I've only been going to the BodyPump classes for 2 months. But both instructors I've had are excellent. I've had Jen and now have had Amy! Amy is the one I really want to give kudos to. She's awesome and helps correct postures as we're working out. I've had Amy twice for class. I think she subs for Jen. Jen is very good too, I just enjoy Amy more.

When I visit with family - I have used the Dallas PA location gym - has all that I need to work out and enjoy the dry sauna - good experiences!

Yaah!....many old style fitness equipments. Customer service really good, you can find a variety of fitness classes. The place is big enough to keep some privacy. They offer coffee and, some coffee tables where you can enjoy. Michelle has been extraordinarily helpful with me. I appreciate it!. And, the best is the sauna...I love it! ❤️
