I signed up for Crunch’s *Perks Program* in late 2023 after years of trying to contact them with emails that constantly bounced back. From the start, I was double-charged, and although it was eventually refunded, the real issue was the lack of communication and support.
In January 2024 I notified the manager that my ad wasn’t running and out-of-market ads were playing instead. He said he’d reach out to corporate, but I never heard back. I followed up multiple times in July—another email bounced—and still no response.
After nearly **two years** of trying to cancel and get answers, all they offered was two months of credits. Upper management avoided the issue entirely, and I wasn’t contacted until recently by a VP who said he couldn’t help because it “predated him.”
The local Crunch staff was great, but the company that owns and manages this location (Fitness Holdings / RLB Holdings) showed **zero accountability**. They’re quick to take your money, slow to answer, and the Perks ads were mostly irrelevant filler.
Overall, a waste of time and money. I loved the gym, but the Perks Program and corporate response were extremely disappointing.
Current person who is handling the perks program did try to help but fed me a bunch of crock their upper management told her to. Not her fault but the months and months previously were blantantly ignored and they are trying to wipe themselves of the responsibility but didn't care to take the money and ignore repeated attempts at initially fixing the lack ads and out of market issues. I wanted this to work as I supported this location and referred many here it's a shame it didn't work out but now I'm the one who paid out of pocket and they don't care.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a gym and we came across crunch online. My girlfriend Lindsay, having a lot of background in the gym as well as I, were not just looking for a plain place to hang out. We were looking for somewhere where we could potentially grow. Olivia was amazing at the front desk gave us all the information we needed to join pleasant kind and influential. We had an excellent time being shown around the gym by Bobby ( the Personal trainer) We ended up not signing that day just to think it over and we decided to call them back and we were on the phone with Noah ( The Gym manager). Noah was also very pleasant and kind as well gave us even more information about the gym. We ended up signing up with a annual contract at crunch and three months with Bobby. we cannot say enough, great things about crunch, and we are looking to following up this review in the near future to let you know more about our experience.

How many times do we have to come here and the gym isn’t opened on time. I counted about 20 cars outside waiting. I wish they would open up another gym across the street or in this plaza. No competition leads to the consumers suffering.

I went in to register for a membership, and the associate had me filling out my information on an Ipad. When I got to the payment information, I was at the step where I'd add my card number and it began giving me the option to autofill other people's card numbers. When I selected one it gave me the persons full name, their full 16 digit card number and their expiration date. I walked out after that. It seems like a major unnecessary risk that could be easily avoided. Made me wonder if they are okay doing this how they store their other information. I brought it up to the associate and supervisor and they dismissed it since they didn't show the cvv code.

Wake up at 4:15 am, slam some preworkout, in the parking lot at 4:55 am, now its 5:25 am and the place isn't open. It's difficult to get the benefits of a gym membership when you can't get inside.
UPDATE! 6 mos later, same issues. Twice this week gym didn't open on time.

In response to your invitation back. I was told that I was being charged with harassment by Liv because I was inquiring about the GM of when they would be in. I also inquired about the DM. The York County Police stated that I would be arrested if I returned. It’s my opine that the member who initiated the prejudice should have her membership suspended immediately and that Liv should receive some disciplinary action. Charging me with harassment when I ask about the DM I feel we need to set an appointment to discuss this matter rather than share all the details here. I’m a high functioning individual with a language disability. I couldn’t believe what transpired that day. I’m available Tuesday- Thursday of the upcoming week.
I have 7 chapters written and once I have moved into my new home in Dallastown I will resume writing my bookS , Spectrum of Life.

Been going here for 3 years now..
When I first started coming here, there were some aspects that seemed to have been ignored by staff and management and nobody hesitated to voice their concerns (myself included). Since then, it seems as if management has taken the initiative to listen to their members' feedback and improved their gym to an extraordinary degree!! Machines are no longer broken left and right, it's very clean, and there are plenty of machines/weights. Amazing gym and I plan on attending for much longer than initially planned.

Like the paper dispensers never work and they never properly load them. Trash is always full, you have to manually unroll the roll and they never fill their bottles. Equipment moves around for no reason always over the place. I know these are minor things but I expect these things out of any gym membership. I’d like to see the workers actually do something rather than them just pick chat it up in the front desk.

