One of the best experiences I have ever had I tried crossfit for the first time here and since I started my first session I always looked forward to what is coming up in the next days. The members and staff keep you motivated in the workout which helps a lot and having a class just keeps you on the run and you get motivated by the people around you. I can't say enough great things about CrossFit T1. The coaching here is absolutely top-notch - every coach takes the time to give personal attention, correct form, and push you in just the right way so you can get the most of every workout. Whether you are brand new or experienced, they meet you where you are and help you grow.
What really makes this place so special though is the community. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and supported. Workouts are tough, but there's always encouragement, fist bumps, and laughter to make it fun. The friendships and positive energy here are unmatched (special shout out to the feral 5) and I really look forward to coming in everyday.

Even though this is not my home gym, I need to admit, CrossFit T1 is by far my favorite CrossFit gym. I’m really thankful to Kevin and everyone there for welcoming me in. I stayed in the area about a month and was able to quickly join and instantly feel part of the family. The gym even has a cold plunge that I was able to use (additional charge mind you, totally worth it). Kevin and others also remembered my name and my now wife’s name (we got married the week after she visited with me). I thought that was really impressive. They also were caring about how I may need to modify some activities due to some injuries I have. As well as were intrigued with some organizations I’m involved in and I was amazed at some groups they were involved in that I either have been, have heard of, or learned about through my short stay. Kevin also introduced himself at the office I was at for the month which I thought was really cool too. The whole CrossFit family there is amazing and I highly recommend this place. They even made me think of moving down just for this gym hahah! Truly an amazing find and a blessing to those in the area.

I started at T1 CrossFit one year ago this month. The first few months were challenging as I was out of shape and it was a different way of working out than what I was used to. With the help of all the coaches and their motivation I became more confident and educated in the CrossFit workouts. There is no judgement in this gym and everyone workouts at a pace that is right for them and all is willing to give a shout out of encouragement during a grueling workout. I have lost some belly fat , added some muscle and can workout for a 30 minute AMRAP without feeling like I’m gonna die. Again a shout out to the coaches KF, JF, TD, JG, SW, JD. I highly recommend you take the CrossFit Challenge at T1 Fitness!!!!!!!!!

They hosted a private kids class for my daughter's soccer team this weekend. The all had a great time - lots of team building and individual confidence building. Led by two coaches who are certified in kid's CrossFit. They also hold regular kids and teens classes. Highly recommend!

Nutrition Coaching with coach Kate was a great experience! She really helped with giving recommendations and tips on making good eating habits, how to stay accountable, and taking the time to discuss how things are going. The nutrition challenge helped me see improvements even if they were small. I plan to continue these habits and keep improving. I would recommend anyone to try nutrition coaching with coach Kate.

As someone who started out far from fit, I was initially nervous about joining a gym, but from day one, I felt nothing but support and encouragement. The community at T1 is something truly special. CrossFit can be intimidating but the coaches at T1 make it truly accessible to every athletes ability which is part of the beauty of CrossFit you can scale and still push yourself to get better every time you walk in the gym. I have been going to T1 for over a month now and it is the people (coaches and classmates) that make this gym a great place to do you workout.
I used to be a high school athlete but years have caught up to me and I have severely deteriorated in my ability physical abilities (aka put on a lot of weight). The workouts are hard but the coaches scale for you and your classmates encourage you. I feel very comfortable at this gym.
I have lost some weight (lbs) and my physical ability has gotten better over this month. I will continue to go to this gym because I see physical progress but more because it is fun.

I joined CrossFit T1 three months ago on a whim and so glad I decided to take the leap. Prior to joining, I was intimidated by the thought of CrossFit and how I would fit in with my lack of strength/ mobility and fitness level. The coaches and members are incredibly motivating and supportive. Everything is scalable and explained thoroughly. I work out ~4 times per week and look forward to challenging myself each class. In just a few short months I can already feel the growth I have made and look forward to all that is to come. I highly recommend T1! Tried T1 a few years ago under previous ownership, it wasn't a great fit for me. After checking out T1 a few months ago I knew this was a great community to join. Kevin and Jen the new owners are running a great gym. Hands on coaching for all levels and cannot recommend enough. If you have never tried crossfit or looking for a new gym this is 100% worth checking out.

This place is amazing and life changing! I joined Crossfit T1 in 2017 for coaching and programming and have been so lucky to be part of the most amazing community. 40# off since that time and have kept it off for the past 6 years. Jen & Kevin Forik are incredible hands-on owners, coaches, athletes and community members. The Forik's, and all coaches, are amazing at meeting people where they are and drafting challenging and safe protocols to help all members improve while challenging everyone physically and mentally to achieve & surpass their goals. T1 and Kevin in particular were incredible in helping me rehab from a herniated disk in such a short time while always being invested and positive in me. Check T1 out, you will not be disappointed and the community will welcome you. At 49+ years old, this is the closets and best option to being part of teams like I was throughout my life. I came to T1 with no real gym experience post high school. I was so intimidated before my first class but everyone was so welcoming and inclusive. The classes are made up of all age and fitness levels.

