Getting in shape & maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not an easy task. Being healthy and physically fit includes exercising, preventing injury, and executing a proper diet. I have all of the tools necessary to exceed your fitness goals. Whether you want to train to lose weight, build muscle, or you're an athlete needing elite level training, I'll design a perfect program custom tailored to your goals.
I believe in providing my clients with a proven, effective, affordable way to reach their health and fitness goals.
I’ve created personal training packages that are based on the busy lives of my clients. Stop in the gym anytime and train. Show up with a good attitude, ready to work, and I'll take care of the rest. I'm all about results.

Best training you can possibly find!! Do not listen to the bad reviews!!!

1. Doc has HIS OWN GYM. HE ISNT AT BODY DYNAMICS.
2. I’ve known doc for over 15 years. He is by far the best trainer I’ve ever trained with and extremely reasonable.
3. You will see results WITHIN WEEKS not months.
4. A lot of people want you to baby them and give them exactly what they want when they want it..if you knew what to do you wouldn’t need a trainer would you?!? Be quiet. 🤫 lock 🔒 in. Get results 🏋🏾‍♂️ and get DOC STRONG 🫱🏾‍🫲🏻 💯

Dude I’m staying at this gym for life….

Atmosphere: Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. You can tell because there is great camaraderie amongst the staff and those training.

Results: I’ve been here 2 or 3 months and feel so much stronger than when I started (or ever). If you show up and work hard there is no way you don’t see results.

Modifications: I’m young but have had a few injuries that can give me trouble. Doc is awesome at modifying things and correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself and still get a killer workout.

Flexible schedule: hours are amazing! People even bring their kids! Just show up!!! You’ll be glad you did!!!

I cant say enough about how amazing Docs 6 week program is. I’ve trained with a number of different trainers who were all great, but Doc by far is the best! Im currently on week 4 of 6 and can’t be happier with how things are going. I’ll be signing up for another 6 weeks for sure! If your serious about getting into shape, this is your guy! You won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

WARNING: the owners take advantage of the employees they hire. I don’t care how “great” your workout is. The person you train with (unless it is money hungry Doc himself) will not be paid for the job well done. They refuse to pay the employees. First they pay you under the table, so they don’t have record of you working there, then when you complain about not getting paid they fire you and ignore you for two weeks. Don’t support a small business that doesn’t take care of their employees!!!!

I cannot recommend Doc Strong Fitness enough! I started a program with Doc over a year ago because I had reached a plateau in my weight loss journey to lose 50 lbs. Right from the start, Doc helped to set up achievable goals and taught me proper nutrition. Through the unique programming of classes and expert personal training, along with the support of an amazing community, I ended up surpassing my own goals and expectations with a few months losing 60 lbs total which I have been able to maintain to this day. I have also steadily lost body fat (33% down to 24%), gained muscle tone have never felt better in my life. I was stressed when they had to temporarily close due to the Covid-19 pandemic but being always dedicated and supportive of all of their clients, they have set up amazing at-home workouts so we can stay on track with our fitness goals. I will never want to work out anywhere else!

I first tried Doc Strong Fitness during a 6-week Fall challenge. I cannot say enough great things about Doc Strong Fitness and Doc's training style. I saw results in the first few weeks. I was so impressed that I convinced my husband to join. He has a bad shoulder, bad back, and bad knees. He didn't think he would be able to workout, but Doc knew exactly how to train him while protecting his knees, back, and shoulder. He has not only lost weight, but has gained strength in his legs helping his knees tremendously. We both highly recommend Doc Strong Fitness for all fitness levels.

Doc Strong Fitness has been life changing for our entire family. My husband began there when he was having long term knee issues. The doctor recommended surgery and a friend recommended that he try working with Doc. Doc worked on strengthening his knee and he avoided the surgery. It has been an ongoing process. He then jumped into and won his first six week challenge. Under Doc's program he lost 29 pounds with increased muscle mass and a drastically reduced body fat percentile. After the challenge, I jumped in with both feet and began joining him at the gym for 5 days a week training. I too have experienced tremendous results all around. Our son plays football and is a catcher for baseball. Working with Doc has given him the confidence he needs to be successful on the field and off. Working with Doc has instilled amazing confidence and has provided life lessons that transcends the baseball and football fields. I can’t say enough great things about Doc Strong Fitness. I came in for a 2 week trial and stayed for the amazing coaches, support, and motivation. I started seeing results within the first 3 weeks. Everyone here, staff and members are so welcoming and encouraging.The instructors are beyond awesome - they always look out for you, are always motivating, and make themselves available to help you meet and stay focused on your goals. I can not be more serious when I say this gym changes lives! I started going to FIT Southampton over a year ago and was introduced to DOCs training through a six week fitness challenge and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! I would work out at FIT then go see DOC for personal training and it’s truly remarkable how he just knows what movements and machines will give each person their maximum results. He pushes you to be the best version of yourself and motivates you to meet the goals you set. Its honestly amazing how he does it. He seems to know what your capable of and makes want to try harder! Since I started at FIT Southampton and Doc Strong Fitness over a year ago my body has completely transformed and I FINALLY feel comfortable in my skin! I started with Doc not long after my husband had passed. I was in a place where I needed something/ someone to help me get in shape, not only physically but mentally. Not only did I get in shape, I found a trainer and a gym where I felt at home. Doc Strong fitness became the place where I found the strength and courage to create a new normal . As my body became stronger, I found the motivation and strength to be a better mom, a better person and start day by day, creating a new normal for me and my family . I love Doc’s style of working out. A different body part every day, including core and cardio. This is a real TOTAL BODY work out! His style works! If you listen and work out and eat what he tells you to, your body will change for sure!! This is not just a gym.... it is all inclusive fitness and nutritional coaching! There are so many different levels of people and we all work out together and help one another. It’s a no judgement zone for sure! Doc is available anytime! He’s always at the gym just waiting for his clients to come. I am 55 years old and I am in the best shape of my life!

