New to CrossFit and the coaches make a point of titrating my WOD for my age and fitness level. Never feel like a second class citizen for not doing the full workout. Coaches also watch me like a hawk to make sure I have proper form. Good place to be.

Main Line CrossFit in Wayne is MORE than I could have imagined! I’ve always been a bit intimidated by the idea of CrossFit but this is not at all intimidating. The coaches are caring, knowledgeable, and they really pay attention to the new clients. The workouts are challenging but you challenge yourself and the coaches help you to do that. They want you to get what you want out of each session and accommodate any limitations with discretion. Don’t hesitate! You won’t regret joining Main Line CrossFit!

Today’s workout was fantastic! The programming was challenging but balanced, pushing me to give my best without feeling overwhelming. Coach Brian was encouraging and gave great tips on form and pacing. The energy in the gym was motivating, and I left feeling stronger and more accomplished than when I walked in. I’ve been coming here since May with my wife, and it’s truly the first gym we’ve ever been excited to show up for. During the day, we usually are texting each other about which class we will attend after work lol actually eager to go. The community here is so welcoming and inclusive, you just feel at home right away, no matter your background or fitness level. Michelle, the manager, is incredible, and the coaches are dynamic and supportive. They break down every workout in a way that works for both beginners and seasoned athletes, and no two workouts are ever the same.
I honestly never thought I’d be a “CrossFit person” but now I’m so proud (and a little obsessed) that we gave it a shot. There’s nothing better than feeling yourself improve over time and CrossFit Mainline Wayne will definitely help you achieve that feeling! If you’ve been on the fence, just come in and try a class, you’ll be so glad you did!

From day one at Mainline Crossfit I’ve felt so welcomed! Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel like part of the family right away, even if you’re brand new. The coaches are amazing — always giving little tips on how to get better and cheering you on during workouts.

I was temporarily in the area for work and ended up spending two weeks at the mainline gym and it was hands down the best workout experience I've had. It was the first time I'd ever done crossfit and what a location and group of coaches to start with.
I had the opportunity to work with around a total of 5 coaches over the two week period and every one was super patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, but also down to business. Especially being new to crossfit the little extra time they all took to instruct and critique was outstanding and it wasn't just me being new to the whole thing, they were constantly roaming and offering suggestions of improvements to seasoned gym members.
From beginning to end the workouts seemed very comprehensive. Good focus on stretches/warm ups paired with clear, concise instructions made for very energetic and productive workouts. Screens with the workout routine that day and timeclocks were clear to see which was very nice especially for a beginner like myself!
Overall my time at mainline was a fantastic experience and introduction to crossfit. I cannot stress enough how awesome the coaches are there! Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and encouraging! Any time I had a question I never felt akward or dumb just asking which speaks to the community of people that attend the gym as well. Without a doubt if someone's looking to start crossfit for the first time I highly recommend the location, outstanding experience. And judging by the shape of some of the regulars who told me they'd been there for years there's a reason they keep coming back!
Killer experience and if I lived in the area I would certainly be a regular!

The absolute BEST place to workout. As a former college athlete I had been on the hunt for a place to help me feel like I was back training for field hockey. CrossFit Mainline was the answer I had been searching for! They are truly the best for a plethora of reasons:
1. The workouts are tough but doable/scalable and make me feel super accomplished when I’m done
2. In a short amount of time I have already seen progress, similar to when I was back in college!
3. I have had some bumps in the road (Lyme disease that took away a lot of my strength, especially in my grip. I also unfortunately currently have a foot injury) and the coaches are super helpful in either modifying or helping me feel like these are not limitations but instead make me feel empowered.
4. The community is unlike any other. From my first few days everyone there (coaches and members) have made me feel super welcomed. I quickly made friends and we all support each other and laugh along the way! It makes every workout that much more enjoyable.
5. Coach Michelle is a total badass and I aspire to be like her! She can demonstrate every exercise with ease and she has me setting goals in my head just by watching what she can do! She is very knowledgeable and always positive. Her classes are definitely my favorite.
Overall my time here has been amazing. I attend class 5 days a week and look forward to every single one. I have even started to schedule my own schedule around going to CrossFit Mainline.
I recommend trying it! No matter your skill level, fitness level, age, or knowledge in the gym this is the best place to go for a well rounded awesome workout and community.