Unfortunately, West York Crunch is highly neglected. It’s a mess all the time and very dirty. It seems that the staff don’t bother to clean up throughout the day or assist with organizing equipment, so it’s impossible to find things. I’ve witnessed PT staff working with their clients and leave the equipment out, which doesn’t help. Pictures below show the outdoor section on a very slow Wednesday night at 6p ( as witnessed by the lack of people in the photo). I will travel to the East York Crunch to avoid this spot. The only reason I come here is for some of the group fitness classes.

If I could give an 0 star review I would, as they don’t even deserve 1 star. Equipment is always broken. Annual fee is outrageous and a scam. Not worth it. Planet Fitness is better or honestly pretty much any other gym is better.
Please see Troy’s review just under mine. They make it impossible to cancel and then want you to pay the annual fee when that was never disclosed. Very disappointing and I definitely do not recommend this gym to anyone.
Also, tried.to open my membership agreement many times on my app to review for scam fees like this, but strangely it has never once opened for me.

I really like the gym and the atmosphere. I've been in about 5 gyms over the last 2 years and I'd say it's top tier for a commercial gym. The trainer there Demetre Forney is top notch aswell. We only had a brief session but even in a short amount of time he conveyed new info to me and form correction in a quick easy way. So far really enjoying it. Could use more cable attachments. But I also think it's definitely worth noting the mirrors were clean as heck which made me happy as most other gyms give little care to things like that for some reason.

The worst. They charged me $96 even though I suspended my membership. I only went once. I was discouraged by the people sitting on the machines and with their cell phones without doing exercises. They also sold me a personalized $120 plan that they never fulfilled and they never reimbursed me.

It would be pretty cool if Crunch could repair their equipment. Instead of responding with “Sorry we missed our mark!” they could actually get off their asses and do something about it. Half of the equipment is unserviced for months and months, but forbid anyone actually get frustrated enough to cancel their membership and deal with that whole other mess. If I could give a no star review, I absolutely would. I have been in Crunch before as a guest and it seemed great. So, I decided to join, and get their highest membership (mainly for the hydro massage tables.) After joining we ended up not being able to go as often as I would like due to work and a kid, so before my membership would renew I wanted to cancel. Here is where the one star review comes into play.... It is hard to physically make it into the location, so I called and asked if I could cancel over the phone, the woman whispered something then stated I have to call this phone number, so I called. Upon calling I was informed there is a 30 day process to cancel a membership? And any fees in between there are needed to be paid for upfront to even START the cancellation "process?" So here I am out roughly $100.00 to cancel a membership, because my annual fee happened to be in that 30 day cancellation process, none of which was mentioned to me when signing up that this was how their system worked (or I never would have signed up.) I would stay away unless you know for sure you are in it for the long haul, and you understand cancellation and fee policies. I see that there are very generic responses to anything remotely negative about the gym (and I understand because I work customer service) but there seems to be zero attempt to make anything right, so I do not expect a response. This is more of a warning to other potential Crunch guests. Seriously though, come on Crunch, your gym is great, you don't need to try this hard to stop people from leaving by charging ridiculous amounts and jumping through hoops to cancel a membership, especially when your website claims NO month to month commitment. That statement feels false when I had to commit $100 to stop a membership.
**Update as of 7/30/2024
Manager responded to my post asking me to reach out at the email provided, which I did. I responded on 7/20/2024 and have not had a response yet (as I predicted in the original review.) Do not waste your time responding if they ask you to, as they cannot take time to look into little issues that their customers are having, that could easily be resolved by having active management.

Upon canceling my membership due to finding a new (and cheaper) gym closer to home, I was informed that I needed to cancel the membership over the phone, as opposed to in person. On the phone I was told I needed to pay a total of $100 to cancel the membership, as the process would take over 30 days to complete. I was not informed in advance that there would be such a high fee (both the monthly and yearly fee) to cancel the membership, even though I will no longer be using the gym. This experience was quite disappointing and I hope to save someone else from the same struggle. If you are even considering canceling your membership anytime soon, this may not be the facility for you.

I had a terrible experience trying to cancel my membership with Crunch Fitness. Despite talking to the front desk and calling to cancel my membership before my monthly and yearly fees were due I got charged the yearly fee even thought I am not using the gym for the next year. I payed them 90 dollars to never use their gym again which is insane. No gym should charge you after you cancel your membership especially the yearly fee. It feels like they have a deliberate strategy to make take your money even after you cancel your membership. I would strongly advise against joining Crunch Fitness unless you want to deal with unnecessary fees and frustrating customer service issues.