My favorite thing about T1 is how encouraging everyone is during class. I have not only gotten stronger, but my confidence has grown which has made me a happier person. Every workout is scalable. Jen and Kevin help teach you progressions of each movement so you are able to move safely and efficiently. T1 has helped me tremendously in life. Functional fitness at its best!

When I think about worthwhile businesses that operate in the CrossFit space, there's a couple things that come to mind that are worth considering. Community, efficacy, and accessibility. T1 checks all of those boxes.

The team at T1 run an effective program that is highly scalable to all levels of athletes no matter their age, experience, or capability. The programming is easily able to be tailored to anyone who walks in the door. This aspect lends itself to a broad community of individuals that come in everyday to partake in the workout, share in the camaraderie and give each other a high five after everything is over.

The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and approachable. Whether they are encouraging a newer athlete through a movement, or they are pushing an experienced athlete to reach new potential...no member goes unserved or unnoticed.

The atmosphere around the gym also lends itself to become a regular hang out before and after class is over. Friday nights lights, pig roasts, bringing the kids to watch mom and dad workout...all of these make for a space that becomes more than a gym. It should also be mentioned that T1 is a highly philanthropic business which aims to serve a number of mission aligned nonprofits through fundraising efforts and additional programming for priority communities.

I would highly recommend T1 for anyone looking to make a change to their health habits. It's also a great spot to drop in if you are traveling through the area.

Been a member of the CrossFit T1 community for 9+ years. The Coaches are well trained, supportive, knowledgable and adapt all workouts to the fitness level of the athlete. The coaches are well versed in the principals of CrossFit from fitness to nutrition counseling. T1 is a family owned gym, encouraging getting the whole family involved in health and well-being with kids and teens classes, supports the sober community with their partnership of the Phoenix foundation and community based support of police, fire and military with RED Fridays. T1 is more than a workout place for me; it’s where friends have become family.

There are too many good things to say about T1. When you come here you'll find the community is fun, supportive and open. I appreciate the coaches and their attentiveness to your learning style. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 6-7 yrs and this is the 4th gym I’ve belonged to. Always nervous every time I’ve moved about finding a new gym but this place has been great! The workouts are still kicking my butt after all these years. I can honestly say that the coaches have been the best coaches at a CrossFit gym that I’ve encountered. The community is VERY welcoming- everyone is so friendly and supportive. Highly recommend joining whether you’re an experienced or a brand new CrossFitter because you’ll surely learn a lot, improve your fitness, and have fun doing so!

I have been going to this gym for about a year, I chose this activity mostly because I live nearby, and I could not have been luckier. I am not good at working out by myself, and this gym provides an inclusive and safe environment to workout in a small group and be inspired by other people. The coaches are great, all workouts are designed to be scalable, so that everyone can achieve daily wins and improve at their own pace. The business has a great culture and they attract a very nice group of customers. I highly recommend regardless your level of fitness and desired outcome, you will have a good time!

Thanks to this gym, I feel healthier in my late forties than I did in my twenties. It is like having a personal trainer, but splitting the cost with a group of kind and supportive friends. I needed structure, coaching, and motivation. I let myself go during my 40s and had to get back to doing something. I was apprehensive because I had seen CrossFit videos and watched some of the Games on TV. My fear was that I would standout for all the wrong reasons (overweight, lack of skills, lack of strength.)

From the moment I entered the gym, I knew I was in the right place. Every single coach and gym member made me feel welcome and there were no egos in the place. Every exercise is scalable, which means if you can do the prescribed weight and movement, great! If you can't, the coaches instruct you on a proper weight to use so you can master the form and movement.

Every workout is different, and the coaches go out of their way to ensure all members get the most out of their workouts. The coaches are with us the entire hour: explaining the workout, stretching, the workout itself (motivation and instruction during), and cooling down. I have always felt welcome here and that I belong, like I am part of a family.

I have used the word "coaches" several times. They are absolutely the best. Their level of instruction, knowledge and patience ensure that every single member gets the most out of each workout. I have never seen a more dedicated or professional group of instructors.

If anyone wants to get in shape and push your body all round, this is the place to go. Yes can going to a regular gym get you in shape, yes it can. But this isn't a gym, it becomes your home and the people become your family. Everyone here is so welcoming and they all just want you to do good and push yourself to try to be the best you can be, they don't care how out of shape you are and what you can and can't do. You don't have to really self motivate as much as you do going to the gym by yourself cause it's a class, it's only one hour like workouts are technically supposed to be time wise, you don't have to plan your workouts and which body parts you're working on because the workout is already made and it works your whole body every class (and the trainers will tweak the workouts personally for people's ability). The trainers can and will help you with whatever you need, it's not like you have to pay extra for that. This place is by far more fun, better for you, tougher, and overall just an amazing experience. There is a free trial class, so come in and give it a try. Trust me, it's worth the price. Just remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
