David Richards Fitness is a high end fitness studio in the Malvern area catering to one on one personal training clients, partner personal training, and small group training.
We utilize traditional strength training, functional exercise, and athletic type training to help clients reach a wide range of goals from gaining strength, putting on muscle, weight loss, and more.
Within our fitness training facility we also offer chiropractic and rehab services to ensure you stay strong, capable, and consistent for maximum results.
When you reach out we will first determine your goals and expectations, fitness and health history, and determine if you'll be a good fit for us to help you accomplish your goals!

David Richard’s Fitness is absolutely first class! I’ve tried a few other personal trainers over the years, but nothing compares to the personalized experience I’ve had here with Laura. From day one, she and Dave have created such a welcoming, professional, and encouraging atmosphere that I actually look forward to going to the gym! Something I never thought I’d say. Training here helped me a lot physically and mentally. Dave was a really cool person to train with who always kept the training sessions exciting. Throughout just a few months training with Dave i noticed a big improvement in my strength, stability, and stamina. The facility was nice and welcoming, i had the chance to meet a few other clients/colleagues and everyone was always friendly and enthusiastic. Overall if you’re thinking about getting back into fitness and you’re in the area i’d definitely say give this place a call.

David Richards Fitness is awesome. It is the best personal training gym I have ever trained in due to the floor space (weight area, turf, boxing area, etc.), cleanliness, and Dave, the owner. I was always hesitant working out at the gym and with personal trainers for being judged and consistently told how some workouts aren’t meant for me. Things have changed completely since joining Team David. Not only have I been taught the right way to work hard but how to respect your body, how to fuel your body with the right foods and the right amount of rest needed. I’ve been going to David Richard’s Fitness since this summer. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. It’s a really fun atmosphere. I was always intimidated to join a gym and always wanted to try personal training. I am happy that I found a great trainer here and someone that can personalize my workouts.

Have been coming here for months now, friendliest and super chill environment. I get personal training from Jake he’s put together a really good fitness plan that’s tailored towards my past injuries. It’s all really helping me achieve my golf goals! The facility is top notch and Dave the owner is super nice. Overall my best experience ever at a gym or with a trainer 💪🏽