The gym is great however their personal training program is absolutely worthless and a waste of time and money. Stay away from that program at all cost. They put you in this weird auto renewal program and take your money without telling you. Predatory marketing at it’s finest. At least the the session that make you paid for never expires. In December 12, I called to put my membership on hold until I could go in and cancel it. The employee I was speaking to said he could cancel it on the phone. I questioned this and he assured me he was able to do it. I thought my membership was cancelled. Nope, I was charged the monthly fee again later in December after the cancellation and again in January. I called today to speak to the manager and get my money returned. I could hear the employee that answered my call mocking my voice before putting the manager, Brittany Jones, on the phone. The manager was very rude. She said the person I spoke to in December must not have known what he was doing because he was new. She pretty much said I'd still keep being charged until I come in or call the corporate office. She gave me that number. I called it several times and it goes straight to voicemail. No one answers. No one calls back. As much as I do not want to step one foot back in that place, I will go in to cancel my membership.
The manager, Brittany Jones, does not behave like a manager. She is rude, immature and not helpful to customers. Crunch is taking money from people and making it almost impossible to cancel membership if you can't go into the facility. Do not join this gym. Go somewhere that actual adults are managing the place.
Fyi- here it is a month later and I have been charged another monthly membership fee, inspite of canceling my membership. This is starting to seem fraudulent. I will call my bank and dispute this charge. Get your act together Crunch and stop ripping people off!!!

I am an early bird I enjoy going to the gym very early its been Horrible lately sense management change there has been numerous times where Ive gone early in the morning Weekend to be specific and the gym has been closed imagine my surprise I wake up very early drive 20 minute to the gym to find out its closed when is supposed to be operating. I wanted to do another membership so I wanted to ive been working at the gym for a very long time. I called the previous manager there to change my CC in the account sense that CC was no longer valid.After the management change (Brittany) came to the work out and pull me out of the middle of my work out. I felt very uncomfortable she was very rude about it and told me to come to the front. She didn't ask me any questions in regard of what happened to my account to try to understand the issue sense it was with the previous manager. so told me I had to do a new membership and that my other account was already in collections with out my knowledge. Imagine my surprise my credit score will be affected because of the ignorance of the managers not going above and beyond to ensure that there is proper communication between Manager and customer. She Took me to the front and Threw the tablet at me to do my own new account with out me event knowing what todo. A Fronts desk Agent helped me with this problem and the manager just walked away from me with out caring to fullfill my needs as a customer.

Equipment is chronically broken. Some of the same machines have been broken for over a year. Nothing ever gets fixed or maintained. They had hours posted for New Year’s Eve showing they would open at 5am. I showed up at 5am with the rest of the early crew and nobody showed up to open the gym. Today I went there right when they’re supposed to open at 7am and once again…gym wasn’t open yet. Watched probably at least 30 people pull in parking lot and leave who got tired of waiting. An employee never showed up until 8 to open the place. This seems to happen at least once or more per month. Where is all of the monthly fees and yearly maintenance fee going towards? Certainly not to maintaining or fixing the broken equipment in this gym. Also management (or lack of) is terrible in this gym. They do not seem to care to address the major issues at this facility, including the bathrooms. Heard from both men and women about a month ago there was no toilet paper in either bathroom! This is completely unacceptable. Steer clear of this gym until management and ownership starts taking things seriously!

Edit** reduced another star because (see review below) all the weights that we can't find... Well they're upstairs with the cardio machines and other machines.. literally there's no where to use these plates but they are up stairs against a wall.... Staff is too lazy to bring them downstairs for the benches and squat racks I guess?
Edit* reduced by 2 stars because restroom cleanliness has declined and tidyness of the gym has drastically declined (seem to spend more time finding weight plates than actually being able to lift weights at any bench or hammer strength machine).
Love the community here, the people, and the staff. The equipment is clean and in working order, restrooms are clean, everything here is fantastic.

