind for the scale, a certain pant size, or a specific goal. Here I am seven months later, and I am everything that I didn’t think possible again.) Thank you Club Pilates!

I am 68 years old. I signed up for classes at Club Pilates at Wyomissing when they opened. I never tried this form of fitness before but it sounded like the right fit for me at my age for strength and to avoid “aging injuries.” Almost immediately, I noticed an improvement in my arm, hand, shoulder, hip and leg movement. As time progressed, a marked difference in strength in all areas, a big difference in my core. I had a total knee replacement a few years ago, with some reserved stiffness. Any pain and uncertainty in my knee has left the building! I’m stronger and walk with purpose. My “good” knee started clicking and clacking before I began Pilates, but no more! Each instructor has her own flavor. I recently had Janet after a month “off” for vertigo and sinus issues. She gave a great workout for a “1.” I enjoyed her friendly, one size fits all, instruction. I was beginning to feel the loss of fluidity in my movement. I’m so happy to be back. Pilates is happy place 🫶🏼

Ii have never been a fan of group classes however since joining Club Pilates my aches in my hip are gone and shoulder is less aggravated. Pilates is great for my body orthopedically. Instructors keep a good pace and variety of exercises.
Can be challenging to schedule early morning sessions to someone who works and cannot attend midday. Overall I recommend you give it a try!

I’ve always wanted to try Pilates but haven’t had a studio near me to do so. When I found out one opened near me I signed up for the free class to try it out right away and FELL IN LOVE. Lori’s level 2 reformer classes will have you begging for mercy in the best possible way. Stay consistent and really take the time to click with instructors who suit you - try every class you’re eligible for and with every instructor you can. There are ALWAYS openings that they post on social media the day before or the morning of. Love, Love, Love Club Pilates!!!! I joined in November and now find myself there everyday. The 6am class is a great way to start your day. The front desk staff is always smiling when you enter and you can’t go wrong with any of the instructors. Each class leaves you feeling like you got a great workout in. Came here for a free intro class to try out Pilates and ended up signing up for a membership! Yulissa (my intro instructor) was kind, informative, and made the intro class fun! Pilates seems to have space for everyone wherever they are in their fitness journey. Whether that’s coming back after an injury, healing postpartum, or upping your game to become the best version of yourself. So far I’ve only taken level 1 classes but I’ve really enjoyed Lori, Meredith, and Yulissa as instructors! Every class is unique which keeps workouts from becoming monotonous. Chris and Becca helped me get squared away for my first classes and I’m always welcomed with a smile! Chris, at the front desk, goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need! The facility is new, the equipment is nice and everything seems to be very clean! I always look forward to coming to Club Pilates!

After recently moving back from Florida, I was already on a wellness journey and looking for a new place to work out and strengthen my core muscles after having a baby a year ago. I came across the new opening sign for Club Pilates and, despite never trying pilates before, I had heard great things and decided to sign up for an unlimited membership. It turned out to be the best decision I've made for myself. I quickly fell in love with pilates and became determined to improve every day. Not only did my posture greatly improve, but my body also became stronger. I went to the classes every day! The teachers at Club Pilates are truly amazing. They empower and motivate you to get better by providing constant reinforcement and helpful tips to master the craft. I want to give a special thank you to Yulissa, Lori, and Marilyne, as I spend most of my time in their classes. They are exceptional pilates instructors who help you build your power house and strengthen your core. The environment at Club Pilates is perfect for me. The staff at the front desk, like Chris and Alicia, are incredibly friendly, welcoming and supportive. They are always happy to see their guests. Overall, Club Pilates Wyomissing is a fantastic, relaxing, and positive place to be.

I love reformer pilates and was so excited when this studio opened. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt at the moment, but the instructors are very lackluster. There’s only one instructor I enjoy going to. The other two I have tried so far don’t seem knowledgeable enough to be instructing and it’s scary since you can really hurt yourself if your form isn’t correct. It’s a bit discouraging and as someone with a background in pilates, I’m worried for new clients who aren’t doing certain moves correctly. I’m hoping they get some new, more seasoned instructors when the second location opens next door! Hoping to see some higher level classes on the schedule soon.

Update: Instructors have definitely gotten more knowledgeable over time and I’m enjoying this studio more than before. Excited to see upper level classes on the schedule and the second studio opening soon!

