We just had my 4 year old sons birthday party at Dynamix and everything was wonderful! We do not take classes here and have never attended a party there, so I was a little nervous, but I heard great things about their parties. Everything was organized, and there was enough to keep a group of 18 3-5 year olds entertained. I loved that they take care of everything and it was a private party, which takes away some stress for parents. They went through different stations, which was great and kept the kids interested. Would definitely recommend to others and we are now looking into potentially getting our son enrolled in classes in the future!

Recently helped plan my grand daughter's birthday party here. The party organizer was responsive, organized and on top of everything. I had alot of questions, she was always patient and helpful. Party was ran smoothly and the staff working the party were very friendly. Large and clean facility.

This place is awesome!! I brought my 4yr old little girl for the very first time last week. We were a bit nervous only bc we've never done this before and she was scared about being in the gym alone with strangers since I can only watch from behind the window. Well from the very first moment they made her feel SO comfortable! The first teacher brought her back and was playful with her, and one of her main teachers (Miss Rachel) was by her side the entire time. It was so sweet and my daughter absolutely loves her and looks up to her. Her other teacher Miss Ava is awesome too. The program they do is basic fundamentals and is excellent! It's very fun at the same time. I'm so glad we signed up at Dynamix, that connection they made with her made the world of a difference and I'm so grateful these girls are part of my little girls life while she learns gymnastics!

Please do not try and book this gym for ANYTHING in advance. We signed a written contract in May blocking two Sunday dates in September and October for our routine Choreography. 2 days before our scheduled Choreography - they called to let us know that they could not accommodate us anymore due to "double booking" for birthday parties. They absolutely refused to move the local birthday parties back at ALL. We have a choreographer flying in from Texas this weekend and another from Kentucky in October so we had absolutely no way of changing our times or moving dates. Not to mention our 40 families who have blocked this time out on their schedules to make sure their kids were available. This is why we booked 4-5 months in advance, signed a written contract and turned in Certificate of Insurance information from our school to make sure we were set. They were charging us $1000 which we also fundraised for. I have worked in the cheerleading industry as a professional for 13 years, and this was by far the LEAST professional experience I have ever encountered. We will NEVER book with this gym again, remove them from our Tumbling Recommendations list and continue to tell others in the community about our experience. This should NEVER have happened. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING THINGS IN ADVANCE FOR A GROUP. THEY WILL CANCEL DAYS BEFORE LEAVING YOU STRANDED. Do better.

I absolutely had to give this place an zero. Everyone is polite but that’s not all that makes a business. My children when for the first time and I noticed the instructor had little ability to watch the group as a whole and make sure that everyone in his group was practicing SAFELY. My son was doing cartwheels an his back kept bending backwards when he tried and I observed the instructor and noticed him walking past my son to help other children. He was young and looked as if this was his summer job while in high school. Why hire someone that young when children are playing a sport that they are likely to get hurt in.

The biggest problem was the agreement that you have to sign. If it wasn’t for the ridiculous conditions of that contract I would of just took my son to another place and would of not given a bad review. You can sew if your child is hurt due to negligence, not the staff nor the business and that part of life long. That was only the tip of the ice burg with the contract. I urge all parents to take your time and read over. Not to mention the forever long contract that gives them the right to use your child for promotion and exempts them from getting anything in return.

Then when I told them I was not sure of the contract, instead of letting my son finish up his class that day they pulled him out of class. I would of gladly paid for that day.

I took my children to another gymnasium and that place is awesome. They wast his over every child closely and every is of old enough to have a good amount of experience. Don’t seem like the people in there are so young because they wanted to hire family members smh. And my son got the cartwheel corrected and did it right the second try. There are so many other gymnasiums to settle for one that are strongly about the company and not the children.

I am appalled by the lack of professionalism at Dynamix Gymnastics. I feel compelled to share my experience with other parents before putting their child into a toxic environment. Let me start off by saying there has been some great teachers who have taken my daughter to new levels however there was a price to pay. My issue is with the owner, not with the teachers... The issue that pushed me over the edge and forced me into writing this was because my daughter decided she wanted to change gyms to someplace more competitive and more supportive. At first the owner of the gym said ok she can finish out the month. Another girl from her team also was leaving the gym, the owner told her she was not allowed to come back and was not allowed to finish the month. These young girls would like to say good bye to her friends and thank the coaches that helped them develop into who they are today, however the owner of the gym is bitter because she refuses to take accountability for the reasons why my daughter is leaving and the 6 other kids who been dropping week after week. Here are the top reasons we have decided to leave Dynamix:

- the owner of the gym is a money hungry and does not care about her students one bit
- owner of the gym neglects, disrespects and is very unsupportive of the “team” girls.
- Owner of the gym charged parents an extra $50 during a pandemic to come watch their child perform at a "mock meet"
- owner of the gym takes all fundraising money and uses it towards ALL gym equipment only and never allows that money to contribute to meets or clinics for team girls. She is running a business not a charity. If you need new equipment you should expense it and take the write off.
- team coaches refuse to spot girls on events they are uncomfortable with and encouraged to do drills that are extremely high risk for elbow injury, in fact the elbow clinic specifically said do not do those drills, yet if refused to do they are punished.

I think the owner should be ashamed of herself for and the young girls who she has hurt deserve an apology.

Enrolled my 4 year old niece a few weeks ago and I am so happy with everything so far!! The instructors are amazing As well as the pricing, and she loves the class so much. My main reason for leaving a review is to shine light on the preventative measures the staff are taking against covid. They are doing an AMAZING job. A staff member is constantly spraying everything down with cleaner and throughly scrubbing things the whole time. This is very important to me and the gym is always sparkling!

I would give less than one star if possible. My daughter has been repeatedly denied access to ninja warrior classes because she is a girl. Absolutely disgusting. And after speaking with Kim multiple times and being told girls would be allowed to join come spring, we were denied access to the ninja classes again based on gender. We will never spend another dime in this facility. My daughter is not LESS of a ninja because she is a girl

The teachers are great! The facility is well kept and our experience had been an enjoyable one. I took my daughter out do to her lack of commitment. My only issue was the owner would not refund my payment taken 3 days prior to me canceling. Payment was for the following month so we weren’t even in the month for the services. She so generously agreed to apply my money as as a credit to my account. Not sure how that helps for a gym we aren’t attending so I asked the owner to apply the credit to a family in need of help with tuition. Here’s hoping they actually do it.

At 5 months pregnant in 90+ degree weather, my husband and I took our son there for his friend's birthday party. We did not realize this facility did not have any AC and the fans they have are not conducive to a 5 years old party with 20+ kids and their parents and siblings. They did not warn the parents that they have no AC during booking which is unprofessional. In reading prior reviews, it sounds as if they never had AC and it is taking them long to install in this facility (over a year). I would recommended NOT booking this place during the hotter months. We left after an hour because it was stifling hot and I was about to faint no matter how much water I was drinking. A lawsuit is bound to happen.

THEY HAVE NO AIR CONDITIONING!! Went to my friends daughter's birthday party, it was SOOO hot there they had to cut the party short! People left early before the cake. It was horrible! They did not inform my friend that her party which was in August that they don't have air & it was so extremely uncomfortable. Will never go back there again!
