The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress. They take time to correct you’re form, tailor workouts to individual fitness levels, and push you just the right amount.
The workouts are always challenging, fun, and never repetitive—I leave every session feeling stronger and more accomplished. The small class sizes create a welcoming and supportive community where everyone encourages each other. It feels like more than just a gym—it’s a place where you can build consistency, confidence and lasting reuslts.

I joined Dub Fitness about six months ago with close to zero workout experience. Taking just two small-group classes a week here completely transformed my mindset about fitness and my body. I started caring less about how I look and more about what my body can do—and feeling proud of the workouts I can now accomplish.
The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental. As someone who used to feel socially anxious about exercising around others, I was surprised at how quickly I felt comfortable here. Everyone is on their own journey, and everyone genuinely wants the best for you.
Under the guidance of the incredible owner, Erica (an Army veteran) and her team, I built a healthy routine and improved my fitness so much that I can now bike 10 miles or hike up a mountain without thinking twice. More importantly, I’ve built confidence from the ground up—something I’ll carry with me for life.
If you’re looking for a safe, empowering space to start (or continue) your fitness journey, Dub Fitness is it.

I joined Dub Fitness in 2019, starting with personal training sessions with Coach Erica. When my sister joined, I began attending classes as well. I love coming to Dub every morning, ready to kickstart my day, and I still enjoy my one-on-one sessions. Dub Fitness has truly changed my life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I joined Dub Fitness about 4 years ago. It is worth every single penny you spend. The classes cater to every need and every activity level. You can lift 40 lb weights or 3 lb weights and not a single person is judging you. It also allows you to try new things and exercises that you wouldn't be able to come up with at home. The coaches are super encouraging and make sure class is fun. I 100% recommend giving Dub a try!
Adding to this review since it’s been a bit! I have been to DUB through 2 pregnancies and have continued to be in better shape after both! This place is so great and keeps you motivated - even through pregnancy!

I moved out of the area and have not been able to find a gym that doesn’t overwhelm me. We have a ton of equipment in our garage post Covid so I reached out to Dub to see if I could continue training virtually. I now have access to a ton of videos which have helped me continue to build strength and lose the extra weight. I know if I need anything Dub is a quick text away. Cannot stress enough how amazing everyone is!

Great workout for all levels of fitness. The coaches easily adjust the exercises for your needs, while keeping it challenging. Also, I greatly enjoy Erica’s posts; they are always inspiring. As a member of DUB, you become part of a great group of women that support each other and the community, regardles of what stage in life you are in. I have been a member of Dub for about a month now and it has been awesome! All the coaches have been so supportive and motivating and the workouts are always different so you aren’t bored of doing the same things. Newbie here! Just recently joined Dub Fitness and I love it. Coach Erica has made me feel welcomed from day 1 as did the other women in the class. I was so anxious about joining this program (or any gym in general) because I didn’t want to feel ashamed of my body for not being able to keep up with everyone else. This is NOT the case with DF. I am able to go at my own pace and have the ability to learn what I am capable of. With the help of Coach Erica I am starting to realize how strong I am. The women that go to this gym are truly motivating and I’m happy I have joined their community!

Dub Fitness is the best gym around! It will not only change the physical part of you, it will also change the metal part! I've been a member of dub fitness since last September when my baby was 17 months old and I was struggling with low energy. After my C-section, my core was weak, but the coaches here made me feel comfortable with all the exercises. The workouts have been incredible! I feel so much more energetic and better after each session. The supportive and welcoming environment really keeps me motivated. I highly recommend this gym to all women looking to feel healthier and more energized!

DUB Fitness is a fantastic small, women-only gym offering a supportive and comfortable environment tailored to women’s fitness needs. I grew up as an athlete. In high school and college exercising was an everyday part of my life. As my world changed and my family grew, I found exercising was something that I had to carve out time for. I was not always able to find the time and found myself in need of people to push me when I didn’t have it in me to push myself.
I met Erica Lierman more than 10 years ago when Dub was in its infancy. I saw it grow from an idea to the BEST women’s only gym in the area. In addition to pushing myself physically, Dub provided a community. It is a rare place that could accommodate so many women at so many levels of their fitness journey. Thank you Dub for helping so many women in King of Prussia in so many different ways.

