Day One Fitness (formerly M Fitness) is a small but mighty personal training space! With close to nine years in the business, Monica has worked with training large group fitness classes to one-on-one personal training. In the Day One space, she trains clients one-on-one or two-on-one. Her clients have ranged from high school athletes who are looking to improve in their sport to new mothers who want to get back into pre-pregnancy shape and the aging population who wish to continue to have physical independence.
Day One Fitness operates behind the idea that it is your decision to change the thought of "One Day" to "Day One" of your health and fitness journey.