Amazing CrossFit gym with an incredible community! Every coach is top notch, professional and friendly. I really like how interactive the coaches are during the work outs in that they go over everything in detail and then provide in the moment spot coaching during both the strength portions and the MetCon. I have had dozens of questions during my CrossFit journey and the staff is always available and eager to answer them. The gym itself is clean and kept in great shape. Just a fantastic experience all around.

Joining Crossfit mainline is one of the best decisions i made for myself. Coach Jenna, Michelle, Anthony, and Kelli not only know their stuff. They know each individuals fitness goals and make sure you reach them and beyond. Also they built a community where everyone wants you to succeed. The best gym in the world! Honestly, I never expected to enjoy Crossfit as much as I do here. The coaches are phenomenal and super attentive. They prioritize doing movements correctly and make sure you feel confident no matter how much you can lift. Not only are the workouts amazing but so is the community I found at this gym. I found real friends through the gym, people that are so kind and welcoming and ENCOURAGING! This place is like a home to me and I tell everyone I know how much Crossfit has change my mental and physical health. If you have the opportunity to stop by this gym, I promise you won’t regret it.

I just moved here and was so happy to have found CFML Wayne! I felt welcomed and part of the community from my very first class. CFML is my healthy addiction! Prior to joining, I toured 3 other gyms as mine was closing. I picked CFML Wayne because of its convenient location, friendly members and coaches alike. I did not feel intimidated whatsoever, which was my primary concern as I’m relatively new to exercising. Over the course of 18 mos I’ve gone from a 2x/week member to a 5x/week member. I joined CrossFit Main Line - Wayne about a month and a half ago. No prior CrossFit or weight lifting experience. I’ve had a blast learning new movements and powering through the workouts. The coaches are all very attentive, the community is welcoming, and the facilities are top notch, and the concept is convenient (you show up, have a workout already programmed, power through it, done). I would recommend CFML to any beginner looking to learn a different way of exercise with an excellent community.

I spent many years avoiding a GYM or any sort of group exercise. I kept driving by CFML on my way to work for about 5 years. Never thinking I’d ever walk inside let alone enjoy it. Fast forward, I’ve been consistently going to CFML for over a year. It’s the part of my day I look forward to. I feel stronger, flexible, and overall happier since joining CFML. The best part is every day is a surprise work out and the coaches are always mindful of your level of athleticism while pushing you to be better than you ever thought possible. I stumble across this place while I was on my way to Trader Joe’s. And I am glad I did! I met coach Michelle and have been coming for three weeks now. I am loving it, it’s a new change to my cross training. CrossFit is super new to me and I learn something new every time I go. I find it a bit intimidating but I love a good challenge. The facility is clean and inviting I really like it a lot. Both coaches Michelle and Jenna are fantastic. They will help guide you through the workouts and demonstrate all workouts before hand. Highly recommend them and this place!

If you’re like me, you have been going to the gym because it’s good for you and not because you like to. I gave done a trial or a couple months at just about every gym in couple mike radius - I was bored and couldn’t find my place.
Until I found Main Line Crossfit. From the incredible community to knowledgeable coaches, I have been here for over 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. I am learning to do things that I have never thought possible. The classes are great for all - I started out as semi- athletic person and kept going until a week before I went into labor. The coaches are happy to accommodate all conditions, injuries and needs.
Give them a try - you won’t regret it! And your health and body will thank you for it.

I started CrossFit 5 months ago and fretted over everything. Could I do the workouts? How would I fit in? How can I learn what to do? All that worrying was for nothing. From the moment I found out about crossfit I have been waiting for the opportunity to find a box! Crossfit has been amazing for me and I knew it would take me to the next level but it's also important that the environment in the box has to have good vibes and mainline crossfit was on point... crossfit help take me to the person I have been fighting to be, and that's is a happier and healthier me. I'm happy to say I am down to 216.4 lbs from 223.6 lbs... I have lost 7.2 lbs during my 21 day crossfit challenge. My goal is to reach 145lbs within next year, and I am sure Mainline crossfit can take me there. Special thanks Betsy our team lead! Boddd Squad!
