Fun, nice, welcoming community. The coaches are great and the schedule fits the needs of a working parent. Theyβre awesome at encouraging you to build a routine and good form. The only downside is that they donβt have 35lb plates, but Yan assures me that using a 10 and 25 at the same time will work.

I have been to probably 30 or more crossfit style gyms due to work travel. This one is top notch. Great community, great Owners, great space. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not super competitive and intimidating like some gyms. Also, much cheaper than any crossfit style gym I have ever seen!

I've had some of my best workouts here, and I've finally been able to get in shape and build muscle. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm vegan, and I wasn't sure how to integrate these intense workouts with my plant-based diet. Luckily, the gym's nutritionist helped me so much to meal plan and meet my goals. She actually eats a mostly plant-based diet herself. The owner, Darin, is a delight! I cannot recommend this place enough!
