Amazing gym that has a welcoming environment and a friendly community of athletes! Coach Kevin is a great coach. He provided helpful tips on how to make my deadlifts better and prevent back pain. Will definitely be dropping in again when I am im KSQ. Feels good to break a sweat at CFKSQ!

CFKSQ is the best place out there! I recently completed the Health and Wellness Program, and took away so much from it! I have continued with the Nutrition Program, all led by Coach Rodney. The Health and Wellness pieces were excellent and covered a well-rounded set of fundamental pillars of health that affect you in and outside of the gym. It was a great way to connect everything together, and with Coach Rodney's help, it was easy to set short and long term goals and change habits in a sustainable way. The Nutrition Program has also been very informative, and is great for anyone overwhelmed by all the protein powder information, and pre/post workout food related advice out there. Coach Rodney has shared a wealth of information, held me accountable, answered lots of questions, and helped me with a plan that is getting me to my goals. The check ins are convenient and flexible, and the results thus far have truly been remarkable. I changed habits I never thought I would and it feels great! Highly recommend!

Moving to the area I was looking for a gym that not only had great workouts that pushed me and made me better, but also for an inclusive community that was motivating and encouraging. CrossFit Kennett Square has exceeded these expectations! Between the awesome workouts, the uplifting community, and the motivating coaches CFKSQ has become the place I look forward to at the end of the day. Doing the Health and Wellness program with coach Rodney has completely changed my lifestyle habits for the better!! As someone who has always had an unhealthy relationship with food, bad sleep patterns, and overwhelming anxiety, I joined Rodney’s program with hopes to alter some things. Rodney worked diligently with me each week and had daily check ins to ensure my success. Taking this program seriously fixed my relationship with food and my gut health, regulated my sleeping habits, managed my stress much more effectively, and so much more I could go on about. Words can’t describe the appreciation I have for the time and effort Coach Rodney put into developing my success. I highly recommend the program to anyone who is considering or has been thinking about it!!

Joining CFKSQ has impacted my life in more ways than just fitness. People talk about CrossFit providing community, but this particular gym has shown me a community of great people. Every coach, member, and supporter that has entered this gym contributes to building a place of acceptance and growth. All of us are on different journeys but our one commonality is we achieve key personal successes at CFKSQ.
My wife and I have made this our second home, found friends that are now family, and are becoming healthier people mentally and physically everyday thanks to CFKSQ and its community.

At first, I was hesitant and somewhat intimidated to go to a CrossFit gym. For years I would go to a “”normal” gym and just go through the motions. Kennett Square CrossFit has a method to set you up for success within their program and workouts. Everett, along with all of the coaches genuinely care about you and want you to succeed. Everyday is a new and great experience in a CrossFit class. CrossFit is incredible for body and soul. The members and staff are all committed to excellence and fun. Highly recommend. Experience it for yourself. Strong body and mind starts here at CFKSQ.
In addition to CrossFit classes, I began Core and Mobility/Stretching Yoga classes and it has been a game-changer. Core and stretching has helped improve my body's flexibilty and mobility. Both Jenifer and Mandi are amazing instructors. Their great respect for core and yoga, for the people that attend classes, and the actual yoga studio, is unmatched. They care! Better flexibility and mobility has improved my performance in CrossFit classes, reduced potential aches and pains, decreased risk of injuries, improved balance and enabled muscles to work most effectively.
I just completed 10 personal training sessions with Coach Nick. He is amazing. The man is a genius and a gifted trainer. He knows what to teach and how to teach it. He knows how to help you improve and pushes you to do so. My goal was to improve on my CrossFit skills and techniques. Nick has helped me reach a significantly higher level of fitness. He's a great motivator, and has educated me on the mechanics of many exercises performed daily in class. The personal training program at CFKSQ is the best. I have become healthier, fitter, stronger and faster.
Overall, CrossFit at CFKSQ has made a positive difference in my life. All the coaches are those rare instructors you meet in life that you never forget.

Joining CrossFit Kennett Square (CFKSQ) has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. As someone in my 30s who never played sports and had fallen severely out of shape—75 pounds overweight—I had been making excuses for years. With two young kids, I convinced myself I didn’t have the time to prioritize my fitness.
Earlier this year, I spent six months focusing on eating healthier and lifting weights, but I felt my motivation slipping. I worried that with summer ending, I’d fall back into old habits and undo the progress I’d worked so hard to achieve. That’s when I heard about CFKSQ from a neighbor. Their early classes were a perfect fit for my schedule, allowing me to get my workout in before my family woke up.
From the start, the experience has been amazing. My first week included five 1:1 sessions with Katherine and Brie to learn the fundamentals. This was key for me, as they carefully focused on proper movement and adjustments, accommodating my limited shoulder and hamstring mobility. Their attention to detail gave me the confidence to join the group classes.
The group classes have been incredible. I was immediately welcomed by a community of friendly, supportive individuals who motivate me daily to push my limits and keep showing up. Mandi and Everett have been fantastic coaches, always taking the time before class to adjust my workout of the day to my current fitness level. They’re always there before class to offer guidance and during class to make corrections, ensuring I’m performing movements properly and reducing the risk of injury—a top priority for me. I always feel pushed, but never at the expense of good form.
The progress I’ve made over the last few months has been transformative, not just physically but mentally. I feel stronger, more energetic, and more confident about maintaining a healthier lifestyle. CFKSQ isn’t just a gym—it’s a community of people who genuinely care about your success and well-being.
If you’re considering CrossFit but feel intimidated, don’t hesitate. CrossFit Kennett Square offers an incredibly supportive and inclusive environment that meets you where you are, no matter your fitness level. I’m so grateful to have found this gym and the community it offers— It’s given me the tools and motivation to break the cycle of inconsistent habits and build a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle.

This place is great if you are new to CrossFit, young or older, and if you want a positive supportive community. The gym was just expanded which has made this place even better. The coaches and programming are great. If you have an injury or a mobility challenge they offer alternatives. We laugh, we sweat and work together to get better!
Updating this review. I recently took personal training classes with Nick. My goal was to focus on improving deadlifts and front racking the bar due to mobility issues. Nick was also aware of an issue with my knee. I improved my deadlift form in just a few sessions taking pressure off my low back, I front racked the weights in a few sessions as well and improved my overall form. In addition Nick put together a program to strengthen the issue with my knee and I noticed a reduction in pain and endurance as a result. Nick is externally talented and passionate about what he does. I am already planning go back in a month or two to continue on getting better.

I've been a member here for 12 years. The coaches are passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. I've been to more than 100 CrossFit gyms all over the world and the facilities here are as good as any I've seen. Visited my brother and law and took the Christmas Eve class with him here. It was pretty much what I would expect out of a good crossfit gym: everyone was really nice and welcoming, the box was huge and the coach was great. This place also had huge garage doors (my gym doesn't have that), which I could only imagine is awesome to have during the summer.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Crossfit Kennett Square. I came here for the 2 months I was home from college- completely new to the sport and a little nervous as to what I was getting myself into. Now I can't imagine any Crossfit gym will compare to my (amazing) experience here… The atmosphere is encouraging and welcoming and the coaches even more so. They know what they are doing and make sure to teach proper form and technique. Would definitely recommend joining this gym if you live in the WC area!