I think I started working consistently with Doc Strong in December of 2018. While I hold a B.A. in Exercise Physiology, I wasn't able to push myself, try new things, or get out of the fitness ruts I had created for myself. The training he creates for me includes exercises I would never have added on my own! For example, on "Chest Day" I was suddenly doing incline push ups, decline push ups, walking push ups; I was doing free weight exercises I had never enjoyed before. And there was a lot I couldn't do at first! But now, after going consistently, I can do those exercises that I used to struggle with, and I look forward to them!

When I started with Doc I also had hip, back, and carpal tunnel pain, probably due to weakness in some muscles that forced other muscles to overwork. Now my muscle strength is more even, which alleviates my pain and allows me to function better.

I have appreciated being able to just show up to the gym and have someone else do the thinking for me...all I have to do is the work! It's a great environment, a whole-family fitness operation, and very encouraging! You will work hard, and because of the work you put in you will see results. And no one is working harder right now during the pandemic to make workouts available online, especially with the 30 day challenge coming up! If you combine training with Doc with a couple of classes next door at FIT Southampton, you will have hit the fitness training jackpot!

I love love love this gym! I actually look forward to waking up at 4:30am to get to the 5am classes. The coaches are wonderful and genuinely care about your progress in strength and your own personal goals as well. The classes are different every time which I enjoy and never get boring. Plus you focus on a different muscle group each day to make sure you’re getting all around fitness. My dad has also done the classes as well so it’s a great gym for all ages! Check it out and meet a great group of people with the similar fitness goals!

His program is ok but his hours suck!! He will harass you with text messages at 430am and he will never actually be the trainer helping you he will always pawn you off to someone else!!! He’s very old school and will get mad at you when you are unable to do a workout due to physical ability, injuries etc... he expects you to know everything at the gym when you start too l!!!! He also would charge my debt card 2 times a month!!! Be care if you do business with this guy!!!

If you’ve been to other personal trainers, then you’ve never been to Doc, because once you start with Doc you will never stop!! What Doc charges is unheard of in personal training!! Check out his prices and compare, he can’t be beat for the level of training you will receive. His knowledge and intensity are second to none!! His equipment is top notch and brand new! Doc is awesome !!!!He trains my son for football and in about 3 weeks time I could already see a difference in him both physically and mentally. Doc is no nonsense but very fair ...hes gonna tell ya straight up where your kid needs work which is awesome .Docs prices are also more than reasonable and hes worth every penny .Anyone who is looking for that extra push for your son or daughter in their chosen sport or if your kid just needs to get out from in front of that damn Xbox Doc is definitely your guy

The good: Great workout but will only be Doc for the first workout.
The bad: Doc knew I was not a member at Body Dynamics. We agreed he would cover it for the 3 months that I paid him for in advance. 1 month in I was approached by owner of gym and given the hard sell to join gym stating Doc only covered first month.. all the while Doc stood other side of counter while I was ambushed. Gym pricing is whatever he feels like charging at the moment. Nothing written anywhere. Told Doc no thanks. Doc said he would do the right thing and refund my last 2 months. Never did. On a side note after confronted Doc did offer to cover next 2 months but trust was gone. End of the day all anyone has is their word.

Can't say enough good things about Doc and his training methodology.

Have been training with him for over 3 months and the strength gains have exceeded anything I was able to do on my own in 2 year's time.

Like most things in life, you get out what you put in. Come ready to work and Doc will make sure you're satisfied at the end of each workout. Saturday morning boot camps are a nice bonus, total body workout and have helped me gauge the overall progress I've made during my weekly training sessions.

I know he offers a "lunch crunch" daily but my schedule hasn't permitted it. Word in the gym is that's it's a great afternoon burner. As I understand it, drop ins are welcome at any time and might be a good way to check it all out.

I personally train a muscle group per day x 4 days during the week, but he does customize plans to make sure you hit all of the target areas within your schedule. I'm not worried if life takes me away from the gym for a day, we just switch it up on the fly.

This is a great program for people of all fitness levels, whether you're just starting out or have been actively engaged in your physical fitness for a long time, I have no doubt you will add new tools to the box when you train with Doc.
