Have been going here and training with Baylen for over a year. The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming. Finally found a place where I feel comfortable working out. Baylen is absolutely wonderful. She is super sweet and thoughtful, but still pushes me to meet my goals and fullest potential. She is always suggesting different nutritional things for me to try since it is something I struggle with. She is also always super flexible with my schedule. Grace is such a sweetheart! We are getting up there myself being 70 and she has been so kind to adjust to what our needs are. She has given me the best therapy for my legs. Now I can step up and down off a small curb without assistance! Because of the sitting and down from the cushions I stoped using my lift chair to get up out of my chair. Iβve been training here since July and Iβm down about 25 lbs and 5% body fat! All thanks to the incredible coaching and support Iβve received. Corbin pushes me hard but always tailors the workouts to my goals and abilities. He also provides 1:1 nutrition coaching, which has made a huge difference in keeping me on track.
What stands out most is how dedicated and approachable he is. He is always available to answer questions, explain things, and offer guidance, even during his own workouts. His presence in the gym is both calming and motivating, creating an environment that feels more like a family than just a place to train. Everyone here is supportive and encouraging, and it truly makes you want to show up and give your best every day.
If youβre serious about making a change and want real results with a community that genuinely cares, I couldnβt recommend this program and team more highly.

Iv been working with baylen now for 8ish weeks and let me tell you! She is hands down on of the best iv worked with. She not only keeps me accountable which I need but helps me work through the mindset of can and canβt. She pushes me to do better, she encourages me to stay on track, and helps me keep my goals in mind. When I signed up I thought I just needed someone to help with accountability, but baylen has helped with so much more than that. I believe it also helps me to visual see her improvements in her own goals and seeing that, shows me my goals are absolutely achievable! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

They have led me to accomplish a healthy lifestyle that is greatly appreciated I also competed in my first bodybuilding competition at the tender age of 71. She is fantastic and super sweet taboot.
She will always give corrections when I am doing something wrong, which is what I really appreciate. I am also seeing definite results in every muscle of my body, and I am getting stronger in all my muscles, thanks to Grace.
She will push you, but never to the point of dangerous exhaustion.
I feel that Grace is very intuitive into focusing on her clients strengths and weaknesses.

The transformation I went through training under them for the past 3&4 months is absolutely unreal! I wish I took more pictures throughout the process! If your looking for a fun training environment and even more so of supportive trainers than you could ask for that will push you into everything they know your capable of I definitely advise reaching out to them! Never have used a trainer. Wanted a trainer to work with me for 3 months to set up work outs suited to my age (older) and fitness level that I can do on my own at the gym. Wasnβt looking for long term training. Grace has been very good to work with in developing three work outs for me to do on my own. Beyond frustrated with Compel Fitness, worst customer service I ever had, and I'm a simple, easy to please, down-to-earth person. I haven't received any customer service the entire time dealing with this company, customer service is not defined by talking to a customer with a cheesy smile plastered on your face. Customer service means the customer is right unless they seem like they are just trying to swindle the company. Pleasing the customer is important so the customer stays, comes back, tells their friends all about it. This company needs to rethink their customer service model, I mean create one all together, they do not seem to have any methods in place for assisting customers except to bestow bad news on them like a debt collector. Dealing with this company is like dealing with a plague. This service was misleading, it was not explained to me that this was a yr. contract, or that there was an outrageous fee for cancelling. I didn't have money for this service, but felt I needed it due to a back injury and seeking guidance on work outs that would be safe to do with my situation, I saw signing up as a medical treatment I had to do, with the intent to cancel after a few months, so I used a credit card. My trainer was great, but everything else was a complete nightmare, and still is. The sales transaction was misleading, what I could do to cancel was misleading (provide a Dr's note/ leave the gym.) Later I was told my Dr's note was invalid because it was from a Chiropractor with a Doctor's degree, instead of a MD. (Compel likes to play guessing games). I was then also told later when I tried to cancel through the Better Business Bureau (which I have never had to do by the way) that none of this ever happened and I was accused of being difficult (I'm pretty sure anyone would be if they couldn't find any one to help them or tell them the truth.) I cancelled my bank card and told them I wanted to cancel. They somehow were able to take two more large payments from my almost maxed out card that I use to pay my tuition (after the sales person told me I would go into Collections). Explain to me why a company can continue to charge for a service you haven't used since November?? After expressing a hand full of times I had no interest, particularly money to continue this service. Cannot even begin to explain what hell it has been dealing with this company. Never again.

I initially sat down and talked with Brittany because as part of our membership you were entitled to one free session. After talking with her and working out with her, I decided to sign up. I paid for the year in full and I was ready to rock and roll. Fast forward - I signed up specifically to work with Brittany, never being told she wouldnβt be my actual trainer but that I would be set up with one. Not what I wanted and wouldnβt have signed up had I known. I had an appointment with Antonio scheduled that I had thought was the following day, my mistake. We rescheduled and then my whole family got Covid again, my mistake? Anyway, I did not end up meeting with Antonio, and then found out that not only would a different trainer be provided to me, Brittany was no longer with Compel. That being said, it was 3 weeks since I paid, had no official visit and I wanted to cancel. I reached out, and was passed along to their director who tried to talk me into staying. No thank you. I wanted to cancel. They said I had to go in and sign a form (I didnβt have to be physically present to sign the contract, or for them to take my money though) to process the cancellation. I got an attitude and was passed along. Here I am, a month and a half
Out, never met with ANYONE aside from my one free session and they are still making me buy out my contract. Charged me $400 dollars. Thatβs my entire gym membership for the year ha. And Iβm not even sure what the hell I paid for. I think the staff is amazing, truly, but I wouldnβt recommend signing up. Iβm still waiting on the money to be back in my account.

