This is my third pregnancy at East Eagle Yoga in the past five years. I am so grateful to Jen, the owner and prenatal yoga instructor, for educating me and guiding me through each pregnancy journey. She is a wealth of knowledge and creates a community where women can share openly and honestly. I always leave class feeling better than I went in, spiritually, mentally, and physically.

I recently discovered East Eagle Yoga in Havertown, and it has truly become my sacred go-to for a holistic wellness experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and a serene ambiance that immediately lifted my spirits.

Stepping into East Eagle Yoga is like being gently wrapped in calm. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, the staff, including the owner Jennifer, make you feel seen, supported, and part of a deeply caring community. Their inviting spirit sets the stage for a truly restorative practice.

With class offerings that include prenatal sessions, private ones, and general group instruction, there’s something for every journey and level.

East Eagle Yoga doesn’t just teach classes, they cultivate a community that’s been nurtured over 18 years. That legacy of connection shines through in every interaction, making each visit feel like a reunion with friends.

This studio anchors your practice with more than just physical movement, it offers a pathway to meaningful self-care. Each session not only strengthens your body but quiets the mind and opens your heart, leaving you feeling renewed long after you’ve unrolled your mat.

Bottom Line:
If you're looking for a yoga studio that embodies peacefulness, inclusivity, and a nurturing spirit, East Eagle Yoga is the perfect match. The instructors are attentive, the classes are thoughtfully curated, and the sense of community is unbeatable.

I took prenatal yoga classes with Jen for the first half of 2025 and now that my son is born, I miss it dearly. Jen is a fantastic person and yoga instructor. She cares so deeply about each of her clients and their stories. The class itself was perfect to keep my mind at ease and my body limber. All of the diaphragmatic breathing practice that was done in class was really helpful during labor. Highly recommend the prenatal classes if you are expecting!

East Eagle Yoga is more than just a studio space….its a beautiful, welcoming, and accepting community of like-minded people. Jen, the owner, has done an amazing job making the studio look beautiful, offering a variety of classes and events, and curating a staff of knowledgeable and friendly teachers. I’ve been coming to classes since I was pregnant with my now 7-year-old, and definitely consider this space my home away from home!

Upon entering the very zen studio, I immediately felt welcomed. I have only taken 2 classes so far as a yoga beginner, but I have definitely found a sacred little spot to soothe my soul. I highly recommend anybody who is seeking peace and solitude to join me!! You won't be disappointed and the teachers are terrific!! Janie Vitale

I've been doing yoga off and on for 15 years and have learned a lot along the way. Practicing with Jen at East Eagle is just the absolute best. She is knowledgeable and supportive, highly skilled and motivating. The studio is clean and nicely decorated and there are a wide range of offerings: different level classes, special events, and partnerships with the community. Every time I can get to a class at East Eagle Yoga, it is the best part of my day!

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for a long time at different places in the area and have finally found my studio! There is something really special about east eagle yoga. All of the instructors are wonderful but the owner, Jen, is an absolute gem. She is SO welcoming, kind, and her teaching style during class is so calming and easy to follow. East eagle yoga not only offers a variety of classes but tons of fun events too! If you’re in the area and want to check out a new place, definitely give east eagle a try, I cannot say enough great things about it!

I’ve known about this studio for years but somehow never attended class until this year, and I’m so sad about all the time I wasted! Jen, the owner, is supportive and welcoming, and every instructor I’ve met has been fantastic. I have a couple old injuries/surgeries that hold me back but have always been welcome and accepted and offered a reminder that “every body is a yoga body” - instructors are well-versed in how to modify the class or help you challenge yourself. So glad to have found this studio!

East eagle yoga is my favorite studio hands down! I have been going for years and have also attended prenatal for 3 of my 4 pregnancies. It is one of my favorite classes. The owner and all the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. It's a perfect place for beginners looking to get into yoga or advanced yogis looking to deepen their practice.

A great community yoga space. I got one of their larger packages and have been going regularly for almost a year :)
Jen is the owner and is wonderfully inviting and so invested in her students. I am taking her prenatal classes exclusively at the moment, so I'm not as up to date on who else is teaching, but I used to go to Tom's classes a lot, and I look forward to taking his class again--Tom rules!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I attended prenatal yoga classes at East Eagle Yoga for my third baby and I loved the classes and how Jennifer really fosters a supportive community. I recently had my older daughter’s 5th birthday party there and Jennifer and Casey did an amazing job with a large group of 4 and 5 year olds! Jennifer and Casey are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back and try more of their yoga classes!

Just took a lovely 75 minute practice, in Hatha style, and it's just what my body needed. Everyone is respectful of your space and yet you can still feel the sense of community that draws me to practice outside my home and in a group setting.

I walked into East Eagle Yoga one Saturday morning and basically haven't left since. It has become my home away from home, my saving grace, and my sanctuary. The second I walked through those doors, I could feel the change in energy and the peace and love I didn't even know I was searching for. And yet it's all there without pretense or stuffyness or judgment. No competition. No push to be a human pretzel. Just support and encouragement to just BE. It's down to earth in the most other worldly way possible. I found this center just about a month or two before the pandemic took hold of us all. I am grateful everyday for that bc I truly don't think I would have mentally or emotionally survived without East Eagle Yoga! Thank you!

Namaste always ♥