I am writing this review to warn inexperienced gym goers of fraud.
Staff member Joshua Ruby explained to me that the hydromassage chairs are only available once a day per member. This seems to me like a policy issue and I am fortunate enough to have been in the fitness industry since the age of 14 (I am now 25) and know better than to pay full price for a membership at a gym offering hydromassage chairs with their membership and then limiting that use to once a day per person. This is not what getting the most out of your membership looks like. This is an example of poor policy and poor customer service in comparison to fantastic gyms like Planet Fitness or LA Fitness that cater to the gym member. Also, I was offered a free workout with the manager, Brittney, as a part of my membership. Overall it went well until she started to talk about maintenance calories. She claims that maintenance calories do not exist and to me this sounds like she is not qualified to be helping women meet their fitness goals. It is sad to see Brittney piggyback off of her time as a body builder—if that is even true—to spread misinformation instead of using her position and experience to help women meet their goals. In my experience Compel Fitness who works out of PA Fitness or Gold’s Gym is a great place to go to for a personal trainer that will teach you correctly. Again, I do NOT recommend CRUNCH FITNESS as they do not have the correct information or the drive to teach women how to meet their fitness goals. I did cancel my membership and I will be moving over to Planet Fitness where they actually care about their members.

I started at this gym back in March, back in August I attempted to switch my home gym and membership to a different location and was told to come in and sign papers. I in fact did so and I am still being charge the incorrect amount and being told different things each time I have called or spoke to employees in person, every single month since August. The last time I called I spoke with a girl who looked at my account and confirmed that I was being charged incorrectly and then when I spoke to the manger she was extremely rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain what has been going on for the past few months. When I asked why this is happening or why I have been told differently I was told that “I haven’t talked to anyone or it would be documented”which I have talked to many employees in person and over phone so I am still confused and never got answers. It seems either these employees don’t know how to handle a situation like this or they just don’t seem to care about their customer service. Looking at past reviews it seems this is a very common occurrence which is unfortunate because I did enjoy the gym itself.

A lot of people nit pick this place which really is unnecessary. It’s not perfect but it’s decent. My 2 biggest issues is a lot of the times the water filters aren’t changed regularly. And the biggest problem is their hours are terrible. What gym these days closes at 9pm on a Friday?! I own my own business and usually am not able to get in until after 8:00pm. Extend the hours to midnight or make it 24/7 like every other gym in the area!

The communication of more charges on my account that was requested for closure due to an assault from another gym member without management intervention are considered unlawful and further attempts to communicate promotions, emails of account updates, and attempts to charge closed accounts will be met with court proceedings and you will waive your right to any mediation or arbitration agreement after this email’s receipt. You’ve been given adequate time and police reviewed videos at your store, awareness that you haven’t done anything differently to prevent the assault and I was treated disposably, led to my decision to include my lawyer in the complaint and investigation of such matters. If further harassment ensues after cease and desist notices have been served, you will be addressed for contempt of court order.
Since 9/25/23 my attempt to close the account was met with great resistance as I let the manager know my intention to.