From our very first session they have been here to motivate us. My wife and I joined a little over a month ago, our very first session was an evaluation with Britney. She told my wife shot a year ago she was almost exactly where she was and now sheβs a trainer.
My wife still brings that up as a motivational factor over a month later. Britney had us work our tails off and then explained the benefits of their training program and the power of positive change through lifestyle changes.
After that we had our first meeting with Antonio. Man... at first I looked at the nutrition plan and was like there is no way. Not going to lie, we stumbled. But the words, 21 days to make a lifestyle change... rang in our ears.
Then Antonio set us up with our trainer. Eric... heβs got two rules... Show up and donβt quit... yes there are plenty of times in our workouts that we curse his name. But at the end of the day I donβt think we could have a better trainer.
He pushes us and targeted my workout plan around my injuries. He inspires us to push ourselves. Donβt quote. Nothing changes if nothing changes. No more next time this is my time.
Those words echo in heads as he show up and push ourselves 5 times a week in the gym
Does their program work? Well one month, both myself and my wife are down 10lbs and 2% Body Fat.
I think our results speak for themselves. Only question left is are you ready to change and live a healthier lifestyle? If yes... go see these guys.

As one who is a complete nervous nelly with new experiences, I had an AMAZING experience.
The first meeting, I think I fell in love with the trainer, Brittany Jones! Energetic, upbeat, willing to relate and match my level 10-fold! She asked questions and even if I derailed she was quick to get me back on track so we had a productive start to finish. I didn't feel like I was robbed of time. I got my point, plan, and goals across and then she even challenged my fitness with a 15-20 minute workout which left me saying.... "I have needed this trainer and this gym and this program since day 1."
My next meeting was with the nutritional expert as I like to call him, Antonio! First off, HILARIOUS. Super kind, willing to match my personality, FUN! He gave insight and was willing to break down what the plan was going to be. Always willing to answer questions and encouraged me to ALWAYS contact him if there was ever a need or question etc.
Things I noticed in the short time being there: The relationship between the staff is supportive. Everyone is helping another. They are willing to be their authentic selves and you do not feel like you are an outsider.
Tonight, 10/06/2020, I met with my trainer Eric, who took a few minutes to get to know me and learn what I wanted verbally instead of reading a paper. Which, in my opinion is great. He not only validated where I wanted to be, but was willing to tell me what his standards are as a trainer to client relationship. I asked for someone who was going to be relentless and not let me give up. His rules for keeping him as your trainer are super simple. Tonight, he pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. He even allowed me to cuss him out π€£! He planked with me and tried to keep my mind off the task and in the end, I really couldn't have asked for such a better group of people.
I encourage anyone and everyone to check out Compel fitness. They are always looking for your best interest, willing to meet you at your goals! Can I also say the place is super clean!!!
I am so grateful, thankful, and mentally at peace. I'm getting what I need, with the right minded people who not support me in the gym only, but outside the gym to hold me accountable.
You will not be disappointed with this group.

Antonio, who is my trainer is someone who himself is motivated about his own fitness but also of myself and other clients I happen to see him interact with. I was very pleased with my results with the virtual coaching/fitness program through compel. I just completed my 6 weeks and really enjoyed the program. I had great results and loved the personalized help and accountability my coach provided. Taylor was a no BS, tell it like it is kinda girl which I really appreciated. I have been struggling with my weight and maintaining it for 13+ years. I thought I was at rock bottom before but during this quarantine I just completely lost control and ended up heavier than I was at even pregnancy weight. This has been such a good, positive experience for me. I came into this wanting to lose weight, and learn how to take better care of myself. With Coach Tayβs help, I was able to do both of those things.
I really love the workouts. Being able to go in and find a virtual workout at anytime, while having the option of a live workout is pretty awesome. The trainers are absolutely wonderful.
They made the my meal plan easy for me, which is the area I was most worried about.
Overall, Iβd say this was an absolutely wonderful experience, and I would recommend it for anyone that struggles with taking care of themselves.

I did a 6 week virtual challenge from home. No gyms were open at this time and it definitely worked for me. Taylor was my coach who would check in once a week w me. If I needed her she was always there for answers or accountability. It doesn't work for everyone but for me it did because the gym just isn't feasible w my lifestyle and three different jobs. The online workouts were awesome, thought I would hate them at first... But now I think Iβm going to continue with the online workouts. Itβs totally changed my perspective.

I am very pleased with the training I am receiving. Leia is demanding while being supportive. She is striving to get the most out of me. I have only been at it for little over a month and I am already seeing tangible results.

I never would of thought that I would love going to the gym this much. Working out has change my life and has made me a better person 100%.