From the moment I signed up, Michelle the club manager was welcoming and encouraging. The 3 owners know my name and always greet me with a warm smile and hello and notice when I am away and welcome me when I return. I took an international trip and was worried without internet access how I could book my next month classes when my .month reset, without having them all booked up till I returned. These guys let me tell them in advance of my trip what classes I wanted to sign up for, then registered me into them for me! So accommodating and eager to help! I love the co-owners Michelle, Alessia, and Chris...the happiest crew ever. Admittedly I prefer some of the instructors over others but there is variety for a reason and members have different comfort levels, experience, and ability that match up to different kinds of instructors. I am a seasoned athlete and don't find my current level of Pilates classes challenging enough so I can't wait to push myself with harder classes when the new section opens soon! My athleticism has improved enormously since joining CP. These classes have seriously e l o n g a t e d me and I feel leaner and stronger! Sure, this form of exercise is definitely more expensive because of all of the equipment involved and that is nationwide not just here. But it should be understood that
Pilates is the perfect discipline if you have good joints you want to fortify or bad joints you want to rectify and the investment is worthwhile because you are investing in your long termhealth and longevity. No regrets whatsoever. So grateful this club opened and I am never leaving! Thanks guys...you rock! ❤️

I love this place! As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed. All of the front desk staff are just the sweetest! The girls are so kind and Chris is especially warm and always makes me smile. I’ve been with CP Wyo since the start; unfortunately, the frustrating aspects outweigh the positive ones. I signed up in April because the studio would open in June. When it didn’t, members were told it would open early July. The 12-reformer studio opened in mid-August. The manager didn’t seem to have a grasp on a realistic timeline. The 2nd studio next door was supposed to open early Jan, and now the manager says it will open mid-Feb. I’ve heard various club members & instructors voice concerns over the fact that the studio has taken on more members than it can accommodate. In October, one instructor expressed that she couldn’t believe the studio already had over 400 members and was still recruiting more. I’ve had the toughest time registering for 8 classes/month; it often takes 6+ weeks to fit in 8. People who work 8 hour day shifts but don’t have commutes or can go straight from class to work can make it to 5-6 classes on a weekday. Each class has 12 spots, and classes quickly fill up. Half of the classes will be level 1 and the other half will be higher level. So, while it may seem as though you have 5-6 options a weekday, depending on whether you’re a beginner or not, you’re really looking at 2-3 options. The manager claims that the 2nd studio will help once it opens, but she continues to promote the studio & take on new members. While I hope the addition will help, I’m not convinced it will. Just as the manager has never had a realistic view of studio openings, I’m not sure she has realistic views regarding what the studio can accommodate. Now that Vintner’s Table is open, it is incredibly difficult to find parking, and the 2nd studio hasn’t even opened yet. There’s not enough room in the studio to comfortably attempt everything the instructor has us try in the suspend/TRX class. People bump into the reformers behind them and have their range of motion restricted. One instructor told me there will be more room in the 2nd studio. Most importantly, if you express a desire to cancel your membership, the manager might offer to freeze your membership so that you can decide at a later date whether you want to continue or not. When she offered this to me, there was no discussion about how I would still need to hand in a written resignation 30 days in advance of being charged if I decided to cancel after the freeze. Even when you aren’t a satisfied member, you are held hostage for another month/8 classes unless you want to throw money away. If she can freeze and unfreeze your account on a dime, effectively stopping charges to a credit card at a moment’s notice, the need for a 30 day written advance notice seems wildly excessive. The lack of clarity surrounding what would happen at the end of a freeze seemed deliberate & deceitful. And while she insists on holding members to the fine print of policies, she is unable to follow through on claims she makes to members regarding studio openings & class availability. When I recently called to cancel my membership and needed to leave a voicemail, I never heard back. I called again 6 days later to make sure someone heard my message, and the manager said that she did call me back. When I expressed my confusion, she said that she had 2 phone #s on file for me. None of this made sense as I don’t have a 2nd number, they’ve easily contacted me before when they’ve needed to cancel classes, and it would be logical to call me back at the same number I called from. If I didn’t call back, I don’t believe I would have heard anything from them, and I wouldn’t know I’ll still be charged. A fourth of the 5 star ratings on Google so far are from staff members, and that also seems deceitful. Before signing up, I wish I would have known that CP is not BBB Accredited; at the time of this review, their BBB Rating is listed as an F. Instead of paying $159 for 8 50 min classes a month here, you could pay $159 for an unlimited amount of 60, 75, & 90 min classes a month at Hot Yoga West Reading. Workouts are better, everyone is incredible, & and you don’t deal with a single headache there.

I love Club Pilates! The front end staff and instructors are wonderful and so knowledgeable! I’m greeted by name and feel like I’ve going there longer than the four months they’ve been open. (They’ve taken the time to get to know me.) Not only is the staff great, but so is the workout. It’s a great mix of strength training, cardio and flexibility. I’ve been exercising regularly for years. But I’ve never stuck with one place. I think I’ve finally found my landing spot!

We walked in and felt so unwelcome by the woman behind the desk that we left before even having a chance to see what Pilates was all about. It’s quite a shame because we were really excited and hopeful to start but we are more than happy to take our time and money elsewhere. I would never feel comfortable in this establishment.

Had some issues will only return since they use active an fit an its the only Pilates studio.. other than that. You have instructors who watch people struggle getting their machine ready while gossipping about another instructor! Very professional.. NOT. HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER CLASSMATE struggle with me too! SHE STILL DIDNT HELP US! I was so mad I left the class which she could visibly tell. Do you think she fixed her lips to ask me what was wrong? Absolutely not! I was so ready to cancel the whole thing but Pilates is a great work out an reading sucks but I will not be working with that instructor ever again! I felt like I wasted my money!