I’m very new to going to gyms, this was the first one that I got a membership with, and I’m not a body builder or anything extreme with fitness, just someone trying to lose a little weight/gain some muscle, so my standards going into this was very minimal considering I hadn’t been to another gym, and I’m just starting my fitness journey. With that being said if you are considering going here, may I suggest you don’t. The 3 months that I spent coming here I don’t think it’s been cleaned very regularly, the bathroom/locker room always smelled bad, and it’s a very small area with very few lockers and toilets. The water filter on the drinking fountain and water bottle filling station hadn’t been changed at all in the 3 months that I went there. Not only did I not think it was very clean, if a machine was broken it would take at least 2-3 weeks for it to be fixed, and there were machines that never got fixed. Seat cushions were ripped, and some machines felt like they weren’t properly put together and or maintained correctly because it would wobble as you used it, I felt like it was gonna break, and I just didn’t get a good workout with it. With all that being said it was always packed with people, and being that there was only 1-2 of each machine or separate areas to work out in, it was annoying having to always wait to use something and or not being able to use it at all. I’ve tried going at different times in the evening (I work full time so I can’t go in the morning or afternoon) and no matter what time I was there it was always packed. One positive thing that I will say is the staff were always friendly. In the end it’s not impossible to get a good workout here, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Update: the most poorly behaved elderly and unfit people patronize this place, and honestly it’s not worth the trouble. Gym staff won’t intervene if they cross your physical boundaries, if I got physically touched by your gym patron and you do nothing about it when it’s on camera, my money goes elsewhere. So close to canceling after tonight, my gym membership with crunch and was almost three years mature thanks to Long Beach. I’ve had the four course meal of a poor gym experience and I’m not spending my time somewhere that illiterate neanderthals who act deaf don’t understand the words “back up” or “you are in my personal space” and refuse to respect your communication until you have to get on their grade school level.
I came to York crunch since my last gym was Crunch in Long Beach, CA and I didn’t have any problems there. However, this gym’s staff is not dedicated to customer retention if they don’t even show up for the kick off meetings (I showed up 30 mins early, let the front desk know, received a no show with an apology hours later after letting them know) that they insisted on scheduling although I was familiar with the brand..? It’s insulting and unnecessary if you don’t make your commitment. On top of that, the manager told me we could the next day since he was in, well I came in yesterday and scanned my bar code in front of him with no acknowledgement the entire 3 1/2 hrs I was there. Don’t be surprised if your facility’s dwelling alone is not capable of retaining a crunch member they had 100% expectations of landing from the Long Beach familiarity alone. I won’t allow a company to provide a subpar customer service experience that they insisted on, it just shows callous disregard which puts pressure on your facility to make up for two incidents that disrespected my time. It’s notable this gym is not clean enough to keep up with that deficit and gets impacted all the time since their gym equipment is limited. The equipment looks neglected and I notice they voided many of their equipment warranties due to improper maintenance but to each his own. They have everything I need, but if there’s chalk powdering the equipment without seeing a single person use chalk in the timeframes I spend there… something is extremely off about their cleanliness. I would say staff is selective obviously, which I personally don’t care for but if they hadn’t insisted on scheduling that appointment I wouldn’t have paid them mind myself. Seems like there’s not a brain cell to offer in the management department..I do like the front desk staff members as people although I’m not satisfied with most of what I’ve experienced here.
Please don’t ask me to send you an email either. Don’t care to repeat myself to unprofessional individuals who couldn’t respect my time to begin with. Their job is NOT that difficult to keep up with. Long Beach earned you a two star review, this facility doesn’t deserve a star right nowbut I’ll keep going for now while I shop this area for better options, I’m a loyalist so they definitely screwed up. It’s a shame York couldn’t keep LA fitness around. (Removed a star for going a week without hearing anything about the kick off besides the generic reply that I asked not to receive…do you even read reviews?)

I’ve been to the 5 Crunches in the area - Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, East York and this one, and this is by far my favorite. Friendly staff and supportive atmosphere. The evening hours are busy, but nowhere near as busy as Lancaster typically is between 5-7pm. I typically workout between 6-8am and have rarely had an issue getting the equipment/machine I need to complete the next exercise of my workout. The only “off” thing is that the water filter on their refill machine has been on Red for 2+ months now and it would be nice to see it changed.

When you walk in, all the equipment looks new, but as soon as you begin using it, you'll quickly find out that it's designed so poorly that it hinders your workouts. The machines all take you through an awkward and uncomfortable range of motion that makes it difficult to get a good workout.
The benches are slick and you have to put a yoga mat or band down to avoid sliding everywhere. The squat racks have awkward intervals- I fall right in between them where I must stand on a plate or else crouch very low to get under the bar. The folding benches for dumbell workouts are so tall that my knees are slanted downward, making it difficult to launch a dumbell up to shoulder height for presses.
It's obvious that a lot of money was invested into the facility but the equipment chosen is terrible. Also, machines such as the shoulder and chest fly, massage chair, and hand driers in the bathroom are chronically broken. The bathrooms are dirty.
The facility obviously tried to be a nice place but missed the mark.

30 day cancelation policy is all you need to know. Any gym can pretty much give you a workout out there. but a 30 day cancelation guarantees them a second payment. I canceled over the phone which I thought was weird because I thought it was supposed to be in person or online and the lady there stated "No problem I do this all the time and will have the manager cancel it today!" This was on 5/1/23 and they are 31 days in May so end date should be 5/31/23 right? WRONG they are scamming me out of another monthly payment by making it cancel on 6/1/23 instead!!! This should be illegal! Guess I will be filing a court claim against them!