I absolutely love Dub Fitness women's gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported by Erica Webster and all of the members. The atmosphere is incredibly motivating, with positive vibes filling the space.
Erica is an army vet, and the classes have that feeling sprinkled in with compassion and teamwork. There are a lot of gyms in King of Prussia, but there is only one Dub Fitness.
What truly sets this gym apart is the sense of community. The coaches are knowledgeable and always ready to offer guidance and encouragement. Plus, the other members are so inspiring and empowering – it's like having a built-in support system every time you work out.
Overall, I can't recommend Dub Fitness enough. It's more than just a place to exercise; it's a place where women come together to empower each other, push boundaries, and achieve amazing results. If you're looking for a supportive environment to help you on your fitness journey, look no further!

This is the Best Women's Gym in King of Prussia. Dub Fitness is such a big part of my family's life. My daughter started going about five years ago, and the experience has been life changing. So much so, that my other daughter and wife have become members. This is way more than a gym; it's a community. It is about much more than losing weight and getting in shape. Dub is a second family to my family. They offer personal training and small group fitness classes. It is so difficult to describe what the gym is because it is so many different things to each member. The crossfit experience tailored to the individual.
Erica has changed so many people's worlds for the better. I am grateful that my family has found this gym.

Love DUB. I’ve been going for 2 years and it’s full of fun, strong women. Highly recommend this woman (and veteran) owned studio where we do a mix of cardio, weights and everything in between. My favorite is “station Saturdays”
You feel welcomed the moment you walk in the bright pink door and I have learned so much about different core and strength training exercises. Great for women of all ages and abilities. All the instructors are so good at what they do…. Motivate and keep you feeling your best. So happy to have this place nearby.

Where do I start? First off - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- there is five more stars because Matt Wilson definitely deserves ten at the very least! I was a competitive gymnast for 16 years of my childhood and when I quit that, I pretty much did not exercise regularly, if at all, until the age of 43 (the age I am now). I’ve been training with Matt for just @ 8 months and I can EASILY say I’m in the best shape of my life since I was a gymnast back in the mid 90s. Matt has so much knowledge which continues to unveil itself more as time goes by. I feel strong, healthy, more energetic, and flexible. I have Hashimotos and used to have crashes monthly where I would be asleep for almost 24 hours. Today, I can say that hasn’t happened in several months, in fact I cannot remember the last time it did. I could go on and on but the facts are; I completely loathed exercise, I am dyslexic and have a hard time with instruction/direction, I was overly lethargic due to my autoimmune disease - and at this moment as I type this review I am benching 3 reps at 75lbs, squatting 5 reps at 105lbs, and deadlifting 3 reps at 135lbs. I look forward to EVERY training session with Matt Wilson! For the record, I’m 5’4” and 130lbs. That is my very true and very real testimony and I cannot wait to come back to this review in 8 more months to provide another update. The sky is the limit or so it seems!

I was always someone who preferred running and working out on my own. As a former college athlete (albeit 2 decades ago), motivation was never a problem. I tried Dub Fitness for something new and have not looked back since 2018. I am a true introvert who always picks alone time over a gathering but the members and coaches are fantastic. It is a true judgement-free environment where each workout is at your speed. I am grateful for Dub and the coaches. My time here has added much needed variety to my workouts!

Dub Fitness has changed my life for the better and continues to do so. I don’t like going to other gym’s where people watch you and judge. Dub Fitness is female only which I prefer. The coaches and members cheer you on, support you, and drive you to be a better version of yourself. I’ve made friends, I’ve challenged myself, I’ve run races and have done a few Spartan races which I would never have done without the support and encouragement from Dub Fitness and it’s owner Erica.
