Signed the kids up for one of our sports performance programs and while they do their thing you get some “me” time work on yourself. We are centrally located in the Lehigh Valley just off Route 378 at 719 Conestoga St. 18018

I dropped in for a week while visiting family in Bethlehem. The space is fantastic, the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and the community is inclusive and encouraging. I highly recommend this gym. The workouts are tough but fun and the people make it worth the sweat. I will definitely be back.