I signed up for whole year for membership. Guy on the front desk said I was going to get 13 month of membership for price 12 months and anytime you are going somewhere for long time, they will freeze it and extended for that long.
I call west york crunch yesterday, manager was out sick and they told she will call me.
I did get a phone call but not the manager.
Girl said, they cannot freeze it but they will extent for month. She extended to sept 19 - which should be extended to oct 10. Not sept 19.
When I told the girl, it should I oct 10 not sept 19. She keep arguing with me, that I misunderstood, it should be 12 month and you are getting 13 month. Which I did not get 13 month I only got 12 month.
Supervisor did not bothered to come and talk to me on the phone.
They say anything to get your business.
Guy lied to me about me getting 13 month and he lied about freezing the membership.
I am very disappointed with service I got.
Please do not sign up for whole year. You won’t be able cancel it. You are stuck there for whole year.

My daughter and I used to come here all the time when they opened, the prices were reasonable for the hours and equipment they had, but it has really gone downhill since Kellum left. The place has become a filthy dump, lockerroom especially, and the customer service is horrible, they just can't seem to hold onto good staff. Kellum always took care of us on the tanning and hydro bed and made us feel welcome even when busy, the lockers were always clean when he did them, now we don't even get acknowledged by staff when it is slow and I have been overcharged 3 times on my card. Their prices are now ever increasing with hidden fees, and I have no one patient and reliable at the service desk to help me straighten out billing issues anymore, Kellum would have resolved that stuff over the phone, I should never have to drive in!! The hours keep getting shorter on weekends, and after a long days work I want to spend time with my kids and not have to worry about my gym ripping me off. Thumbs way down!!! Friday was our last day. It's not the same place it was back in 2019-2020. Turn for the worse!! Buyer beware!!!!

When it first opened a few years ago, was great, clean, In the last year and even more the last 6 months has become very dirty on every piece of equipment for months and the floors throughout looks like they take care of themselves. Pads on some equipment are torn for months. Canceling my membership and going elsewhere. The staff are ok, but when mentioning of this dilemma before on Crunch Surveys to your email, you get a courtesy call to say something will be done and nothing changes.

I was in town and looking for a place to lift and this place (Crunch Fitness-York) is great. Lots of good cardio options and weight lifting/strength training options. Very nice deadlifting and squat equipment. One of the best I've seen in my many years of lifting.

This place is disgusting, the locker rooms are never cleaned. Every time i take a shower i feel like i am walking on sand in the locker room, plus there was a bandage in the shower for over two weeks ( I was checking to see how long it would take for them to clean the shower). The staff seems more interested in looking at their phone and talking to people than cleaning the place. I know my husband says the mens locker room and showers are the same. I feel like the state should be called for how dirty it is in those locker rooms. And last but not least the upstairs light has been turning on and off every second for like over a month.
To management, please dont respond with something generic and ask me to email you, just have your employees care about the place and your guests

I signed up for this place before they were open and have always liked it. I recently had to take an extended break and returned to see additional equipment, which is great. However, please return to opening at 430am instead of 5am. I leave my job at 430 and this gives me an effective extra 20 minutes to finish my workout. Also, this also means the morning people don't crowd into the building all at once which gives people like me easier access to certain equipment.

I work out at 5 AM here because, it’s the only time I have during the week to get it in. I showed up today Thurs March 31, 2022 at 5:00 and it was closed. I waited a half hour and no one showed up. This was a real inconvenience and it’s happened before. I can understand a few minutes late opening but, over a half hour is unacceptable. Also most of the stair steppers are broken and have been for a few months.

I came here instead of my home gym because it was closer to where I work now. This place was dirty with hair and dirt in the lockers and trash on the treadmill, which are super close to each other. It is small and less there is less equipment to use. There was only 1 stair climber that worked and only 3 squat racks. It was cramped and hot. Instead of doing the workout I came in for I left after 15 minutes on the treadmill. Will not be coming back.

I found time to train early in the morning, it's the only free time I have. In the last 8 weeks they have opened anywhere from 30 minutes to a hour or more late in the morning many times. There are usually 20+ people waiting every morning. Most leave. They don't seem to care or won't fix the issue , it keeps happening.
I suggest looking elsewhere.
Great gym with good equipment , I enjoy working out here when I can. If you plan on working out between 330-630pm forget it. So crowded and many people just standing around occupying equipment. Very frustrating. I suggest early am or a hour or two before close.
